Kairos Women Working Together (Kairos) was founded in 1999 by a group of women in Coventry who recognised that those facing multiple disadvantages, and therefore most at risk of sexual exploitation, were falling through the cracks of existing services. From grassroots beginnings, Kairos has grown into a respected, feminist led, specialist women’s organisation rooted in the community it serves.

Over the next 5 years, Kairos will strengthen our new Women’s Hub as a safe, accessible, trauma-informed women’s centre delivering best practice responses, expand our services to meet women’s needs, strengthen partnerships, and influence systems so that no woman is left behind.

To do this, Kairos now seeks a strategic and experienced Finance & Impact Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team and drive the financial health and demonstrable impact of our charity.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be the custodian of our financial strategy, compliance, and data integrity. The role involves leading the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, managing all financial operations—including statutory accounts and audit—and ensuring strong financial controls. A key component is translating complex financial and performance data into clear, compelling impact reports for funders, trustees, and senior leadership.

The Programmes You’ll Lead

Music Producer Club (MPC) – digital music-making for young people aged 12–18, delivered in schools, youth centres and online. Taught by ‘producer educators’ - working music producers we train to educate the next generation -, MPC builds creativity, skills and confidence while connecting participants with electronic music culture and the national curriculum.

Process – a development programme for women, non-binary and trans+ music makers. Structured across three strands for different abilities (Create, Define, Release), Process combines workshops, mentoring and masterclasses to build skills, confidence and community for underrepresented producers.

Out The Box (OTB) – hands-on analogue mixing workshops in leading London studios, giving emerging producers practical experience with desks, outboard gear and professional engineers while bridging digital and analogue production techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management

• Lead planning, scheduling and delivery of MPC, Process and Out The Box programmes and events.

Quality Monitoring & Evaluation

• Collect and analyse participant data, case studies and feedback, and drive solutions in response to pain points.

• Support continuous improvement by feeding programme insights into CDR’s evolving evaluation framework, learning outputs, and communications strategy.

• Ensure safeguarding, risk assessments and health and safety are adhered to across all programmes. Implementing training, good practice and further planning where necessary.

Strategic Development

• Work with senior management to scale and embed programmes nationally.

• Ensure programmes align with and contribute to the CDR Pathway, supporting participants to progress from entry-level engagement to sustained creative practice and professional development.

About Play for Progress

This is an exciting moment for Play for Progress (PFP) as we celebrate our 10th anniversary and reflect on a decade of creative, therapeutic and community-building work with young people navigating the asylum system. Play for Progress is a Croydon-based charity dedicated to supporting unaccompanied young people seeking asylum, aged between 14 and 25. As Admin Support Officer, you will be the operational backbone of Play for Progress — keeping our systems running smoothly, supporting our team to do their best work, and ensuring that the young people and partners who engage with us experience a professional, warm and well-organised charity.

The role is  hands-on, varied and  touches every part of the organisation. You will need to be highly organised, proactive and adaptable — someone who takes real pride in getting the details right and who understands that good administration is what makes good work possible. Key Responsibilities

General Administration

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the organisation, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

• Manage and maintain organisational filing systems — both digital and physical — ensuring documents are accurate, accessible and up to date

• Draft, proof-read and format a range of documents including letters, reports, meeting papers and internal communications

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally and promptly, including post, email enquiries and phone calls

• Support the scheduling and coordination of internal meetings and workshops, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

• Support HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and maintaining records.

• Oversee the DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) process for staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements.

• Maintain staff training records and track compliance with mandatory training.

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates and onboarding

Programme & Operations Support

• Maintain and update databases and records relating to young people, sessions and outcomes, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements

• Assist with the collection and recording of monitoring and evaluation data to support impact reporting

• Assist with the coordination of half-term projects, events and external activities as required

Essential Experience & Skills

• Experience in office management, administration, or HR support roles.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, safeguarding, and compliance (DBS checks, training records, etc.).

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience managing social media platforms for an organisation or project.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a hybrid team.

Desirable

• Experience working in a charity, arts, or community organisation.

• Understanding of trauma-informed practice.

• Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Square Space, InForm, scheduling tools, and content creation for social media.

We are looking for a new Finance Manager to be responsible for the effective day-to-day financial management of the charity supporting the CEO with the Finance Strategy.

She will be driven, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including the Charity Commission and Charity SORP (FRS 102).

She will work closely with the CEO, SMT and Trustees and she will provide clear, timely financial information to support sound operational and strategic decision-making and help ensure the long-term sustainability of the organisation.

In 2026, we will be introducing a new version of our CRM system and we’d like to migrate from Sage Line 50 to Xero. We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about embracing and managing changes to our systems.

You’ll bring energy and enthusiasm to the team, ensuring financial functions are carried out efficiently, effectively, accurately and in a timely way. You will be supported by a knowledgeable and experienced team. You'll focus on managing and improving financial processes, ensuring that the Leadership Group have up-to-date and accurate records for reporting to the Board, preparing the accounts for audit each year and improving processes.
