Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.

The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). About the Opportunity

The London Boroughs Outcomes Partnership (LBOP) delivers homelessness prevention services across London, supporting families living in temporary accommodation, as well as single adults and childless couples who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

LBOP is a pan-London outcomes partnership that brings together local authorities and specialist delivery partners to provide flexible, person-centred support that helps residents secure and sustain suitable accommodation. The programme also includes specialist provision for groups who may face additional barriers to housing, including refugees and LGBTQ+ individuals.

LBOP operates as an outcomes-based contract, with local authorities paying for the positive social outcomes achieved rather than a prescribed set of activities. This approach enables greater flexibility and innovation in service delivery, allowing support to be tailored to individual circumstances while maintaining a strong focus on achieving measurable impact.

The programme is designed to achieve a range of positive housing and social outcomes, including:

• Preventing homelessness and supporting people to remain in their existing accommodation where appropriate.
• Supporting individuals to secure suitable, stable and sustainable accommodation.
• Helping people sustain their accommodation and reduce the risk of future homelessness.
• Resolving housing-related issues, including landlord and property concerns.
• Improving mental wellbeing, financial resilience and independent living skills.
• Supporting access to education, training and employment opportunities.

Role and responsibilities

Support Delivery and Performance

• Build and maintain effective referral pathways with London Boroughs and partner agencies.
• Monitor referral activity, service performance and outcome achievement, identifying risks and implementing improvement plans where required.
• Oversee triage, outcome verification and CRM data quality to ensure accurate reporting and contractual compliance.
• Support delivery partners to achieve targets through coaching, challenge and performance management.

Partnership and Stakeholder Management

• Develop strong relationships with Local Authorities, delivery partners and community organisations across London.
• Act as a key operational contact, facilitating collaboration, problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
• Promote the programme through meetings, presentations and stakeholder engagement activities.

Service Development and Innovation

• Work with delivery partners and people with lived experience to continuously improve service delivery.
• Identify barriers to achieving outcomes and implement practical solutions.
• Share learning, best practice and innovation across the partnership.

Impact, Quality and Safeguarding

• Analyse performance data and trends to inform service improvements and support decision-making.
• Coordinate reporting requirements and contribute to commissioner and stakeholder reports.
• Act as Safeguarding Lead, maintaining oversight of concerns, risks and organisational learning.
• Support quality assurance processes, audits and outcome verification activities.

About you

You will have the following skills, knowledge and competencies:

· Drive to be part of a positive change to improve people’s life chances.

· Significant contract management experience, including management of multiple subcontracts with external organisations. Demonstrated ability of driving improved performance of external teams through effective contract management.  

· Experience and skilled in working across partner organisations and in using data and insight to inform and enhance performance

· Excellent operational management skills, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing delivery of multiple areas of responsibility.

· Knowledge of working with a case management system, including monitoring and maintaining data and ensuring teams are effectively using systems.

· Strong communication skills with a collaborative and flexible approach to work

· Ability to develop and manage positive and collaborative relationships with many partners and stakeholders with different perspectives and interests.

· Ability to work independently and use own initiative to find solutions.

· Be prepared to attend London offices 3 days a week.

Principle Responsibilities  

• Proactively recruit high-calibre supporters, volunteers, and community groups, inspiring and leading these networks to generate sustainable income

• Manage a portfolio of regional donors, ensuring excellent stewardship and long-term engagement. Enabling supporters to maximise their fundraising potential 

• Monitor and report on income, expenditure, and key performance indicators, including volunteer recruitment and event registrations, managing an income budget of approximately £600k PA.

• Deliver presentations and pitches to schools, community organisations, and businesses. 

• Act as “the face of BWCHC” within your region, developing and acquiring meaningful, long-term relationships

• Grow and strengthen volunteer and ambassador programmes in line with charity processes and procedures. Enhance fundraising volunteers’ skills to act on behalf of the Charity 

• Spend at least 50% of your time working within your region. Plan effectively, develop fundraising products, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure excellent donor stewardship. 

• Maintain strong communication and collaboration across the fundraising department and hospital, balancing relationships effectively while working remotely. 

• Drive the regional fundraising strategy with energy and creativity, identifying and nurturing long-term supporter relationships to secure sustainable fundraising and volunteering opportunities. 

• To be part of a project or appeal working group, such as Christmas, In Memory Fundraising or Facebook Challenges ensuring all information is shared across the team

The Individual Giving Campaigns Manager will lead and manage the multi-channel campaign portfolio 
within the Individual Giving function at Birmingham Women’s and Children's Hospital Charity. The Charity 
has been growing its supporter base over recent years and has an ambition to create a step change in our 
approach and significantly grow our Individual Giving donors and supporters.

This role is perfect for someone with excellent Individual Giving campaign creation & communication skills, a 
deep understanding of print and digital marketing, and robust analytical skills, able to make clear 
recommendations for campaign improvements to drive our future strategy
They will ensure that all income targets are achieved in line with the wider Fundraising Strategy and work 
closely with other Individual Giving colleagues covering ‘Acquisition & Retention’ and ‘In Memory & Legacies’ 
to deliver successful campaigns. The post holder will also support and deputise for the Head of Individual 
Giving where appropriate, to empower the Individual Giving and Legacies team to deliver over £3.5million+
per annum.

Key responsibilities include:
1. To utilise a range of existing and new channels to deliver new and existing campaigns to drive donor
acquisition, retention and upgrade, thereby maximising and growing annual income from individual 
giving campaigns covering Lotteries, Direct Marketing, Regular Giving and Legacies.

