With a strong track record of leading, developing, and managing high-performing teams, you will also be a skilled communicator, who is able to influence and engage a variety of audiences. Our rehoming centres house thousands of dogs each year until they can find a loving new home and the success of our centres wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated team of staff and volunteers; there is a real family-community within each of our centres. Come rain or shine, our team are out in all weathers to make sure the dogs have the best possible life. Dealing with thousands of visitors each month, our rehoming centres are the face of Dogs Trust, and we pride ourselves on our staff providing the very best in customer service.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Service Charges team as Regional Service Charge Manager. Based from our office in Basingstoke, you'll combine office and home working in line with our hybrid approach, with occasional travel to our Wembley office for team meetings.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Service Charge Setting and Administration, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating the Regional Service Charges team in the South West region in the delivery of the service charge calculations (all tenure types) and annual service charge statements to customers in line with legal and regulatory requirements. The portfolio consists of approximately 20,000 units with a total annual service charge income budget of c.£20 million. Responsibilities include:
Managing the Regional Service Charge team with a focus on articulating a clear vision, providing direction, and promoting a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
Setting the annual service charge expenditure and income budget across all tenures within the region
Accountability for the annual service charge estimate and final account process, ensuring the risk associated with rechargeable service charges is effectively managed and regulatory time scales are met
Working collaboratively across the business to support continuous service improvement and deliver excellent customer service to customers across different tenure types, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Reviewing and approving the certification of annual service charges, documenting the calculation and apportionment process, including the reports and supporting documentation to facilitate the certification
Producing and analysing regular reports on recoverable repairs and maintenance expenditure, estimated service charge income and ad-hoc reports dependant on business requirements
What we're looking for
You should have previous experience in a similar management role within service charges. You'll need to demonstrate strong technical knowledge, being adept in managing fixed and variable charges in a large and complex setting, preferably in a housing context. You'll also need:
To be an experienced leader, skilled in developing high-performing teams and consistently maintaining high operational standards
Thorough understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (as amended) and other guidance and best practice for service charges
To be qualified by experience or a qualified accountant with a solid understanding of accounting practices and concepts including account reconciliations
Ability to take ownership and work independently whilst meeting tight organisational deadlines
Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating collaborative, cross-functional working relationships, including experience liaising with external stakeholders, e.g. auditors, regulators and Ombudsman
Experience in directly engaging with customers, addressing queries, and delivering clear, concise written communication
Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate / advanced excel
Knowledge and experience of using housing management and property management systems (e.g. Workday, SUN, Agresso, NEC, Active H or similar)

St Mungo’s Bristol Street Outreach Team will be recruiting to a number of Outreach Worker roles as part of an increased number of opportunities across rough sleeping services. This could include working with focused groups of clients including those residing in vehicles on the roadside or people who have been rough sleeping for a particularly long time, some of whom are part of the ‘Target Priority Group (TPG)’.
Our belief is that rough sleeping is an intrinsically harmful and dangerous activity both for the individual and for the wider community. Therefore, we take a proactive and assertive approach to supporting people away from this activity. Our aim is to support people to recover from the effects of rough sleeping and move away from a street lifestyle permanently.
Working as an Outreach Worker you will:
It’s not always an easy job, but the opportunity to work with different people every day, helping individuals experiencing homelessness and the local community end the harms of rough sleeping can be highly rewarding.
You will work on a weekly shift rota including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This helps us to ensure we are available to support people experiencing homelessness when they need us the most. Shifts can vary particularly during periods of extreme weather.

One25 is a Bristol charity for women moving from crisis and trauma towards independence in the community. It is a highly respected charity working with some of the most vulnerable women to help them to heal and thrive.

PWSA UK is looking for an individual who is experienced in individual supporter fundraising, capable of growing our income from our community network, individual givers including seasonal and capital campaigns. You will have the drive to make a difference for our stakeholders, be able to build strong supporter relationships at a distance and create compelling proposals that connect donors with PWSA UK’s mission and will enjoy working independently in a small team.
About the role
This is a new role and you will manage and maintain a regular giving programme for new and existing supporters, developing tailored communications, proposals and engagement opportunities for the community that connect donors’ interests with PWSA UK’s mission. Working with colleagues, trustees and volunteers, you will support community fundraising, establish an effective individual giving programme using the CRM and increase the number of legacy pledges achieved over time

About you
You will be an excellent communicator, careful researcher and organised fundraising manager, with experience in individual giving and community fundraising. You will be confident communicating with donors and senior stakeholders, handle sensitive information with discretion, and share PWSA UK’s commitment to supporting people with Prader-Willi syndrome.

About the role:
As a Project Worker at our Stacey Street service in Islington, you’ll support adults who have experienced homelessness or rough sleeping to rebuild stability and move towards independent living. This is a hands-on role in a busy hostel environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll work directly with residents who may be navigating challenges linked to mental health, substance use, trauma or contact with the criminal justice system. Through strengths-based support planning and clear risk management, you’ll help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers and take practical steps forward. From supporting someone to engage with treatment, to sustaining a tenancy or accessing training and employment, your work will focus on realistic, sustainable progress.
Day to day, you’ll build trusted relationships whilst maintaining professional boundaries. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate the right support at the right time, ensuring residents are prepared for successful move-on. You’ll keep accurate records, respond calmly in challenging situations and contribute to a psychologically informed environment where people feel respected and motivated to change.
This role is about creating momentum. By helping residents move from crisis towards stability, you’ll play a key part in freeing up hostel spaces for others in urgent need and strengthening SHP’s mission to end homelessness for good. At Release, we believe that expert advice can change lives — especially for people who are pushed to the margins by poverty, stigma, criminalisation and complex legal problems. We are looking for a debt adviser who wants to do more than provide technical advice: someone who shares our commitment to social justice, dignity and practical support, and who wants to be part of a specialist legal team working alongside people at the point they need help most.
This is not a traditional debt adviser role. It is an opportunity to help shape a newly established debt unit within our legal team, creating a holistic service that responds to the full reality of people’s lives rather than treating debt in isolation. You will work alongside legal advisers and solicitors delivering free welfare benefits, debt and housing advice through our outreach services, with referrals coming directly from colleagues supporting clients with overlapping legal and financial problems. You will also provide training and support to colleagues and host centre staff, helping build confidence and understanding around debt, its impact, and how to identify when someone may need specialist advice. Many of the people we work with are facing crisis, exclusion and multiple barriers to support. In this role, you will help ensure they are met with compassion, specialist advice and joined-up support that gives them a clearer route forward.
The new Debt Adviser wil join Release’s multidisciplinary legal services team. The postholder will provide high-quality, non-judgmental debt advice to people experiencing financial hardship alongside issues such as substance use, homelessness, poor mental health, benefit problems and social exclusion. Ideally, you’ll be qualified to Level 3 Certificate in Money and Debt Advice, the Certificate in Money Advice Practice (CertMAP), or the CMA Award in Generalist Debt Advice. Should you not have these or equivalent certifications, the appointee would be required and supported to achieve a certification within an agreed timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialist debt advice through direct referrals for our legal team who support clients in trusted community and treatment settings.
