As part of this work, our Engagement Team engages a wide range of people in the Trust’s vision for Gloucestershire, and our Marketing and Communications are integral to this.
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and manage the marketing and communications function and team at Barnwood Trust. This includes Barnwood Trust’s websites, social media channels and print media, as well as responsibility for marketing and logistics planning for public-facing workshops and events.
Expertise in communications, including delivering high standards of accessibility, implementing organisation-wide communications and marketing strategies, and line management experience are welcomed for this role.

About the Role
Aesop are seeking an Interim Chief Executive to work with the Chair, to ensure that Aesop’s charitable vision, mission and strategic plans are developed and delivered effectively and sustainably. About you

About the role:
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) you will be working for a Worcestershire based charity that supports the homeless and vulnerable, you will have responsibility for the management of the operations of the charity as well as setting their overall vision and strategy. The role involves pivotal decision making affecting the future of the charity and its employees.
The Chief Executive Officer is the main driver of the charity and through the Chair, is ultimately accountable to the Board. Within this role, the CEO will be expected to oversee all operations including service development, operational management, fund raising and marketing analysis.
About you:
We are seeking an inspirational and experienced leader with the skills and knowledge to manage this incredible charity, you will need to bring with you the following skills and experience:
- Experience in leading an organisation effectively, motivating teams and helping to improve staff performance

Hours: 21 – 35 hours. The role can be delivered on either a P/T basis (minimum of 21 hrs) or F/T of 35 hrs (generally 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday). The role can also be delivered on a Job Share basis. The role will require occasional working outside normal hours.

About the role.
As a member of the Cathedral Leadership Team and as the senior operational manager of Wells Cathedral, the COO is responsible for the delivery of the Chapter’s strategy and plans and for the day-to-day coordination of operations in the context of the ministry and mission of the Cathedral. Reporting to the Dean of Wells and accountable to the Chapter of Wells Cathedral, this is a full-time role which requires a presence onsite to carry out the duties effectively. The Chapter is the Board of Trustees for the Cathedral. It is the administrative body of the cathedral with the ultimate responsibility for directing and overseeing its affairs. They, alongside the COO, set the strategic direction for the Cathedral.
