ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for dedicated School Mental Health Practitioners to join the Harris Federation’s central mental health team and make a meaningful impact in secondary schools across London.
You will be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team led by our Lead Mental Health Practitioner, receiving regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development and helping to shape the future of mental health support in education.
In this full-time role, you will deliver evidence-based, low-intensity mental health interventions to students aged 11–18 across up to three Harris secondary academies. You will work directly with students through 1:1 sessions, group work and whole-school wellbeing initiatives, helping to shape a culture of mental health awareness and support.
You will be based in schools for four days per week, primarily in South, South East and South West London, and occasionally in North London. Travel between schools is required.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored 1:1 mental health and wellbeing support to students and their families
- Facilitating small group interventions and psychoeducational sessions
- Running drop-in sessions during break and lunch times for students experiencing mild to moderate distress
- Collaborating with school staff to promote mental health awareness and training
- Contributing to school-wide risk assessments and wellbeing strategies
- Maintaining accurate records and report on outcomes using national standards
- Sharing best practices and innovations across our network of schools
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a professional, energetic team player with a passion for customer service and a track record for delivering ambitious and varied objectives, who can help us achieve our membership plans for 2026 and beyond.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely alongside the rest of the team, the Head of Membership holds an integral position within Cobseo, centred around the day-to-day delivery of the membership function. The post-holder is responsible for pro-actively identifying and securing new members, processing membership applications, managing credit control that relates to membership fees, and acting as the primary point of contact for prospective/members and relevant stakeholders.
The Head of Membership will also drive the development of Cobseo’s membership offer, policies and processes via the design and delivery of a new, research-led, evidence-based Membership Strategy, which will include refining the membership criteria and enhancing membership benefits to elevate the value of Cobseo Membership.
The Head of Membership provides leadership to the Cobseo office team and Executive Committee on all membership matters. They leverage their knowledge of the sector and expertise in customer-centric delivery, in order to provide guidance on Membership decisions during Executive Committee meetings, of which the membership applications are a standing agenda item.
The Head of Membership will be the primary liaison for the new CRM/website project, working closely with the Director of Operations and the Head of Communication & Engagement to ensure that the new system is commissioned, launched, and integrated successfully. They will work with external suppliers including routinely with the external bookkeeper, and on a project basis with the CRM provider and CRM implementation partner to ensure value-for-money procurement and effective project delivery.
As a member of the small Cobseo office team, the Head of Membership, along with the other members of the office team, is expected to lean into issues, opportunities, and workstreams that arise, sometimes at short notice and occasionally outside of their own portfolio.
This role is full time (34.5 hours per week) and is office-based in London for at least 2 days per week in order to facilitate positive relationships with the rest of the team and with stakeholders. There is an option for hybrid/homeworking the rest of the week. Some UK travel is required and the post-holder will occasionally be required to work from external sites, such as events’ venues or in order to visit members’ premises. Normal working hours are maintained wherever possible noting that business activity of a membership organisation, including for some events, is held outwith normal office hours.
The Head of Membership role doesn’t currently have line management responsibility. As the size and shape of the Cobseo office team develops over time, this may change.

