Heart Research UK is looking for an experienced, ambitious and proactive Corporate Fundraiser to join their growing fundraising team. In this exciting new role, you will help manage our existing portfolio of partners, as well as a significant focus on bringing on new corporate partners through direct outreach, networking, applications and pitches. You will enjoy developing strong relationships and have excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills. Key responsibilities
· Grow our corporate portfolio by securing new partnerships with companies and maintaining a focus on researching, prospecting and approaching businesses to secure the fundraising target.
· Manage a portfolio of existing and new partnerships, providing first-class relationship management and maximising value, including financial, advocacy, pro bono and in-kind support.
· Monitor, evaluate and report on progress against partnership KPIs, targets, activities and budgets. Identify opportunities for partnership visibility and communications, and where possible employee engagement.
· Support with identifying large scale national partnership opportunities and tracking these via our CRM.
· Manage and develop existing corporate engagement products such as Payroll Giving and various digital giving platforms.
· Create and manage the content for our quarterly corporate e-communication.
· Respond to urgent situations, identifying and responding to fundraising opportunities.
· Work within Heart Research UK’s due diligence guidelines.
· Make effective use of the CRM and deliver excellent standards of supporter experience, ensuring that systems are kept up to date
· Work closely with the wider Heart Research UK fundraising team, supporting colleagues, promoting national fundraising initiatives and proactively contributing ideas and knowledge
· Work closely with the marketing team on promotions, publicity, public relations and advertising in relation to fundraising activities
· Work in line with the Fundraising Code of Practice, and abiding at all times by the rules set out in the GDPR
Essential Attributes
· A track record of stewarding and maximising corporate partnership(s).
· Experience of successful partnership outreach work and examples of new partnerships that ave been secured
· Proven experience of working to financial budgets and operational objectives
· Passionate interest in charity sector, and the drive to further your fundraising knowledge.

STOP THE TRAFFIK prevents vulnerable communities from being recruited, trafficked, and exploited. Our targeted prevention work disrupts the criminal business of human trafficking, making it too high-risk and low-profit to be viable.
The Fundraising Officer sits within our Development & Communications Team and will support on growing and delivering our fundraising and partnership pipeline. The Fundraising Officer will lead on donor administration, support the preparation of applications to trusts and foundations, contribute to individual giving initiatives, and help build philanthropic and corporate partnerships.
This is a varied role for someone who is a strong writer, both persuasive and strategic, and who is motivated to connect STOP THE TRAFFIK’s mission with funders and partners who share our vision and act as long-term investors in prevention.
This role will be responsible for:
Funding Development & Applications
· Research potential funding opportunities to develop a consistent pipeline of relevant trusts and foundations, and write/submit applications for these opportunities.
· Create supplementary documentation needed for applications including budgets, MEL frameworks, timeline documents and theory of change frameworks.
Relationship Management
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing funders, partners, and individual donors through regular communication and stewardship.
Individual Giving & Activity Fundraisers
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with individual donors through regular communication and stewardship.
· Coordinate activity-based fundraising events, including the London Marathon, to maximise income and supporter engagement.
· Manage gift aid reporting.
Campaigns & Individual Giving
· Help develop and deliver our fundraising campaigns, including our annual match-funded December festive campaign.
· Work with the wider Development & Communications Team to create other compelling campaigns that grow supporter engagement and income, including initiatives for universities, schools, and faith groups.
Storytelling & Impact
· Transform data, monitoring and evaluation insights, and project outcomes into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
· Collaborate with programme teams to capture impact and integrate it into pitches and into donor reporting.

Overall Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to manage great quality, high impact marketing, brand and communications to support our funding, fundraising and supporter goals liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
To effectively project manage the marketing and communications outputs across one or more of our three charity brands: Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity, Evelina London Children’s Charity and Guy’s Cancer Charity - amplifying our need for charitable funds and the impact of these for the patients, families and staff of Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust.
- Project manage a number of marketing, design and communications activities from brief to evaluation that support the delivery of our ambitious ten year fundraising plan
- Contribute to income generation in support of the fundraising objectives and fundraising targets
- Contribute to increasing the number of supporters, increasing levels of awareness, reaching and engaging new audiences and existing audiences in fundraising and funding
- To build excellent working relationships with Trust Communications team, Fundraising team and other key stakeholders by developing an in depth understanding of their work, working collaboratively, acting as a key point of contact within the Charity Marketing and Comms team, ensuring all communications and marketing activity support the Charity and Trust’s brand and reputation.

