Job description

In Cardiff, Spear is partnering with Citizen Church, which is part of the HTB Network of churches. In joining the Spear South Wales team, you will be part of the social outreach programme at Citizen Church.

Spear is a dynamic, growing youth employment charity that coaches young people to overcome barriers and thrive in work and life. We do this through the Spear Programme.

While the Spear programme will maintain a close connection with Citizen Church and coaches will be expected to get to know the team and congregation to enable them to support the Spear programme, the Spear Coach is not required to join the church if they are already involved in another local church.
