The person who currently leads ADUKs education and training work is moving into an exciting new role within our team. We’re now looking for someone marvellous to take on part of their work, alongside some exciting new initiatives we want to develop. We’re not looking for a direct replacement - we want someone who will relish the opportunity to shape and grow this role into something truly impactful, supporting our work and strengthening the sector.
Key Purpose: The postholder will play a key role in strengthening knowledge, understanding, and best practice both within the sector and externally with service providers and the public, helping to remove barriers for assistance dog partnerships.
Internal focus: Coordinate the learning and development of ADUK member organisations, ensuring access to high-quality resources, training, and support to maintain knowledge sharing and best practice development across the sector.
External focus: Deliver education engagements and training to stakeholders, including businesses, service providers, and the public, through ADUK’s wider education initiatives and the new Corporate Allyship Programme.
Key Responsibilities
Learning:
- Manage ADUK’s shared Learning Management System (Moodle) and training platform, supporting members to make the most of the available content and resources.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers from member organisations and candidates to identify learning needs and expertise.
- Coordinate engaging and effective knowledge-sharing programmes aligned with member needs.
Education Delivery:
- Work with ADUK colleagues to coordinate and deliver engaging education initiatives, both in-person and virtually, for service providers and public services.
- Coordinate logistics for external training events, including venues and registrations.
- Support delivery of training for the ADUK’s Corporate Allyship Programme in collaboration with relevant colleagues.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
- Identify opportunities to work with external bodies, partners, and stakeholders to deliver training and share knowledge with the wider community.
Evaluation and Impact:
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of knowledge-sharing programmes and external training and explore how best to leverage this evidence.
- Prepare and present impact reports to inform continuous improvement.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Recent and relevant experience (3 years +) in designing and delivering in-person and online training and educational workshops and programmes.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools, (preferably Moodle based LMS)
- Excellent organisations skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple organisations and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Confident relationship building skills.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team that sits within a large membership network.

About the role
As the Grants Coordinator, you will work closely with the Team and Grants Coordinator to provide essential underpinning support for all aspects of the team's work, to ensure the effective delivery and recording of ABCT's grant-making programmes.
Key responsibilities
Grants Administration: Manage all aspects of the grants cycle, including applications, payments, reporting, and enquiries, while maintaining accurate records on Salesforce and liaising with suppliers and the Finance team.
Database and website management: Maintain and enhance Salesforce grant management processes, ensure accurate data for reporting, and keep the Trust's website updated and effective.
Office and team administration: Provide efficient administrative support for the team and board, including diary and travel management, process documentation, GDPR compliance, and assistance with projects and events.
About you

We are seeking a proactive Senior Peer Support Coordinator to lead on the provision of a high-quality peer support volunteer programme for over 50 volunteers. This role is responsible for all aspects of the volunteer life cycle, from marketing and recruitment, delivery of induction training on perinatal mental health and psychoeducational tools used within Mindful Mums, through to reflective supervision, delivering our CPD programme and finding the right role for each volunteer within the service.
You will work alongside Senior Project Coordinators and the Service Manager to ensure we deliver on our targets, supporting with programming our wellbeing groups and one-to-one befriending. You will be a skilled people manager and effective communicator, responsible for the line management of staff and ensuring the service is represented at stakeholder and partner community events. You will be a confident facilitator, as some group delivery will be expected.
Like us, you will be passionate and knowledgeable about the role of peer support within recovery-focused perinatal mental health and the NHS Competence Framework for Mental Health Peer Support Workers. You will be experienced in supporting volunteers, providing supervision and acting as a mentor in their professional development. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and highly organised is essential for this role.

About the role

What does the role involve?
Sculpt UK is hiring a youth programme officer who would deliver our direct intervention work with young people with a focus on skills building around employment through our holistic work experience programmes. Approximately 75% of our work involves working with young people who have SEND or who are at risk of becoming NEET (not in employment, education or training).

