About this job

Someone who's built propensity models, next best action logic, or lifetime value analysis, and who understands how to turn that thinking into segmentation, selections, and audience strategies that improve engagement and fundraising outcomes. You will lead a team and shape how we understand our audiences, turning that understanding into action.