2. To design, deliver and analyse our annual multi-channel Direct Marketing portfolio covering Direct 
Mails, Eshots, Cold Mails, Social Media and digital acquisition to grow income, supporter 
engagement and data. The post holder will lead on the development of compelling campaign 
messaging, creative concepts and briefing design to ensure high-quality, engaging supporter 
communications.

3. To undertake complex analysis and evaluation of all Individual Giving campaigns, developing plans 
to continuously improve performance, response rates and ROI. To ensure effective use of campaign 
data to improve targeting, segmentation and overall campaign performance

4. To design and implement campaigns with robust and engaging supporter journeys, that build 
meaningful relationships and increase lifetime value & thereby long term sustainable income

5. To work with internal stakeholders to create inspiring Charity impact stories and campaigns that
drive public support of the 'general charity fund’ & enable long term, unrestricted income growth

6. To support the Head of Individual Giving to develop and implement the Individual Giving & Legacies 5 Year Campaign Strategy providing long term sustainable income and supporter growth, as well as 
line-manage and develop staff responsible for delivering Individual Giving & Legacies campaigns,
fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture

7. To provide guidance, training and support to the Public Fundraising Team and wider Charity Team 
for all relevant Individual Giving and Legacy campaigns/products 

8. To build and manage key stakeholder relationships with existing third party suppliers, Data & AI 
agencies, external Raffle and Prize Draw platforms, Design Agencies, and Mailing/Fulfilment 
Houses, to maximise campaign effectiveness

9. To lead and maximise opportunities to drive new data acquisition and lead generation across all 
channels, including reviewing and optimising existing lead generation activity and developing new, 
innovative lead generation campaigns

10. To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, including data protection, Gambling 
regulations, and Tax/Gift Aid, ensuring Birmingham Women’s and Children's Hospital Charity is 
compliant with all legislation and best practice

Start date: September 2026 

Main Purpose: To provide full-time support to learners within the Building Independence (BI) pathway at The Autism Project (TAP).

The role focuses on enabling learners to develop independence, communication, life skills, and confidence, supporting them to access the curriculum and participate in community-based learning. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure learners make meaningful progress towards their EHCP outcomes and personal goals.

Information:

Permanent part-time role. Working days are Tues to Fri 9-4pm (6.5hrs a day, allowing half hour unpaid for lunch). 26 hours a week.

Salary is £28,860 per annum (full time 37.5hrs) pro-rata. This is £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage).

Holiday allowance is 37 days per annum plus bank holidays pro-rata.

Holiday can only be taken outside of TAP term times.

Your place of work will be at our classrooms at Larcom House SE17 1RT. 

Flexibility: Term-time working only can be considered, on request.

East of England – with travel across the region

We are looking to recruit a Mentoring Programme Co-ordinator that will work to expand The Salvation Army’s Starfish programme across the East of England Division. Starfish is a mentoring programme designed to work with children and young people in schools, aged 9-16 years.

Working within a school’s student wellbeing support, Starfish provides committed and trusted adults (mentors) to work with young people who need Early Help without which they would be at risk of not meeting their full potential. Their identified needs may relate to their health, educational or social development.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and grow the Starfish Schools Mentoring Programme within local primary and secondary schools ensuring efficient and effective delivery and monitoring.
• Recruit and support volunteer Starfish mentors from the local Salvation Army corps and other churches in line with Salvation Army volunteer and Safe & Sound guidelines.
• Support and supervise volunteer coordinators / mentors including identifying and facilitating relevant training.
• Oversee all pupil referrals to the programme, ensuring all relevant information and reports are submitted to schools. Attending multi-agency meetings when required.
• Provide one-to-one mentoring with pupils to increase participation in education, with a focus around emotional health and wellbeing including personal development and life skills, guided by a Trauma Informed Practice approach.

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree with relevant qualification in children’s or youth work qualification and/or extensive experience of working with children and youth in education ages 9-16 and or in the wider community. Applicants with transferable / relevant skills will also be considered.
• Knowledge of issues affecting young people (e.g. education, poverty, mental health) creative and cultural landscape.
• Excellent people skills with extensive experience in managing staff, volunteers and working with children and young people (individuals and groups).
• Ability to create and run age-appropriate positive mentoring activities.
• The credibility, confidence and skills to represent The Salvation Army appropriately and professionally in a variety of settings and be able to develop strong and effective partnership opportunities and relationships that will extend the reach and impact of the Starfish programme across a wide area.
• Experience conducting effective monitoring and evaluation to increase effectiveness.

About Chapter One

Chapter One is a growing charity, working to ensure that every child has 1:1 reading support at the time they need it most.

Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme currently supports about 3,500 children a year. It pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 180 local and national businesses. The volunteer task is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. About Action Tutoring
At Action Tutoring, we believe every child should be given the opportunity to succeed in school. But in the UK today, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are less likely to

About the opportunity

We are looking for a strong candidate with formal teaching qualifications and experience teaching core National Curriculum subjects to join our established Impact and Quality department as Curriculum and Quality Manager. This role has oversight for ensuring the creation and delivery of high-quality, tailored tutoring resources for pupils and tutors, and managing the quality assurance processes within our organisation. This role includes line managing a team composed of two Curriculum Leads. You will also work closely with colleagues in the Marketing and Communications Department to provide matrix project leadership for the delivery of Initial Tutor Training.

Working closely with the Head of Development and wider team, you will provide administrative and operational support across a range of activities, including donor stewardship, fundraising campaigns, CRM management, funding programmes and the College’s Global CARE initiative, which helps address healthcare inequalities worldwide through improved access to safe surgery and patient care.
