Horses are incredible animals. They’ve carried humans into war; it’s no wonder they can read exactly what a child needs, often before the child knows it themselves.

Sadly, some people still abuse and neglect them. That’s where the HorseWorld hug comes in. With us, horses are safe. They live out all year round, form herds, roll in the mud, escape occasionally (because… horses), and get to live like horses again.

Our 160-acre farm is minutes from Bristol and Bath, but feels like a different world. In winter, photoshoots and tours involve waterproofs and wellies. In summer, it’s an outdoor oasis.

Why this role exists (the honest bit)

We raise around £1.5m a year against operating costs of around £2.5m.

Fundraising needs to grow — but more importantly, it needs to work better.

This role exists to:

• grow sustainable, controllable income
• improve return on investment (ROI)
• focus on what actually delivers impact
• stop doing things that don’t (even if they’re well-loved)

You won’t be expected to perform miracles.
You will be expected to bring clarity, judgement and leadership — with empathy and humour intact.

The role (what you’ll actually do)

As Head of Fundraising & Communications, you will:

• Sit on the Senior Management Team and report to the CEO
• Lead all fundraising and marketing comms activity
• Take responsibility for income and cost-effectiveness
• Shape strategy, set priorities and make evidence-based decisions
• Personally steward a small number of key major donors and partners

You’ll lead a talented team covering:

· Individual Giving

· Major Donors & Philanthropy

· Corporate Partnerships

· Trusts & Grants

· Digital Content

• Data, CRM & Compliance

You’ll also work closely with our Heads of Equine Welfare and Discovery to fundraise for our work with vulnerable horses & children.

We are looking for a pragmatic, collaborative AI professional to join us as our AI Programme Manager at The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). The clinical adoption of AI is becoming a central issue in medicine, and our specialities of radiology and oncology are at the forefront of this development. The RCR has a vital role to play in navigating the safe and effective implementation of this technology. This post is central to shaping the RCR’s position on AI, drawing on the expertise and insight of our members and fellows to ensure we remain leaders in this area. 

We are looking for an experienced programme manager to continue to drive the AI agenda, overseeing multiple programmes and collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups across the RCR and beyond. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and equally comfortable with strategic oversight and the finer detail of this complex, technical area. You do not need to be an AI specialist, but a strong interest in the subject and a working knowledge of NHS systems will be an advantage.

This role sits within our External Affairs team, reflecting the RCR’s commitment to engaging with and representing members and fellows on AI. You will build strong relationships with our data, policy, public affairs and media specialists, working together to strengthen the RCR’s member engagement and influencing work in this area. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the RCR who support the practical implementation of AI — for example, through developing guidance or planning our Global AI Conference. 

The successful candidate will be results-oriented, high-performing and a skilled communicator, with the ability to lead a team of ambitious and innovative professionals.

What you’ll do 

• Work with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the College’s AI strategy, securing our position as a leading organisation in the healthcare AI space.
• Be the first point of contact for AI, both internally and externally. 
• Represent the College externally in meetings, groups and other forums, including as sole representative where required. 
• Manage AI workstreams in line with the College’s financial, contractual and HR delegation framework, from developing workstream plans to establishing and chairing advisory committees. 
• Identify and develop new AI projects as opportunities arise, building stakeholder buy-in and converting them into funded projects with tangible outcomes for the College. 
• Lead, motivate and support the AI team, fostering a productive and engaged working environment.

Sue Ryder is looking for a Digital Fundraising Manager to lead the planning and delivery of innovative digital fundraising activities that grow our supporter base and maximise income.

In this new role, you will develop and optimise multichannel fundraising campaigns across digital platforms while embedding a culture of test, learn and continuous optimisation. Working extensively with colleagues in both our fundraising and digital teams, you will ensure digital channels effectively engage supporters and drive donations.

Essential Criteria

• Project and stakeholder management. Experience in managing parallel workstreams, multiple priorities, and complex stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrable experience of developing digital fundraising strategies and implementation plans to meet targets and KPIs in a role with substantial responsibility for driving supporter growth using a variety of digital channels.
• A proven track record of planning and delivering multichannel digital fundraising campaigns within the charity or not-for-profit sector, including but not limited, to activity across paid social media (Meta, TikTok), email, PPC, display and emerging channels. Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, as well as other native platform analytical tools for tracking, reporting and assisting optimisation.
• Proven knowledge and use of digital marketing tools, including email marketing and automation platforms (DotDigital would be advantageous).
• Demonstratable experience of developing paid social media campaign tracking and an understanding of the changing landscape in social media i.e. current Meta restrictions

ROLE OVERVIEW

From honing our campaign strategy to sparking collaborations with external organisations and delivering creative and engaging content, you’ll be a key player in shaping how RLSS UK and our work are seen by the public and partners.

You will lead the development and delivery of impactful, insight-driven campaigns that increase public awareness of both RLSS UK and the importance of water safety, share the skills and knowledge needed to prevent drowning, and engage and educate diverse audiences to amplify RLSS UK’s mission. Working closely with colleagues across marketing and communications, policy and public affairs, education, and membership, you will create compelling campaigns that inspire action, strengthen our brand presence, and educate.

You will collaborate with partners, members, stakeholders, supporters, and media outlets to ensure RLSS UK remains a trusted national voice in water safety. Through strategic storytelling, public mobilisation, and cross-channel campaign delivery, your work will help influence behaviours, shape understanding, and ultimately reduce accidental drownings.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Leadership

• Lead, develop, and deliver RLSS UK’s major national public campaigns, including:

- Drowning Prevention Week

- Don’t Drink and Drown

- Splash Safely at Home

- Project manage the end-to-end‑ delivery of multichannel campaigns (digital, print, PR, in-person events,‑ and partner channels).

