Age UK Westminster is seeking a Digital Inclusion Lead Coordinator to work with the Wellbeing Services Manager on the delivery of its Digital Inclusion service, supporting older people and those experiencing social isolation to develop the confidence, skills and access needed to participate fully in the digital world. The service supports vulnerable older adults, including people living with dementia, through one-to-one coaching, group sessions, equipment loans, and community-based support.
The postholder will work closely with team colleagues, coordinating service delivery across Westminster, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for clients, while overseeing volunteers who contribute to the project. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, external partners, and commissioners to ensure the service achieves its outcomes and demonstrates impact through effective monitoring and reporting.
Main Responsibilities
As a Digital Inclusion Coordinator, your role will be to:
• Manage a caseload of clients, including people living with dementia and complex needs.
• Deliver one-to-one digital coaching and support.
• Facilitate digital inclusion group sessions.
• Provide device setup, troubleshooting and digital skills training.
• Coordinate referrals to internal and external services.
• Recruit, induct, train, support and supervise volunteers contributing to the project.
• Coordinate volunteer assignments and monitor volunteer performance and wellbeing.
• Ensure volunteers comply with safeguarding, confidentiality and organisational policies.
• Maintain accurate client and volunteer records.
• Produce quarterly monitoring and impact reports for Commissioners and internal management use.

Service Delivery
· Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, including those living with dementia and complex needs, using a holistic and person-centred approach.
· Deliver one-to-one digital coaching sessions in clients' homes, community settings, and remotely where appropriate.

· Ensure service users are referred to and access appropriate internal and external services where needed.
Volunteer Coordination
· Recruit, induct, train, support and supervise volunteers involved in the Digital Inclusion project.
· Coordinate volunteer assignments and ensure effective matching of volunteers with clients and activities.
· Monitor volunteer performance and wellbeing, providing regular guidance, supervision and development opportunities.
· Ensure volunteers comply with organisational policies, safeguarding requirements, confidentiality standards and service procedures.
· Promote volunteer engagement and recognise volunteer contributions to the success of the project.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
· Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions, volunteer activity, outputs and outcomes on organisational databases.
· Monitor service performance against agreed targets and key performance indicators.
· Produce comprehensive quarterly monitoring and impact reports for commissioners and internal management purposes, highlighting achievements, outcomes, challenges, case studies and recommendations.
· Gather and analyse service-user feedback and outcome data to demonstrate service effectiveness and inform service improvements.
· Attend internal and external meetings relating to service delivery, monitoring and partnership development.
Partnership Working
· Work collaboratively with Age UK Westminster teams, NHS partners, voluntary sector organisations and community groups.
· Promote Digital Inclusion services across Westminster and support outreach and engagement activities.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, commissioners and referral partners.

The Role
At National Voices, our aim is to make what matters to people matter in health and care. Too often, we see decisions made about the design of health and care services which don’t consider the people who use and need those services – especially those with long term conditions and from groups experiencing inequality. While the intentions of decision makers are usually good, they can unwittingly develop services which are difficult to access, stressful to experience and which don’t enable people to live life to its full potential.
We believe that if health and care leaders were better supported to meaningfully involve people living with health conditions, disability, inequality and their carers in decisions about how services are delivered then our NHS and social care services would be more equitable, and person centred.
At National Voices, we believe that this can best be achieved by connecting health and care leaders in health and care to key groups including:
· Leaders within the patient participation movement, who can support and advise health and care leaders on how to share power with people and communities using coaching and quality improvement techniques, and by acting as a critical friend.
· Leaders from voluntary sector organisations and community groups, who can bring insight into the needs, experiences and priorities of the communities they serve. We are looking for a Participation Manager who can manage our lived experience programme, our membership scheme and our partnership scheme. This role will ensure that where there are opportunities for people and communities to shape health and care, National Voices has the right relationships, processes and support systems in place to connect decision makers with our Lived Experience Partners, members and people with lived experience.
The Participation Manager will:
· Lead National Voices’ Lived Experience Partner programme by strengthening engagement and participation, investing in members’ knowledge, skills and confidence, and ensuring lived experience insights shape our work.
· Lead National Voices’ membership scheme by driving engagement, retention and inclusion, strengthening member relationships, embedding member insights across the organisation, and overseeing satisfaction, records and knowledge management.
· Lead National Voices’ scheme by managing partner engagement, retention and recruitment, overseeing delivery of the partnership offer, and ensuring partners receive high-quality advice, insight, connections and access to relevant people and communities.

Lead our Lived Experience Partner programme
National Voices’ Lived Experience Partners are a group of 15 people who have significant experience of navigating the health and care system, expertise in meaningful participation and who have received training and support to enable constructive and strategic input into improving health and care. The majority of Lived Experience Partners have also accessed learning around coaching and are regularly matched into coaching relationships with senior leaders in health and care. Your role will be to:
· Deliver meetings where our Lived Experience Partners have opportunities for peer learning and opportunities to influence live pieces of work.
· Gather insights from our Lived Experience Partners on how they are experiencing working with National Voices and how they want to grow.
· Ensure our Lived Experience Partners are supported to grow in their knowledge, skills and confidence to influence decision making – through 1:1 catch ups, training and more.
· Lead our work matching Lived Experience Partners in high quality coaching relationships with senior leaders in health and care, ensuring that coaching duos have the support they need to gain value from the relationship.

Lead our membership programme

· Take lead responsibility for engagement, stewardship, renewals, support and retention of organisations in our partnership scheme.

