Job description

Eden Brown is delighted to be recruiting for a Director of Development to join a much loved Charity in Birmingham. You will be a motivated, influential leader who will oversee the Development, Corporate Development and Communications teams alongside developing and leading the Stakeholder Engagement strategy. It is an exciting time to join the team with exciting growth plans for 2020 and beyond!
You will work closely with the Board of Directors and play an important role in the success of the Development Board and the Capital Fundraising Committee. You also will lead campaign strategy across fundraising and communications to meet financial targets and enhance public profile. You will develop stake holder relationships at a high level and also provide strategic leadership to the wider team.
To be successful in this role you ideally have good experience in fundraising and the third sector. You will have demonstrable experience of driving change and leading a team. Experience of working with a major donor portfolio is also essential. Any experience of leading a Capital appeal would also be desirable. Please call Laura iliff on 01132207542 for more information.
