Job requirements:
Must bring substantial senior leadership experience, ideally Director, Deputy CEO or equivalent level, with evidence of strategic planning, organisational growth and performance management. Must have a proven track record in fundraising, business development and income generation, including securing funding, managing funder relationships and identifying new commercial or partnership opportunities; experience leading high-performing teams, managing change and strengthening organisational culture; strong financial acumen, including understanding budgets, balance sheets and financial decision-making; knowledge of charity governance, safeguarding, health and safety, data protection and risk management frameworks; experience working with Boards of Trustees. The role translates the Business Plan into action, leads staff, freelancers and consultants, and develops an inclusive, high-performing culture. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, HR compliance, performance management and staff wellbeing. The role oversees organisational systems, administration, IT and the operation of Talent House, including health and safety, compliance, venue hire and stakeholder relationships. They co-lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring and audit processes, while driving fundraising and income generation across grants, trusts, partnerships, sponsorship and earned income. What could you achieve when two organisations with a shared purpose come together?
As our Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day development and delivery of our partnership with The FA.
This is a high-profile, high- value partnership. You’ll work across both organisations to build trusted relationships, bring people together and turn ideas into action.
The aim? To deliver income, impact and value for everyone involved.
Could you take an ambitious idea and turn it into something that works in practice? You’ll bring commercial thinking, project management and a clear external focus to a partnership that reaches audiences across the country.
You’ll work with colleagues across Alzheimer’s Society and The FA. This will include operational teams, as well as senior and executive stakeholders.
You’ll be based at The FA’s Head Office at Wembley Stadium at least one day a week. You’ll also have regular opportunities to meet partners and colleagues face to face across the UK.
Location: This role is contracted as hybrid. You will spend time working from home, at our London office and attending the FA office in Wembley Stadium at least one day a week. You will be regularly meeting partners and stakeholders in person. Occasional UK travel should be expected.
Contract: This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave

What you’ll do
You will take ownership of the partnership’s strategy, relationships and delivery, ensuring it continues to grow in value, profile and impact.

About you

The Role
As our Evidence and Impact Manager, you will lead the development and continual improvement of our Outcomes Framework, helping us evidence progress towards our vision of ‘Transformation through Forests’.
Working to deliver our vision for nature, communities and enterprise, you’ll establish meaningful metrics, effective data collection, evaluation and reporting processes.
Managing a small team, you will oversee the generation and delivery of robust evidence and insight, translating complex information for a range of audiences to inform decision-making, support programme development, and inform external messaging for communications and advocacy work.

- At least five years’ experience in a similar role

The Youth Adventure Trust is a youth development charity working with vulnerable young people aged 11 to 16 years old from Somerset, Wiltshire and Swindon. Our outdoor activity based YAT Adventure Programme enables young people to challenge themselves, experience success, learn to go beyond their own expectations and grow in confidence. Through a series of residential camps and day activities they are able to build resilience, self esteem and develop social and life skills. The YAT Resilience Programme works to the same outcomes through a year long programme of monthly activities, home-based challenges and reflective practice. Our Mentoring Programme works with those young people in need of some additional individualised support at the end of our other programmes. The Trust’s Bursary Programme is open to all those young people who have completed an initial programme, in order to assist their next steps into further activities. Our aim is to make a lasting improvement to the lives of vulnerable young people. All our services are provided completely free of charge to the young people who are nominated by schools and other youth organisations to take part.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Programme Manager to support, deliver and manage our outdoor based development programmes.
Responsibilities will include:

Acting as the key point of contact to organise, deliver and oversee the programme to a group of young people, including managing and supporting activity days and residential adventures throughout the year.