Our evidence-based, creative, and community-led service model has transformed access to support, reducing wait times by 63%. While rooted locally, our training and survivor-led programmes are shaping the national response to child sexual abuse. This is an exciting time to join our ambitious team as we deliver a new strategy designed to break the silence around child sexual abuse.
We have just secured national funding for the first time for the VOICE Project and are looking for a Senior VOICE Practitioner to lead development and expansion of the programme.
We are looking for a skilled facilitator, leader, activist, and changemaker who can bring energy, creativity, and confidence to working with young people and parents/carers with lived experience of trauma. While experience in therapeutic settings is valuable, this role is not focused on therapeutic delivery. We are seeking someone who thrives on group facilitation, co-production, and activism - someone who understands the power of connection and is passionate about shaping wider systems and influencing national change.
Purpose of the job
The Green House’s VOICE change-making project aims to support young survivors and their family members to lead social change through creativity. Together, we aim to create national systemic change around child sexual abuse. Our approach recognises the inherent strengths and possibility of all young people. We develop creative spaces where young people can connect with their community, grow beyond traumatic experiences and learn to lead services like ours, alongside social change. We see creative change-making and connecting those with lived experience together as imperative to healing. It is the hope for change that helps young people and their families to learn to live a whole life alongside traumatic experiences and step into their potential.
The VOICE Project has two workstreams: Young People’s VOICE and Parent/Carer VOICE. We work with young people to deliver a creative arts leadership programme (6 weekly group), alongside creative drop-in spaces, individual projects and paid-for mentorship opportunities. We work with our Parent/Carer VOICE group to deliver monthly group sessions, parent-led drop-in spaces and individual projects. The VOICE Project also leads our national child sexual abuse (CSA) practitioner network.

As Head of Operations and Donor Engagement you will be responsible for leading effective relationship management with our donors, to ensure compliance and that grants operations and systems meet their needs and those of our grantee partners and applicants.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related subject
- Detail conscious and organised, yet ability to be flexible
- Knowledge of donor agency procedures and excellent donor management and communication skills
- Confidence in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrable knowledge of the commercial and key operational aspects of managing an organisation

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
This is a UK based, full time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, reporting to the CEO. AmplifyChange is based in Bath, and we operate on a hybrid working model. Requests for flexible working arrangements will be considered. We encourage applications from candidates who have experience of implementing projects or advocacy initiatives in countries that are eligible for funding from AmplifyChange. However, we can only accept applications from those with proof of the right to work in the UK. There may be opportunity for international travel as part of this role.
SALARY AND PACKAGE
Basic salary range: £62,000-£66,000 depending on experience

Do you have experience supporting students with SEN? Harris Academy Clapham is seeking to appoint an exceptional, experienced qualified teacher as SENCO.

Main Areas of Responsibility
The purpose of your role will be:
- To ensure that Academy practice is compliant with the SEND Code of Practice (2014) and other relevant statutory requirements

The Position:
You will be joining our small, passionate NGO to support the delivery of our educational programmes. Reporting directly to the Head of Programmes, you will be tasked with delivering programmes on Political & Media Literacy, counter-extremism, and online safety. This will involve traveling to a variety of educational settings to deliver our programmes, alongside supporting our Head of Programmes and Programme Coordinators to recruit schools and colleges. Our Time for Ambition strategy envisions a world where every autistic young person can be themselves and realise their goals. The postholder will serve as the first point of contact for victims and survivors participating and expressing an interest in taking part in safeguarding. They will also lead the development of safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive survivor participation activities and events and facilitate meetings and activities to gather insights and invite participation from a wide range of survivors.
The postholder must have exceptional empathy, compassion and understanding for the personal experience of victims and survivors who have experienced abuse, particularly (but not exclusively) within the context of faith settings, including the Church of England or other denominations or traditions.
The postholder must have demonstrable experience of building relationships of trust and rapport with individuals who have lived experiences of abuse. They must be able to demonstrate that they have consistently used trauma-informed principles and ways of working in their work. The postholder will conduct outreach, education, and training in several settings depending on the needs of different young people. These could be educational settings, youth settings, community events, sports settings, clubs and pubs. You will target vulnerable young people, such as looked-after children (LAC), those who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET), those who come from areas of high deprivation and high need, and those with other increased risk factors, as well as young people aged 13-15 who are not yet able to access online services.

You will welcome direction from the SWL Lead, as well as the broader team, but you will also be proactive in seeking new opportunities and mechanisms to deliver the scheme. With the support of your line manager, and with appropriate training, you will be responsible for safeguarding and child protection, ensuring young people under the age of 16 have been appropriately risk-assessed. You do not need to have existing sexual health knowledge to apply for this role, however, a desire and capacity to learn and to work in this field is essential.
