The Royal British Legion is looking for an experienced and analytical Senior Acquisition Manager to lead its mass fundraising acquisition activity and drive sustainable growth across multiple channels.
This is a senior role at the heart of RBL’s acquisition strategy, responsible for bringing new supporters into the organisation and creating the foundations for long-term engagement and income. Forest House Education Centre (FHEC) is a hospital school for 13-17-year-old pupils, attached to the Forest House Adolescent Unit, a Tier 4 CAMHS inpatient facility on the Kingsley Green hospital site. The Centre provides education for the patients occupying the Adolescent Unit's sixteen beds, while additionally being the sole educator for eight 'day pupils' who are referred by Hertfordshire County Council through ESMA (the LA's tutorial service for pupils who are out of mainstream education for medical reasons).
The Service Manager at Forest House Education Centre will work closely with Trust leaders to effectively manage the day to day provision of the service.

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Operations Lead to turn an ambitious pilot into a scalable national membership model.

Dose of Nature is a mental-health charity improving mental health and wellbeing through structured, evidence-informed engagement with nature.
We are establishing a Young Person Memberships service for young people and young adults under 25. Through this model, trusted youth, community, education and clinical organisations will be trained and supported to deliver the Dose of Nature programme in the places and services young people already know.

About the role

Barts Health NHS Trust provides maternity and neonatal care for women and birthing people and their babies each year, providing all aspects of obstetrics and midwifery care in our labour ward, midwife-led birth centre and home birthing service.

MNVPs ensure that service users’ voices are at the heart of decision-making in maternity and neonatal services by being embedded within the leadership of provider trusts and feeding into the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) and Integrated Care Board. This influences improvements in the safety, quality, and experience of maternity and neonatal care. We work to ensure that every woman and birthing person on the maternity and neonatal pathway has a chance to have their voice heard. We do not speak for them.

· Employing creative thinking and practices to ensure that guests are supported and motivated to achieve their goals, primarily to access and maintain accommodation and develop durable support networks

4. Women’s Night Shelter lead
· Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of the casework provided to the women’s night shelter over the winter months.
· Ensuring that women accessing the service receive high-quality, person-centred support, advice and advocacy, both by taking on a caseload of clients and supporting the other caseworkers involved in the women’s night shelter. Helping guests to address immediate needs, while supporting them to access appropriate housing, health, welfare, legal and other specialist services.
· Participating in a weekly casework drop-in for guests of the women’s night shelter over winter; providing a safe, welcoming and trauma-informed environment to deliver casework to women experiencing homelessness, insecure housing and multiple disadvantages.
· Maintaining all safeguarding and risk management protocols.
5. Monitoring impact and administration
· Collating statistics and outcome measurements of the casework service for both internal and external use
· Maintaining a well-organised and easily accessible administration system for the casework programme in line with relevant legislation (e.g., GDPR), including accurate and up-to-date case notes using our internal In-Form system
· Adherence to all Glass Door policies and procedures, including compliance with safeguarding procedures
· Managing a small casework budget
· Proactively identifying areas for improvement and development of service provision

London Youth Gateway is a sector leading service supporting 18-25 year-olds facing homelessness or rough sleeping across the capital. Our mission is to make sure young Londoners bounce back quickly and safely in times of crisis and to prevent or solve their homelessness for good. You will be playing a leading role in helping to shape the work of the partnership, its collaborative processes as well as its connections with each of the London local authorities.
This is a key role in our organisation, and we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in partnership and stakeholder engagement who knows how to get and keep people on board to meet mutual or differing needs. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and persuasive negotiator with an eye for detail. 1. Substantial hands-on experience managing multi-donor grants across the full lifecycle, from start-up to close-out with a diverse donor community (governments/multilaterals, trusts and foundations, and private donors), including restricted awards.
2. Proven track record coordinating high-quality donor reports and ensuring contractual compliance across multiple awards and deadlines.
3. Demonstrable experience collaborating internally and leading applications, funding reports, financial reporting (budgets, forecasts, cost recovery, and expenditure monitoring).
4. Experience of preparing concept notes, proposals, and application forms for funding opportunities.
5. Experience with grant databases/CRM.
6. Stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with donors and supporting senior leaders with briefings and stewardship.