• Ensure all campaigns are insight-led, supported by relevant data and evidence, designed to be inclusive and accessible, and effectively reach audiences at higher risk of drowning.
• Support public-facing communications for policy and public affairs, including web, email, and social channels.
• Contribute to organisation-wide planning, ensuring campaigns support fundraising, education, and membership goals where appropriate.
• Develop end‑to‑end campaign journeys for supporters, partners, and stakeholders who engage with or pledge support, to deepen involvement, encourage advocacy, and maximise long‑term impact.
• Work proactively across internal directorates to co‑create and deliver campaigns that maximise reach, effectiveness, and impact.
• Conduct audience and stakeholder mapping for each campaign to identify priority groups, collaboration opportunities, and the most effective channels, partners, and messengers to maximise reach and impact.
• Ensure every campaign has a documented project plan, agreed before launch, with defined objectives, timelines, roles, and KPIs.

Creative Development & Content

• Produce engaging, accessible, and inclusive content that resonates with diverse audiences and consistently adheres to RLSS UK brand guidelines.
• Lead creative development, case study sourcing, storytelling, celebrity/influencer engagement, and campaign assets.
• Drive user‑generated content as a core engagement strategy, encouraging partners, members, and the RLSS UK community to share stories, visuals, and experiences that support campaign objectives.

Partnerships & Collaboration

• Build strong partnerships with communities and organisations, including emergency services, sports bodies, youth groups, and local authorities, to amplify campaign reach and impact.
• Support the participation of people with lived experience in campaigns, including bereaved families, with care and tact, ensuring authentic and meaningful involvement.
• Proactively identify and develop new partnerships, influencer and celebrity relationships to expand the reach, engagement and impact of each major campaign.

Delivery & Campaign Operations

• Oversee campaign production schedules, asset development, and delivery across all channels.
• Maintain campaign budgets and align spending with goals.
• Develop and maintain campaign‑specific brand guidance to support consistent use of RLSS UK messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels and audiences.
• Create and manage campaign packs for partners that set clear requirements for the correct use of the RLSS UK name, assets, messaging, and attribution, ensuring consistent representation across all partner activity.
• Ensure all campaign activity is consistent with RLSS UK brand guidelines, inclusive and accessible, on-brand, compliant, and aligned with RLSS UK’s strategic priorities.
• Ensure all campaign materials are reviewed and approved in line with RLSS UK brand governance processes prior to public launch.
   

Evaluation & Reporting

• Set clear campaign KPIs and monitor performance using robust, insight-driven metrics.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign reach, engagement, outcomes, and contribution to reducing drowning risk.
• Complete post‑campaign evaluations within agreed timeframes, identifying clear, actionable recommendations to inform continuous improvement across future campaigns.
• Use campaign evaluations, performance data, and insight to drive measurable year‑on‑year improvement in campaign outcomes, applying learning consistently to improve reach, engagement, and impact.

About the role

The Social and Digital Media Manager will execute and evolve our social and digital media approach, managing a small team to create and promote compelling social media content and campaigns. Pivotal to this is harnessing and growing existing channels, identifying new opportunities and channels, monitoring trends in the wider digital media landscape. They will use audience insights and platform analytics to optimise performance and shape the creation and editing of compelling digital-first and platform-tailored assets.

This role will also support the Senior Digital Fundraising Manager and Head of Marketing with paid digital campaigns, supporting multi-channel campaigns across Meta, PPC and YouTube and wider channels, maximising ROI whilst working within a tight budget. This role will work across our marketing and digital function, as well as the wider communications and fundraising teams and the wider service, including our operational frontline staff, building key relationships to allow us to test and progress different propositions, products and fundraising initiatives.

Do you have good knowledge of best practice in relation to rent management? Are you interested in financial empowerment?
This role has been created to support the successful implementation, embedding, and ongoing optimisation of our new Housing Management IT System. 
The post holder will ensure that income related processes—such as rent charging, arrears management, service charges, and financial workflows—are accurately embedded across all refuge services. This will include ongoing configuration and testing of the new system to ensure it meets our needs.

Alongside system implementation responsibilities, the post holder will lead on the effective management and reduction of rent arrears, including recovery of historic arrears. Operating within a performance driven framework, they will ensure income KPIs, compliance requirements, and data quality standards are consistently achieved.

A key purpose of the role is to promote financial inclusion, ensuring survivors understand their financial responsibilities, maximise income through benefits and entitlements, and build long term financial resilience.

About Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our fundraising strategy across community, events and volunteering, trusts and grants, corporate and philanthropy by crafting ambitious regional plans, nurturing high-performing teams, and driving excellence in supporter engagement and recognition. The Head of Fundraising will work collaboratively with the Individual Giving and Engagement team to drive new business pipelining and amplify fundraising campaigns, develop new fundraising products, and represent SCAA at external events and sector initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced team leader with significant experience working across a variety of fundraising disciplines and of developing and implementing fundraising strategies.

The successful candidate can be based from home, but this role will require regular travel to our bases at Perth and Aberdeen Airports and throughout Scotland. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.

About You

Essential

• Strong background in a variety of fundraising disciplines and a track record in growing fundraising income over multiple years within a charity, non-profit or values-led organisation.

• Experience of developing and implementing fundraising strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