2wish has been established since 2012 and has grown from strength to strength. During tis time, we have worked tirelessly to embed our service and ensure that the offer of support is made at the point of death.
We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under in Wales and the bordering counties in England, including; Cheshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Avon and Somerset, with the plan to continue to roll out support to the whole of England. We work in partnership with professionals who refer int the charity on behalf of families, so they don’t have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.
Context of role:
2wish support anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We are an All-Wales and part England charity providing immediate casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.
The post holder will provide immediate and ongoing emotional and practical support to families affected by the sudden and unexpected death of their child or young adult.
Main duties:
Service:
- To initiate immediate support for a caseload of families whose children and young people aged 0-25 have died suddenly and unexpectedly across the region
- To contact all families within 24-48 hours of the referrals by telephone
- Complete an initial assessment of families’ needs to identify and plan the support as required in line with safeguarding and risk reduction
- Offer emotional support and advice to a case load of families through home visits and ongoing weekly telephone calls
- To liaise with the Counselling Support and Outreach Coordinator, who is responsible for organising formal support such as counselling, complementary therapy or play therapy, subject to consent from the bereaved individual
- To work with hospital staff, GP’s, police officers, coroner offices, mental health teams and other healthcare professionals to raise awareness of and promote referrals into the charity
- To liaise with other professionals working alongside the family to provide a holistic and multi-agency approach to support
- Attend relevant forums within the area
- To deliver awareness training in hospitals and other healthcare settings, schools and workplaces on the use of the bereavement boxes, referring into the charity and bereavement awareness
- To monitor the use of the memory boxes and ensure families have been offered a memory box
- To work with hospital trusts to establish and maintain the upkeep of suitable bereavement suites for bereaved individuals to use as required
- Facilitate debriefs within professional settings following a traumatic or sudden death of a child or young person

Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Normal office hours are 9am – 5pm, although alternative hours may be worked with line manager agreement. Work outside office hours may sometimes be necessary and will be compensated for by time off in lieu.

Forest Peoples Programme (FPP) is an international NGO that has been working with Indigenous Peoples and forest peoples for 35 years since it was established in 1990. As of 2026, we work in 18 countries across South and Central America, Africa and Southeast Asia, with over 50 partners based in the tropical forest belt. We work directly and in solidarity with communities and peoples, supporting them to secure their rights to their traditional lands, territories, and resources, protect their forests and ways of life, and choose their own futures.
Working at local, national and global levels FPP supports Indigenous Peoples and forest peoples to effect change from the bottom up – grounded in struggles to advance the enjoyment of their rights and seek remedy for violations. At the same time, we work to ensure the voices and priorities of Indigenous Peoples and forest peoples shape national and international law and policy – e.g. relating to business and human rights, climate, and biodiversity – so that resulting regulatory and market reform better serves and respects their rights.
Role summary
The work of Forest Peoples Programme (FPP) is organised via three core programmes, each of which is led by a Programme Coordinator. The Programme Assistant position provides a broad support function for the Programme Coordinator, principally in relation to administrative and logistical support, as well as supporting programme and project monitoring and management (including some financial management). Programme Assistants need to be able to work at pace on multiple different tasks concurrently; to be proactive and take initiative under broad direction; to be able to work directly and respectfully with Indigenous Peoples and forest peoples and their organisations; and to be able to write well, taking notes and distilling information in English (and ideally also in a second relevant language).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and tracking of the Programme’s work, including key dates, deliverables and actions, and help maintain internal knowledge management systems and channels.
- Support Programme and sub-programme team meetings, including organising meetings, drafting agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring and following up on action points.
- Support the Programme Coordinator and other programme colleagues in communications with grant partners, donors and other parties, including liaising with partners and programme colleagues to prepare Partnership Agreements, Letters of Agreement, and consultancy contracts (from templates).
- Work with the Programme Coordinator and the finance team to track expenditure across relevant programme budgets, monitor progress (including spend) on key projects within the programmes, track key donor reporting deadlines and help compile and submit narrative and financial reports to donors.
- Support fundraising, including compiling and checking grant applications.
- Support finalisation of publications and communications.
- Assist in planning, preparation and organising of events, workshops or meetings, working closely with FPP’s admin/logistics and finance teams, and supporting the attendance and participation of partners and staff at other national and international events. As Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will:
