If you want to use your skills, knowledge, and experience to help fight for human rights, you could be our new Technology Training and Support Analyst.
About the role
This role is a combination of training and support. Our IT Operations and Data, Digital, and Technology Transformation teams help staff and volunteers across AIUK get the most out of the tools they use every day, from Microsoft Copilot to our Knowledge Hub and Salesforce CRM. You'll play a key role in our Salesforce project between September 2026 and September 2027, working with our implementation partner to shape training for the new CRM and helping test it as it's built.
It's a role with real human rights impact. Every guide you write and session you run helps our colleagues do their campaigning, research, and advocacy work better.

New colleagues receive 27 days leave annually (29 after five years), as well as bank holidays (pro rated for part time) and 3 wellbeing days. 2-5% employee pension contributions are matched at 6-9% and we offer 6 months full pay for family leave.
