About the role
The engagement directorate is responsible for growing awareness, trust and engagement with Breast Cancer Now - so more people get support and give support. It leads the £47m we raise annually today and our ambition to grow this to £69m by 2029/30, alongside a new £60m Campaign.
At the heart of this is a focus on relationships - using data and insight to create meaningful experiences that inspire people to give their time, money and voice. Within this, the insight & experience function sits in the high value intelligence & experience team, supporting our high value partnerships and campaign ambitions. With a focus on more holistic, supporter-led engagement, this role will help strengthen how we understand, engage and inspire high value supporters.
Working closely with the senior high value insight & experience manager, the high value insight & experience manager will help develop a consistent approach to gathering and using insight, shaping engagement across both everyday activity and campaign delivery. The role will collaborate across teams to ensure supporter-facing activity is aligned, high quality and insight-led.
The high value insight & experience manager will play a hands-on role in delivering cultivation, stewardship and recognition activity - supporting events, experiences, communications and key supporter touchpoints. This includes developing a strong suite of engagement opportunities for high value audiences and helping ensure supporters feel valued, recognised and connected to the impact of their support.

Role Summary
The main function of the bookings team is to provide high quality customer service for the Into Film Festival. Initially this will be receiving calls, processing bookings and liaising with educators on email and on the phone. There will then be a need to make outbound calls to drive bookings, speak to attending teachers and liaise with cinemas to ensure the festival runs smoothly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our research grant programmes across the entire funding cycle, from application and peer review through to award management and post-award administration. A Senior Sous Chef position is needed to assist the Executive head chef in the everyday running and organising of the kitchen and to line manage assistant chefs and kitchen porters. Menu planning, food ordering, stock control, and event delivery.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all the Lambeth Palace kitchen team are fully trained in the food safety management systems and procedures, implemented by the Executive Head Chef.
- Work under and closely with the Executive Head Chef to ensure that all statutory legislation is adhered to by ensuring that standards and controls for Health & Safety, food hygiene, risk assessments, COSHH, manual handling are carried out as per current legislation.
- To ensure that the agreed standards of food preparation and presentation are always supervised and adhered to.

- Maintain and develop a positive and collaborative relationship with all colleagues, giving direction when necessary.
- Ensure that kitchen timesheets are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
