About Us
Rossendale Refugee Support Group is a small, community-based charity committed to supporting refugees and people seeking asylum to rebuild their lives in safety . We provide practical advice, advocacy, support and opportunities for social contact to individuals and families living in Rossendale. We currently have a single employee who leads service delivery, and over 20 highly committed volunteers.
We provide two weekly Drop-in sessions for clients, one at Haslingden Link on Wednesdaymornings (offering casework and social opportunities) and one at Bacup Maden Centre on Tuesday mornings (offering casework only).

Having established a strong reputation locally we have recently secured a Local Authority contract for delivering refugee advice services. We are now seeking a Director who can lead the charity at a time of transformation, capitalising on our increased financial security to improve our offer, develop strategic direction, and establish the charity on a more sustainable footing. Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Leadership. Work with Trustees to develop and implement future direction of the organisation.
· Partnership development. Represent RRSG and build partnerships with funders, community organisations, national bodies, and other stakeholders.
· Fundraising. Lead the development and delivery of the organisation's fundraising strategy, identifying funding sources, preparing high-quality funding applications and reports, diversifying and strengthening income streams.
· Operational management. Provide overall leadership and management of the charity's services, ensuring services are high-quality and responsive to clients’ needs.

· Financial management. In partnership with the Treasurer and finance group, oversee financial management.

About You

In the 1980s, high unemployment and steep inflation was contributing to a shocking rise in youth homelessness across London. Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness. Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations of Glitch, enabling the effective delivery and adherence to policies and regulation for the charity and team. The role holder will be the charity's data protection officer; they will meticulously ensure we remain fully compliant with all relevant charity regulations, maintaining our integrity and trust with regulatory bodies, funders and donors, and our supporters. This role will also serve as the Board Secretary, attending Board of Trustees meetings 4-6 times a year, taking minutes and managing the process of all documentation for the Board. We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator & Bookkeeper to join our small, collaborative team. This is a varied role at the heart of the organisation, providing pragmatic administrative support across membership services, communications, finance, governance and events.
You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records and using a range of digital systems. From supporting our members and maintaining our CRM to producing communications, updating website content and assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping, you'll play an important role in helping ADCH deliver an efficient and professional service.
As part of a small team, you'll need to be adaptable, self-motivated and happy to take ownership of your work while supporting colleagues across a wide range of activities. GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for people affected by gambling harms. We deliver the 24/7 National Gambling Helpline, treatment services, prevention programmes and targeted community support across Great Britain. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will manage the full tender process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through to submission, review and mobilisation support. We are looking for an experienced bid or tender professional who can help GamCare compete confidently in a statutory commissioning environment, with a strong track record of writing and managing successful public-sector submissions. You will bring excellent writing and editing skills, strong project management, confidence working with internal experts and external partners, and a good understanding of public procurement. Experience of statutory tenders, NHS or Local Authority commissioning, health or social care, public-sector frameworks, social value, financial modelling or gambling harms would be helpful.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Finance and Operations Officer plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Forward Thinking. This is a varied role comprising approximately two days per week of office administration and operations and one day per week of bookkeeping and finance administration.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior hands-on role accountable to the Wolves Lane Consortium board who hold the 25-year lease for the Centre, and reporting to co-managing steward Ubele Initiative CIC whose investment has made this role possible and is the employing organisation.
This results-oriented role is pivotal to strengthening the Centre’s long-term financial resilience while maintaining its strong community ethos and aligning with the vision and mission. This to be achieved through identifying, developing and securing new income streams and expanding existing to generate gross profit, to contribute to overall running costs, and to generate sufficient yield for Consortium’s reserves and on-going investment.
Income streams to include from business to business, and retail sales; from increasing venue hires and event revenues; expanding value-partnerships with different sectors, and joint ventures; and at all times ensuring robust financial and performance oversight.
The postholder will be required to develop an Income Generation Strategy for approval by the Board and will be responsible for all its commercial elements. CO-LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
Working on behalf of the Wolves Lane Consortium, informed fully by and reporting to co-stewards Ubele CIC, and sharing the leadership and management of the Centre with the Facilities & Operations Manager, together you will be relied upon for the Centre’s success in pursuing its strategic and annual plans, and in what it does and how it does it.
The Facilities and Operations role is primarily to ensure the Centre is fit for all of its many different purposes; provides all users and visitors with a safe environment for their operations and activities, and a pleasant, rewarding, inspiring experience that results in return visits, longer dwell time. And in so doing reaches and attracts new audiences and more custom.
The Community Enterprise role is predominantly outward facing - to create, attract and secure new and increased income streams through more sales of its products, services and offer; to co-create with entrepreneurs’ new community-based enterprise models and for joint ventures; to secure more investment from philanthropic and individual donations, and for funded programmes from new and existing partners.
These two distinct and overlapping roles will work collaboratively creating synergies to optimize the Centre’s income generating potential, the revenue and investment it secures, and at the same time increase its reputation, reach, and value as a vibrant community asset and contributor to community wealth building.

iniva is seeking an experienced, thoughtful and collaborative Website & Communications Manager to join our team at a pivotal moment for the organisation. The role sits at the heart of Living Legacies: Collaboration, Community and Radicality, a four-year National Lottery Heritage Fund project that activates iniva’s archive and connects it with communities through exhibitions, events, podcasts, oral histories and digital resources. Working at iniva is dynamic, creative and purpose driven. This part-time role (3 days per week) is offered as a fixed-term contract over four years, with responsibilities evolving across the project lifecycle — from strategy and planning in the early stages to website redevelopment, major public programmes and legacy outputs in later phases. The Website & Communications Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to support clear communication, shared understanding and joined-up audience engagement. Role Purpose
The Website & Communications Manager will lead iniva’s communications for a four-year fixed-term
project (3 days per week), with responsibilities evolving across the project — from setting up systems
and plans in Year 1 to delivering public activity, website redevelopment and legacy outputs in later
phases.
Focusing on Living Legacies, the postholder will lead communications activity to grow and diversify
audiences while maintaining strong engagement with existing audiences. They will manage a small
communications team, including the Communications Coordinator, and coordinate different
freelancers over the life of the project, such as a PR Consultant, Website Developer and Podcast
Producer to deliver clear, consistent and values-led communication across the organisation.

Purpose
The Project Manager & Systems Implementation Lead will lead a programme of organisational and systemic change across DATUS, supporting the organisation to move from largely paper-based, informal and inconsistent working practices towards a more structured, reliable and digitally enabled system of operations.
The postholder will work with the CEO, senior managers and the Organisation and Governance Consultant to implement agreed organisational systems, processes and priorities across DATUS. This will include supporting the practical development and day-to-day use of systems such as SharePoint, client records, finance processes, reporting tools, action trackers, governance documents and operational workflows.
The role is focused on turning agreed organisational systems into everyday practice. The postholder will support managers and staff to use systems consistently, identify barriers to implementation, ensure agreed actions are followed through, and escalate risks where systems are not being used or delivery is drifting.
This is a senior implementation role. The postholder will have delegated authority to monitor implementation, challenge drift, request updates, support problem-solving and escalate risks.
