The Social Media and Digital Content Manager is central to shaping and delivering the Young Vic's social media and digital content strategies. We are seeking to appoint a Compliance Officer for an immediate start. Reporting to the school's in-house Legal Advisor, you will ensure the school operates in full compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, promoting a culture of compliance across all areas of school activity.
This role is initially offered on a one-year fixed-term contract working term-time, plus INSET days and a further three weeks during the school holidays (38 weeks). The role also has part-time support provided by the Compliance Administrator.
Salary circa £63,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is based on a full-time equivalent annual salary of £75,000.

Trauma Recovery CIC is a female founded not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to providing vital support services for victims and survivors of trauma. Founded in 2020, our mission is to build a safe, supportive, accessible, and sustainable service for the community.
Butterflies Lived Experience Community is an integral part of Trauma Recovery CIC, bringing together people with lived experience of sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma to form a community that supports each members ongoing recovery journey.

We are hiring an experienced Database and Insights Manager to lead our External Affairs Operations department’s data strategy, governance, reporting, and insight development to enable the External Affairs team to deliver its strategic objectives effectively and efficiently.
Meet your Manager
In this role, you will report to Ali Burr, ClientEarth’s Global Operations Lead (External Affairs). With over 10 years of international experience across higher education, international NGOs, and mission-driven organisations. Ali leads ClientEarth’s External Affairs Operations Teams, who work across the fundraising and communications teams to strengthen organisational efficiency, governance, and compliance, and to support teams in scaling their impact.
Before joining ClientEarth, Ali held senior operational roles in both international environmental rights organisations and NGOs.
