This role will also require the successful candidate to travel regularly to operational locations and media opportunities within Scotland, sometimes at short notice, and to undertake media on-call duties as part of a rotational rota.

Do you have experience creating email campaigns and digital communications that bring customer journeys to life? Want to help shape the future of customer engagement at British Heart Foundation?
We're recruiting a Digital Journeys Senior Executives on 12-month fixed-term contracts to support one of our biggest digital transformation programmes.
About the role
British Heart Foundation is investing in Enterprise Foundations, an organisation-wide transformation programme designed to help us become a more customer-centric organisation through new technology, better use of data and more connected ways of working.
As a Digital Journeys Senior Executive, you'll help deliver one of the programme's most significant workstreams: migrating our marketing automation platform from Dotdigital to Adobe and redesigning hundreds of campaigns into customer-centred journeys.
You'll own assigned customer journeys from brief through to delivery, translating journey designs into live Adobe builds and configuring audience segmentation, workflow logic, personalisation and automation. Through rigorous testing and optimisation, you'll help ensure every communication delivers a relevant and connected customer experience.
Working through a series of transformation sprints, you'll contribute to rebuilding and improving existing campaigns while helping establish new standards, processes and ways of working across the organisation. You'll work closely with colleagues across Digital, Data, Retention and Customer Journeys, gaining valuable experience in marketing automation, customer journey orchestration and digital transformation delivery.
Your work will directly influence how we engage audiences and support more people to connect with BHF's mission.
About You
As our ideal candidate, you'll already have experience designing, building and delivering customer journeys, email campaigns or SMS communications within a marketing automation platform, alongside a strong understanding of audience segmentation, workflow logic and personalisation.
You'll bring strong knowledge of customer journey design, marketing automation and campaign delivery, together with experience using customer data to create relevant, targeted communications. Experience with Adobe Campaign or Adobe Journey Optimizer would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in candidates with experience using platforms such as Dotdigital, Salesforce or Braze who are excited to develop their Adobe expertise.
You'll be confident translating briefs and requirements into live journey builds, using performance insight to identify improvements and working collaboratively with stakeholders across digital, data, technology and marketing teams. Strong attention to detail, testing and quality assurance will be key to your success.
Most importantly, you'll be customer-focused, organised and naturally curious. You'll enjoy learning new technologies, solving problems and finding better ways to create journeys that deliver measurable results.
Working arrangements
These 12-month fixed-term roles provide additional capacity for the Digital Content & Journeys team during the Enterprise Foundations (EF) transformation programme.
These roles will specifically support the migration to Adobe and the building of hundreds of personalised customer journeys through sprint cycles until May 2027, followed by optimisation and hypercare. These roles provide the additional capacity needed to deliver the EF programme’s goals.
As this role is linked to a time-limited transformation programme, it is not intended to form part of BHF's ongoing permanent structure beyond completion of the project and associated optimisation activity. Following completion of the programme, responsibility for the ongoing management and optimisation of journeys will sit within the permanent Digital Content & Journeys team.
The contract is expected to end after 12 months when the additional funded programme activity and associated resourcing requirement are expected to conclude.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week in our London office. This may vary from time to time so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
Interview process
The interview process will consist of two stages. We plan for first stage interviews will be held over MS Teams on w/c 28 Sep 26 . For those successful, there will be second stage interviews in-person at our London Office (NW1 7AW) on 08 Oct 2026.
Our vision is a world free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases.

