Jamma Wellbeing exists to empower people so they can navigate life with greater confidence and choice. The role
The Director will lead Jamma Wellbeing from its current stage into a focused, sustainable and scalable organisation.

Experience of licensing, accreditation, train-the-trainer or another partner-led scaling model would also be an advantage.

About the role
This role will contribute to delivering Coram Children’s Legal Centre’s agreed programme of policy work, which focuses on immigration policy, education policy and children’s rights. The post-holder will play an important part in creating policy impact to promote the rights of children in the areas of immigration and education policy. Working with the Head of Policy and Practice Change, the Policy Managers and teams across Coram, the key objective of the role is to deliver policy work that has impact for children and centres the views and experiences of children and young people. * Experience in corporate fundraising, including developing and managing partnerships and sponsorships.
* Solid background in grant fundraising and management, including oversight of applications, reporting, and compliance.
* Confident user of fundraising data and CRM systems, with the ability to interpret data and produce clear, actionable reports.
* Proven team leadership and line management experience, including performance management and staff development.
* Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid working environment, with at least one day per week in the London office and two days remote.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience of leading fundraising functions through periods of transition or organisational change.
* Familiarity with UK charity fundraising regulations and best practice frameworks.
* Experience in developing or refining donor journeys and supporter engagement strategies.

This role is a maternity cover role.
We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and proactive individual to provide maternity cover and coordinate NFFN Scotland’s Knowledge Exchange (KE) programme of activities.
The sucessful candidate will have a sound understanding of Scotland’s farming and crofting sectors, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain and develop relationships and inspire change. This role involves hitting the ground running, working closely with farmers, crofters, partner organisations, and the wider NFFN team to deliver a programme of impactful events, grow the network, and support knowledge sharing to accelerate the adoption of nature friendly farming practices.
This maternity cover role will play a key role in delivering NFFN Scotland’s KE strategy, contributing to the growth of our network and raising awareness of nature-friendly farming across the country. They will work closely with the NFFN Scotland Manager and the farmer-led steering group, as well as other NFFN staff involved in farmer and public engagement, to ensure alignment with the wider organisational strategy. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with a range of audiences are essential, as is a proactive and collaborative approach to working across teams and with external partners.
This is a home-based role based in Scotland, and the successful applicant must be willing and able to travel to farms, meetings and events across the country, including occasional overnight stays. Valid UK driving licence, or an equivalent licence permitting you to drive in the UK is essential.
