The Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees are the custodians of the Regiment’s heritage and the long-term stewards of the Museum. The Role
This is a newly created role with real scope to influence both strategy and delivery. Working closely with the Chair, the Strategy Working Group and the Assistant Curator (Marketing and Communications), you will help shape how the Museum presents itself to the world. Key areas of focus include:
- Developing clear and inspiring brand guidelines that bring coherence and confidence to the Museum’s identity, rooted in its values and regimental heritage
- Identifying and articulating the Museum’s unique differentiators, ensuring it stands out in a competitive cultural and heritage landscape
- Leading the development of a Strategic Communications Plan, with a compelling narrative that supports audience growth, partnerships and fundraising

EQUAL AQUA is an award-winning NGO providing equal access to water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) in Uganda. Equal Aqua is managed by an international team of 30+ volunteers, based mainly in the UK and Uganda, but spanning over 10 countries.

Role Profile
Join us as part of our Communications team to help deliver powerful content for our internal & external communications strategy. You will be working alongside the Communications Manager & Communications Officer to develop our digital content & increase our presence on social media platforms. Provide creative support for enhancing donor prospects, generating demand & increasing engagement through compelling narratives to support EAU projects & fundraising initiatives.
ROLE & RESPONSBILITIES

Role Description
The Press/Media Manager will work closely with the Communication Officer to lead on the Pagan Federation's media strategy. You will act as a primary point of contact for journalists, broadcasters, and media outlets working to promote positive coverage of Paganism and to respond appropriately to media interest, engaging in both proactive and reactive.

Skills and Experience Required
Essential:

Experience in outreach, partnerships, business development, or relationship building

Strong IT skills, including confident use of computer databases and standard office software (e.g. Word, Excel)

About Clean Something For Nothing
Clean Something For Nothing™ (CSFN) is a global citizen movement and app connecting people to clean nature, one bag of trash at a time.
Our mission is simple: Remove what nature doesn’t need (trash) Put back what nature does need (trees) With our new model: 1 kg of litter collected = 1 tree planted
Since launch, the CSFN community has mobilised thousands of volunteers across 84+ countries, combining cleanup actions, impact tracking, and storytelling to inspire real-world change.
Role Description
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to help us amplify our impact online and make our value proposition instantly understandable for citizens and companies. Our main channel is Instagram (8000+ organic followers, ~8% engagement), with content repurposed for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with Instagram trends related to #plogging, #cleanup, #environment
- Create 2 short-form videos per week (Reels / Shorts), repurposed across platforms
- Publish 2 weekly posts highlighting community cleanups, impact or partners
- ️ Plan and schedule content consistently Support growth and engagement of CSFN social channels
- ✍️ Occasionally support blog / caption writing (SEO basics can be taught)
Required Skills & Profile
- ✅ Must know how to use CapCut (video editing for social media)
- ✅ Comfortable with Canva (Canva Pro access will be provided for free)
- ➕ Familiarity with scheduling tools like Metricool is a strong plus Creative, autonomous and aligned with CSFN values
- English required (other languages are a plus)
- Students and early-career profiles are very welcome ⏱️ Able to commit ~8h per week