Our approach to hybrid working
We recognise the importance of coming together regularly, in-person, as a team, so we can share learnings and spend social time with each other. We also recognise that people need flexibility, and that homeworking enables focused work and can fit well in people’s lives.
We ask all staff to take part in pre-arranged team meetings which take place every six weeks in our office space. We also might ask you to meet in-person with members of your team from time to time, or to be available for face-to- face meetings with clients and partners where this enhances the work.

Job Purpose
The Director of Examinations plays an important role within the College, providing strategic leadership, oversight and delivery of our exam function in the UK and overseas, at the same time as ensuring alignment with best practice and GMC standards.
This role has responsibility for a budget of £2M+ and for the delivery of exams to around 3,000 candidates each year. The postholder is also responsible for leading a team of six members of staff and forms a key part of our Senior Leadership Team, taking corporate responsibility for the overall direction and operational management of the College.
Main responsibilities
1. To oversee the strategic direction and delivery of exams
Provide strategic leadership for the College's examination function, ensuring all examinations are designed, delivered and continuously improved in accordance with the College's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, obligations and recognised best practice

Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):
Movember has an ambitious five-year strategy, and this nine-month contract role sits right at the heart of making it happen. As Project Manager, Global Fundraising, you'll be the connective tissue between Movember's global and local fundraising teams, keeping complex, multi-workstream initiatives moving on time, on scope, and on target across every market we operate in.
Working closely with the Global Director of Mass Fundraising, the Global Director of Markets, the Interim CEO, and the Campaign Steering Committee, you'll help design and deliver the annual Global Campaign Plan, manage the cross-functional Campaign squad, and develop fundraising initiatives that local teams across six markets can actually bring to life. That means building clear briefs, practical toolkits, and implementation guidance that translate global ambition into local execution, and then partnering with those local teams to make sure they have everything they need to succeed.
On any given day you might be managing project plans and timelines, facilitating steering committee sessions, identifying risks before they become problems, tracking KPIs across markets, or supporting the Interim CEO on organisation-wide delivery of the One Mo Plan. You'll also shape and embed best-practice project management methodologies that scale, and lead retrospectives that make Movember smarter year after year.
This is a global role, and that means some out-of-hours collaboration across time zones is part of the deal. Based in London and reporting to the Global Director of Fundraising, this is a full-time, nine-month fixed-term contract for someone who combines genuine fundraising expertise with serious project management discipline, and who thrives on bringing order to complexity without losing sight of the mission.
No Moustache Required - but the following are:
5+ years of experience across project management and fundraising, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream projects on time and to target
Proven experience designing and delivering fundraising initiatives, including the development of toolkits, briefs and implementation resources for local market teams
Strong experience working with cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams, with the ability to coordinate and align across time zones and organisational levels
An influential stakeholder manager, comfortable negotiating, challenging, and bringing people along at all levels, including senior leadership and local market leads
An excellent communicator: clear, calm, and confident presenting to a range of audiences including international stakeholders and board-level leadership
Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
A creative, pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to balance global consistency with local market flexibility
Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Asana, alongside platforms such as Box and Salesforce
Not Mission Critical - but for extra bonus points:
Experience working in a global organisation with cross-market fundraising responsibilities
Familiarity with CRM best practice, particularly Salesforce, in a fundraising or campaign context

Action on Disability (AoD), founded in 1979, is one of London’s leading Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs). Guided by the Social Model of Disability, we work to remove barriers and promote equality, inclusion and choice for all Disabled people.
AoD is a medium-sized charity with a Board of Trustees, 27 staff, and a strong pool of casual staff and volunteers. Many of whom have lived experience of disability. We are proud that 100% of our Board and 54% of our staff identify as Disabled.
We deliver four key services: Young Lives & Families, Employment, Welfare Benefits, and Independent Living.
Purpose of the Role
The Manager for Young Lives & Families and Independent Living Advice & Support provides operational leadership and coordination across both departments.
The postholder supervises project leads, ensures effective, person-centred service delivery, and maintains quality, compliance and accountability in line with AoD’s values and the Social Model of Disability.
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager supports planning, performance monitoring, budgeting and partnership development to ensure services for Disabled children, young people, adults and families are delivered to a high standard and meet contractual outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide clear, supportive day-to-day leadership across both departments, ensuring that services meet organisational and contractual requirements.
2. Supervise and support the project leads for Youth, Supported Internships (H&F and K&C), Welfare Benefits Advice and Direct Payments Support.
3. Coordinate delivery to ensure that all activities are inclusive, accessible and informed by the Social Model of Disability.
4. Oversee compliance with statutory, contractual and safeguarding requirements, maintaining accurate monitoring and quality-assurance systems.
5. Manage departmental budgets within agreed limits and contribute to forecasting, reporting and value-for-money reviews.
6. Prepare and submit funding applications and tender bids, in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring proposals are evidence-based and aligned with AoD’s strategic priorities.
7. Lead regular team meetings, supervision and appraisals; set clear objectives and support staff development.
8. Build and maintain effective partnerships with local authorities, schools, colleges, employers and community organisations to strengthen outcomes.
9. Support project leads with data collection, outcome reporting and evaluation (including use of Salesforce or other systems).
10. Promote co-production and participation by Disabled people in service design, delivery and review.
11. Contribute to planning and service improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery and efficiency.
12. Represent AoD positively at external meetings, networks and events, promoting our vision, values and expertise.
13. Work collaboratively with other AoD departments to encourage cross-organisational learning and shared practice.
