Job description

Volunteer Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Organisation: Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C.
Reports to: Founders & Group Directors – The SHG Family Group Corporation
Location: Remote (Nigeria)
Salary: Volunteer Position (Designed to become a paid executive role as the organisation
scales.)
About Us
Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is a social impact organisation within The SHG
Family Group Corporation.
Our mission is to give survivors of childhood trauma, abuse, neglect and adversity a safe
platform to tell their truth, remove shame and inspire healing in others.
We are currently establishing our first operations across Nigeria before expanding throughout
Africa and eventually globally.
This is not simply another charity.
We are building one of Africa's largest survivor storytelling, advocacy and trauma recovery
movements.
The founders are now transitioning from day-to-day operations into visionary leadership,
creating an opportunity for our first Chief Executive Officer to build and lead this
organisation.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional individual who naturally takes ownership.
Someone who is courageous.
Someone who makes things happen.
Someone who isn't intimidated by building something from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who dreams of one day becoming a transformational CEO and
wants the opportunity to prove themselves by helping build an organisation capable of
changing millions of lives.

Although unpaid initially, this is intended to become one of the flagship executive positions
within The SHG Family Group Corporation as funding, partnerships and revenue continue to
grow.
Your Mission
Your mission is to build the operational engine that allows Tell My Truth and Shame the
Devil to become Africa's leading survivor advocacy organisation.
Working alongside the founders, you will transform vision into execution.

Corporation.
