The role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Energy Adviser to support households across London.
You will provide trusted one-to-one energy advice, help clients navigate complex energy issues, deliver group awareness sessions and support NEA’s wider community engagement work. Regular travel across London is required using NEA’s Mobile Advice Centre, so a full current driving licence is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to:
Provide one-to-one energy advice and casework support to low-income and vulnerable households.

Support clients referred through NEA’s Energy Advice and Support services.

What you will need to succeed
You will bring:

This is a hybrid role based at NEA’s London office.

What we offer
£29,064 to £34,267 (FTE) per annum (Levels 3–6, Points 12–22), plus £3,300 London weighting where applicable. New appointments will normally start at the beginning of the salary scale.

You will be responsible for developing and embedding strategies and programmes that help people across England to discover and connect with their heritage, increasing engagement with Historic England (HE) and the historic environment through our nationally important Archive collections and engagement programmes, which include learning (Heritage Schools), community engagement, inclusion grants and participation programmes (e.g. Blue Plaques). Sounds great, what will I be doing?
In this role, you will take a leading position within a dynamic mental health crisis and early‑intervention service, managing a diverse caseload while providing skilled de‑escalation, robust risk assessment and coordinated multi‑agency support. You will guide and empower service users to engage with community services, while also offering day‑to‑day leadership to Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers and volunteers, ensuring consistent, high‑quality practice. Acting as shift lead when required, you will make informed, real‑time decisions to maintain safe and effective service delivery. A key part of the role involves supporting student placements, contributing to learning plans and offering reflective supervision. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Area Manager to monitor performance, contribute to audits and quality reviews, and drive ongoing service development. You will also play an active role in recruitment, onboarding and volunteer integration, and represent the service in partnership forums, strengthening pathways with local crisis teams and community organisations to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions for service users.

The International HR Operations Administrator provides pro-active, generalist HR operations support to all staff. The Alliance currently consists of 105 governments, 89 private sector companies, 164 civil society organisations and 10 intergovernmental organisations.
WPGA is now progressing its new strategy which is built around three core pillars:

About the project
WeProtect Global Alliance is seeking external expertise to assess its current data protection arrangements and support the development of an organisation-wide data protection framework.
The Alliance processes personal information relating to employees, consultants, suppliers, partners, donors, members and other stakeholders. Data is held across multiple business functions, including internal operations and membership services.
The purpose of this project is to:
§ Assess the Alliance's current data protection maturity and compliance position;
§ Identify strengths, risks and gaps in existing policies, procedures and practices;
§ Review organisational governance arrangements relating to data protection;
§ Support the development of a practical and proportionate Data Protection Policy and governance framework;
§ Provide a prioritised implementation roadmap to strengthen organisational compliance and accountability.
The successful consultant will be expected to engage with staff across multiple departments and work collaboratively to understand organisational processes, systems and data flows.

We are a delivery organisation providing frontline educational services for young people. Our Head Office team is based on the site of our North Kensington centre in West London. We are an organisation with team members at different stages of their career, including many in their first roles: we are committed to nurturing talent and providing a developmental culture for all. Role is mainly office-based, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
The in-person time will mainly be in the office with other members of the team, but will also include regularly attending meetings at other locations - for example, attending events or meeting stakeholders at IntoUniversity centres.

We are seeking four highly motivated, organised and compassionate Employment Advisors, to deliver the countywide Connect To Work programme in our new Employment workstream. In this highly rewarding role, you will be responsible supporting individuals experiencing mental health problems, and those facing complex barriers, to secure and sustain meaningful paid employment.
This position is part of the Connect to Work programme — a voluntary Supported Employment initiative funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, offering tailored advice and guidance to individuals, while also building strong partnerships with local employers to create opportunities aligned with individuals’ skills and aspirations.
As an Employment Advisor you will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to meet individuals regularly to understand an individual’s skills, strengths and goals; developing clear action plans; provide practical support; and co-create personalised action plans.
The programme provides structured, 1:1 and group based person centred support to build confidence, motivation and resilience, to help individuals work towards clear, work related goals.
