What you’re responsible for
As a Data Quality Analyst you will:

• Identify duplicate, incomplete or inconsistent records and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Work with internal teams and data owners to understand how data is used and prioritise areas requiring cleansing or improvement.
• Establish clear criteria and processes for identifying and resolving data quality issues.

Volunteer support and coordination

About the team
The Income Generation Directorate at Shelter comprises of the five departments, delivering a mature fundraising programme that has seen continuous year on year diversity and growth. The directorate generates over £48m gross income each year, of which a high percentage is unrestricted.
Our Corporate Partnerships team is split into two areas - New Partnerships which generates income by securing new relationships with private sector businesses, and the Partnership Management team, where this role sits, is responsible for the growth of Shelter’s voluntary income by managing and developing existing corporate partnerships spanning a variety of sectors. This role is essential in our continual drive for increased impact and quality across all of our work.You will lead on the quality assurance of all programme delivery across a defined area, working closely with the appropriate Delivery and Partnership Team’s Regional/Country Lead/s. Key Responsibilities
- You will be accountable for the quality and Model Fidelity of sites within your geography with a focus on improving employment outcomes for the interns participating in our programmes, in partnership with the Regional /Country Lead in the Delivery & Partnerships team.
- Demonstrate, train in and uphold the values of a continuous improvement culture.
- You will be accountable for collecting, analysing and reporting on data to allow for clear evaluation and guiding best practice in your geography
- You will be accountable for supporting the delivery of quality trainings to partnerships to drive quality programmes and employment outcomes
- You will be accountable for supporting the ongoing development of resources in line with UK guidelines, US model fidelity and that successfully equip partnerships with what they need to support strong employment outcomes – in collaboration with the Resources and Curriculum Manager.
- You will be accountable for conducting programme reviews and audits as required by the Head of Quality and Impact
- You will lead on (role specific) induction and training across DFN Project SEARCH staff and associates.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the organisation to provide Domestic Abuse case management interventions across Cleveland, as part of the Drive Project.
Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.
The post holder will look forward to a challenging and rewarding work environment, in which finding a balance between team working and utilising initiative is important. The ability to foster positive working relationships is essential. The main purpose of the position is to support identification and suitable interventions with high harm, high risk Domestic Abuse Perpetrators through a combination of direct work, behaviour change and disrupt activities that enhances victim/survivor safety. You’ll work closely with multi-agency partner representatives, to both gather and disseminate information that informs and guides your work in alignment with national standards and best practice.

The role:
This role will work within the Creative, Confident Communities Team in making a significant contribution to the delivery of the foundation’s strategy, specifically focused on place-based and community-led change across the UK. The primary aim of this role is to bring grant-making expertise and knowledge to add capacity to the team moving forward.
This is a unique opportunity to work with and support a range of organisations, initiatives and projects that are seeking to create place-based change, working with communities across the UK to achieve this. The foundation has independence, resources and influence that enable them to move at pace and make a positive difference for people and communities in the UK. They have ambition and an appetite for risk, to try new things and work with new and unusual partnerships to deliver their aims. A key question that guides the foundation’s work and action is “what more can we do?” – the foundation is looking for someone to join them and contribute to answering that question.

The role is full-time and candidates looking to work 0.8 full-time will also be considered. The person:
The successful candidate will have substantial grant-making experience and will ideally have gained this within a community driven Funder or Grant-maker in the UK. An environment where the core objectives of the CCC programme are very apparent and the knowledge and understanding is there to bring to the table.
A deep understanding of the challenges faced by communities and places across the UK is essential and having hands-on experience of tackling these issues will be very valuable to this role. Being thoughtful, analytical and inquisitive, the role requires advance problem solving and synthesising sometimes quite complex information and delivering to a wide range of audiences in digestible and concise communication.
Collaboration is key to success in this role and evidence of having worked in close knit and very busy team in connected areas of work will be important in addition to being able to work independently and to manage your own time will be important.