Team Management
- Line manage 1 x Marketing and Communication Officer and matrix management 1 x Senior Media Officer, providing regular 121’s, performance reviews and L&D plans as required
Campaign project planning and implementation
- Lead the delivery of marketing materials and campaigns from brief to evaluation using project management tools to set, monitor and evaluate progress
- Develop and implement plans for marketing and communications activities, using a wide range of tactics to reach target audiences, setting objectives, KPIs and making the best use of tactics.
- Use a wide range of tactics to reach our audiences, making the best use of digital and social-media marketing, e-comms, Trust internal communications channels, events, PR, celebrity supporters and other relevant tactics.
- Collaborate with the Evelina London and Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Trust Communications Teams to agree plans and look for opportunities to work together to maximise impact.
- Act as main point of contact for Evelina London Trust Communications team, building strong relationships and specialist knowledge to best support future campaigns and objectives
- Act as a business partner to fundraising and funding teams to influence their marketing plans and support delivery, providing expertise on the Charity brands and expertise on a wide range of marketing tactics, including digital marketing, internal comms, PR and communications, events and collateral development.
- Work with the Senior Brand and Content Manager to support with content production, eg copywriting content and working with external suppliers on video and photo production.
Delivery
- Delivery across brands, through effective end to end project management and prioritisation as well as ensuring alignment of stakeholder expectations. This could include managing the delivery of the following –brand awareness and fundraising campaigns, impact reports, branded merchandise, case studies, challenge event collateral, digital assets, hospital onsite collateral, pull up banners, posters, leaflets, DM packs, fulfilment materials, digital assets including videos, photography and animations for social media
Central to your role will be:
- Leading project groups to deliver outstanding campaigns

- briefing creatives and supporting the creative process with designers, copywriters, agencies and freelancers
- managing the print and production process where required for marketing collateral
- managing Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital onsite and channels comms and marketing collateral for charity events, campaigns or projects. This may require you to be onsite at the hospital or related partner or community sites or events on regular basis, which will be based in London
- managing the development of case studies for Supporters, Fundraisers, patients, families and NHS Staff
- implement and embed our new brand portfolio across our organisation and the Trust including successful application of new brand identities, values
- Specifically support Fundraising colleagues across Events and Community, Direct Marketing, Corporate, Legacies, Public Fundraising and Major Giving to deliver on marketing plans for income generation and engagement.
- Collaborate with the charities Digital team to ensure strong performance of our digital channels in support of our Charity brand goals and content
Analysis and research
- Test and evaluate marketing and communications activities, providing the insights and data that influences decisions about future activities.
- Keep abreast of marketing best practice and new developments, contributing ideas on how these could increase the impact of our work.
Collaboration, Relationship Building and Networking
- Build excellent working relationships with the Evelina London and Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Trust Communication Teams, fundraising and funding colleagues - sharing objectives, agreeing plans and looking for opportunities to work across teams to maximise impact. Ensuring they are kept informed and consulted on plans and activities. Organise and lead regular planning meetings between teams.
- Support effective information flow and collaboration through regular meetings with the digital team.
Celebrity engagement and media
- Provide specialist support in developing opportunities involving celebrity engagement.
- Provide support and matrix management to the Senior Media Officer (Trust employed) to ensure we are maximising media and PR opportunities
Budget and supplier management
- Manage project and campaign budgets including invoicing and regular financial reporting.
- Manage external suppliers, ensuring procurement procedures are followed, suppliers are fully briefed and deliver projects to deadline and to budget.
Other
- Pro-actively spot opportunities to grow our 3 charity brands, sharing best practise and knowledge with teams to maximise campaign effectiveness

Work environment
The post holder should expect to:
- Work in a hybrid hot desk environment, generally working 2 days a week in the London office and three from home.
- Be responsible for the input and maintenance of databases and files relevant to the post requirements.
- Will occasionally be required to attend events in the evening and at weekends.