Job Title:Key Relationships Manager
Salary:£46,000 per annum
Location:Hybrid: London Office and Home
Hours of work:Full-time (35 hours per week)
Reporting to:Head of Key Relationships
Premier, the UK’s largest Christian media agency, is seeking a Key Relationships Manager who shares our passion for helping people encounter God through media and experience renewal.
Behind Premier’s ministry are generous supporters who make this work possible. Through thoughtful conversations, careful listening and a compelling invitation to give, you could help people connect their generosity with a mission close to their hearts — bringing the Gospel, encouragement and hope into everyday lives.
Role Overview:
You will build meaningful relationships with existing and prospective supporters, helping them discover how their giving can support Premier’s mission. Working with senior colleagues, you will guide relationships from first introduction through to a thoughtful invitation to give and ongoing care.
Alongside warmth and conviction, you will need persistence, disciplined follow-through and the confidence to ask for significant financial support when relationships are ready — potentially including gifts of up to seven figures. You do not need to have made asks at this level before, but you must be willing to learn.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building lasting partnerships: Develop and care for a portfolio of supporters, securing major gifts and multi-year commitments towards your annual six-figure target.
- Opening new conversations: Research and approach potential supporters, including senior individuals in the City’s corporate community, and create proposals that connect their giving aspirations with Premier’s mission.
- Representing Premier: Communicate our mission at donor meetings and events, involving senior colleagues where appropriate.
- Following through with care: Maintain accurate records, timely follow-up and monthly reporting, treating supporters with respect and following the Code of Fundraising Practice.
We are looking for someone with:
- A living Christian faith and a heart for the Gospel: A faith you can articulate clearly, commitment to Premier’s mission and a good understanding of the Christian community.
- A gift for relationships: Proven ability to build new professional connections and nurture trust, including with senior or influential people, through empathy, listening, tact and discretion.
- Purposeful communication: Excellent writing, presentation and conversational skills, with the confidence to represent Premier and a willingness to learn to ask directly for significant support.
- Initiative and accountability: Proven success against targets, resourcefulness in identifying opportunities, sound analytical judgement and a commitment to both personal responsibility and teamwork.
- Organisation and a learning mindset: Careful administration and follow-through, confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems; degree-level education or equivalent knowledge and ability gained through professional experience.
Ideally, you will understand the principles of the major donor journey, but previous experience managing major donors or securing large gifts is not essential.
We are particularly interested in your commitment to Premier’s mission and your ability to build trust and turn conversations into lasting relationships. You might bring these strengths from account management, sales, fundraising or another relationship-focused role. We can help you develop the specialist fundraising skills – if you have empathy, initiative, sound judgement and a willingness to learn, this could be your next role!
Location and availability: This is a primarily London-based role. You must live within daily commutable distance of the City of London and be able to attend London meetings and donor visits at least two days each week, with attendance at Premier’s London office as required. Additional travel and occasional evening and weekend work are also required.
Please note that Premier is a Christian media agency and this role has a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to have a personal Christian faith.

At Braintree Area Foodbank, we believe no one in our community should have to face hunger or hardship alone.
We provide emergency food and practical support to individuals and families in crisis, while working towards longer-term solutions to poverty. You will have the freedom to identify opportunities, develop new ideas and build fundraising activity from a relatively blank slate. While we already have an established base of supporters and fundraising materials, there is significant scope to develop new relationships, improve supporter engagement and create sustainable sources of unrestricted income.
Working closely with the Charity Manager, staff and Trustees, you will play a key role in building a fundraising function capable of making a significant contribution towards the foodbank's future.

- Growing individual giving, including encouraging one-off supporters to become regular donors.
- Identifying and approaching new supporters and proactively developing fundraising opportunities.
- Developing campaigns, appeals, newsletters and other communications that inspire people to support our work.
- Creating a structured approach to supporter stewardship, ensuring donors understand the difference their support makes.
- Building and maintaining a clear pipeline of fundraising opportunities and relationships.
- Maintaining accurate supporter records and ensuring appropriate GDPR and data protection practices.

- You are an excellent communicator, both in person and in writing.
- You are proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working independently.
- You can turn ideas into practical action and are comfortable building something new.
- You are organised and able to manage multiple relationships, opportunities and priorities.
- You are confident using databases, spreadsheets, email and standard office software.
- You share our commitment to treating people experiencing hardship with dignity and respect.
Experience of charity fundraising, corporate partnerships, individual giving, community fundraising or supporter databases would be an advantage, but we welcome applications from people with transferable experience from other sectors.
About us
Braintree Area Foodbank is a charity founded on Christian principles. Not every member of our team is a Christian, but we share a commitment to the values that underpin our work and welcome applications from people who do the same.
We believe that all people are created equal and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people are treated fairly and with respect.
Why join us?