Purpose
Horatio’s Garden is a nationwide charity creating and nurturing beautifully designed gardens in NHS’s spinal injury centres.
The Patient Experience Manager will be instrumental in supporting patients and families use of the garden.
Along with the Head Gardener, you will be responsible for the smooth running of a thriving, vibrant garden ensuring the patient and their family are appropriately supported throughout their time in the spinal unit.
This role requires you to manage a team of volunteers and work closely with the Head Gardener who maintains the horticultural standard of the garden and delivers therapeutic horticulture sessions. You will be managed by the National Patient Experience Lead.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clinical and non-clinical NHS staff, corporate sponsors, funders, the Fundraising team, the Communications team and the National Patient Experience Manager.
The gardens have been beautifully designed and maintained, and the role of the garden needs to reflect an appropriate environment for patients and their families at all stages of their stay. Our Second Home (OSH) is a youth movement for young people with refugee experience to build community, become leaders, and flourish in the place they now call home. Each year, thousands of displaced young people arrive in the UK facing isolation, disruption to education, and limited opportunities to belong. OSH exists to change that.
Our work begins with residential programmes, where young people form friendships, build confidence, and experience joy and belonging. From there, many go on to take part in our nationally certified Leadership Training Programme and our regular Youth Hubs in London and Bristol. With the right support, young people return as peer leaders themselves – shaping programmes, mentoring others, and helping to build a self-sustaining, youth-led movement.
We are now looking for a Communications & Content Producer to help bring this work to life. This role is about turning the energy, warmth and leadership that exists across OSH into compelling stories, images and short videos that deepen connection with supporters, recruit volunteers, and support fundraising and events.

The Communications & Content Producer is a freelance role, working 1.5 days per week, reporting to the CEO. You will be responsible for capturing and producing content from across OSH’s programmes – particularly youth hubs, leadership training days and residentials – and shaping it into consistent, values-aligned output across our digital channels.

The Pre-Crime Programme Manager leads our work on predictive policing and surveillance within the criminal legal system and counter-terrorism policy, with a particular focus on raising awareness of, and challenging, the impact on over-policed and over-surveilled communities.
They are responsible for the development and implementation of the Pre-Crime programme, working with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and other staff to expand the programme’s profile, network and funding opportunities.

Activities
This is a permanent position at Open Rights Group, and we have secured a number of project grants to deliver the following activities:
- Lead and manage the Safety Not Surveillance (SNS) Coalition, the UK’s only coalition fighting to prohibit AI- and data-driven predictive policing. SNS brings together grassroots partners with national organisations to build power in communities, secure media coverage, engage decision-makers and mobilise those with lived experience.
- Develop detailed policy positions on the deployment of AI and data-driven technologies by private and public actors in criminal justice, immigration and national security.

We’re looking for a Principal Officer – Engagement to lead the development and delivery of SYMCA’s Engagement Strategy, embedding a culture of creative, inclusive, high-quality engagement across the organisation. You’ll coordinate engagement activities, manage engagement leads, and ensure that all engagement work aligns with the Mayor’s priorities and SYMCA’s strategic objectives. This is a senior role with significant influence—helping to build trust, strengthen relationships, and improve outcomes for South Yorkshire.

About the role
In this role, you’ll champion best practice in engagement, ensuring that SYMCA’s approach is ethical, accessible, and impactful. You’ll design and deliver engagement activities and training, provide internal consultancy, and work with partners to maximise collective impact. Your work will help shape policy, improve organisational capability, and foster a culture of engagement excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver a corporate engagement training programme to build internal capability and confidence.
- Design and deliver some engagement activities directly but chiefly provide consultancy and advice to the organisation on ethical and accessible engagement, ensuring compliance with best practice and legal standards.
- Collaborate with Bloomberg I-Team and Insights team to co-design innovative engagement and social research projects.
- Coordinate outreach and partnership working with key stakeholders including local authorities, MCAs, Government, VCSE, and universities.
- Convene and manage internal and external engagement networks to build organisational capacity and foster peer learning.
- Identify emerging trends and best practices in engagement, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
About you
We’re looking for an enthusiastic strategic leader with proven experience in designing and delivering engagement programmes. You’ll need excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to work across complex structures, and a passion for championing inclusive engagement. Essential:
- Experience delivering engagement projects in partnership with external organisations.
- Experience designing toolkits and delivering training to build engagement capability.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in ethical and inclusive engagement approaches and using digital tools to manage relationships.
- Experience presenting, organising events, and managing meetings.
- Interest in devolution and its potential to empower communities and restore trust.
- Demonstrable interest in behavioural insights, social research, and participatory engagement methods.
