Formed in 1981, we offer information and support, for example through our website, information leaflets and webinars, and via our local support groups, Helplines and online forum. As well as directly supporting those with endometriosis, we work to raise awareness of endometriosis amongst healthcare professionals, the public and the media; lobby for improved diagnosis, treatment and management; and support research. This role sits at the heart of Endometriosis UK working closely with the Community Engagement and Volunteer Manager, Support and Information Administrator and our Volunteer Coordinators based in England and Wales to facilitate the delivery of our support services through our network of volunteers.
At Endometriosis UK, our team of close to 200 trained volunteers are at the very heart of what we do. The empathy, generosity and commitment of our volunteers enables us to run all our support services, ensuring we can help and support all those affected by endometriosis.
The Scottish Development Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring we support and grow a thriving volunteer network, this involves working with the team to recruit, mobilise and inspire volunteers in their chosen roles. The Scottish Development Coordinator will ensure volunteers are supported at every stage of their journey to ensure those accessing our support services are well supported whilst ensuring the volunteer contributions are recognised and their achievements celebrated.
The post holder will help to expand our reach in Scotland to help raise the charity’s profile and ensure we are delivering vital supportive services to everyone affected by in Scotland this includes work with the wider team to develop exciting new projects to achieve our ambitious goals.

About the role
The Content Creator & Celebrity Manager, leads WaterAid’s digital talent strategy to drive and elevate our ambitious communications, fundraising and influencing activities. Aligned with our strategic aims, this role is responsible for identifying, and engaging digital talent and their teams, by bringing their know-how, cultural connections and entrepreneurial flair to deliver impactful results.
In this role, you will:
Lead on delivering a digital talent strategy for WaterAid’s brand, fundraising and political campaigning activities that aligns with the social and digital teams aims:
- Building on the exposure from the #TeamWater campaign in 2025, lead on engaging the YouTube creator community to strategically engage and meaningfully grow our Gen Z audience on the channel.
- Drive and deliver strategic online and offline talent engagement for WaterAid UK organisational priorities, securing talent, creator and influencer support for key communications campaigns and projects
- Lead in developing ideas and implementing new income streams with talent online and on social channels.
- Lead with internal and external stakeholders and help shape decisions around how to progress projects.
- Responsible for strong relationship building and management with talent and their agents, and ensuring they deliver on their commitments.
To be successful, you will need:
- 4 years+ Proven experience of working with high-profile personalities (celebrities and influencers and content creators)
- Experience of creating content for and strategically growing YouTube channels
- Extensive experience in and knowledge of digital marketing and social media – spanning earned, owned, shared and paid
- Established network of media contacts, talent agents, or content creators.
- Proven experience of generating income streams through talent and online engagement activities
- Experience of delivering impactful talent-led activities that achieve earned and shared reach for campaigns across different digital channels.
- In depth technical expertise (for example, in the mechanics of video creation) is not essential. Knowing where to get great content and how to get it seen is.
- Demonstrable creativity to develop new ideas, collaborate with others and spot opportunities for growth.
- Experience of delivering earned and shared reach for campaigns via talent support
- An experienced and confident presenter/negotiator used to dealing with both internal and external clients
- An effective decision maker, and able to ground decisions in what will make most impact towards the achievement of the strategy.
- Proven experience of working with in-house media teams or directly with the media on celebrity opportunities
- Crisis communications, risk management and safeguarding management experience; proven ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Experience of managing projects and motivating others and driving change.
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in communications
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Experience working within the non-profit or social impact space.
- Experience in strategic communications in an international, matrix organisation
- Familiarity with fundraising campaigns and donor engagement.

For the past 8 years, we’ve been delivering financial education programmes that set children up for life. But we have so much more to do to ensure no child misses out.
Our plan for 2025 to 2027 focuses on strengthening our commitment to working with schools, families, and communities. We want to help people feel more confident talking about money. We will prioritise financial literacy in education and aim to increase funding for financial education programmes. Our goal is to ensure all children can make informed financial decisions as they grow up.
Our efforts also concentrate on expanding and strengthening our collaborations and partnerships with educational institutions, advocates, financial partners, and supporters.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Fundraising Manager to play a senior role in growing our income and supporting our mission to improve financial education across the UK.
This role has a strong focus on new business development, particularly across corporate partnerships (all sectors) and trusts and foundations. Alongside developing new funding relationships, you will also be responsible for managing and stewarding existing trusts and foundations, including delivering high-quality funder reporting.
You will be income-focused, proactive and confident building relationships, while also being a collaborative team player who is willing to support existing relationships and wider fundraising activity when needed.
The role is home-based and open to candidates anywhere in the UK, with some travel required for meetings and events.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on new income generation across corporate partnerships and trusts & foundations
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new funding opportunities
- Manage relationships with existing trusts and foundations, including reporting
- Write high-quality funding applications, proposals and reports
- Track income, pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce
- Contribute senior fundraising expertise and support to the wider team
About you
- Significant experience in fundraising, with a strong track record of securing new income
- Proven experience in corporate fundraising and/or trusts & foundations
- Experience managing funder relationships and reporting
- Confident using Salesforce (or a similar CRM) for pipeline and reporting
- Highly organised, income-driven and collaborative
- Experience with financial services organisations is desirable but not essential

The role

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of commercial revenue across the Royal Highland Show (RHS), focusing on new new income streams, high-value partnerships, and diversification of commercial activity
This is a strategic and externally focused role responsible for market development, corporate engagement, and long-term commercial planning, ensuring that all opportunities align with RHASS’s mission and brand.
You will manage the full commercial development cycle—market mapping, lead generation, proposition design, negotiation, contracting and account management - while maintaining close working relationships with various departments to ensure alignment and support across commercial activity.
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and deliver a commercial growth strategy aligned with RHASS and RHS priorities.
- Work with the Head of Show to develop and implement a long-term commercial strategy aligned with RHS’s goals and priorities.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities that sit outside existing commercial models, adding incremental value to the Show.
- Proactively identify and create compelling business cases and commercial proposals for new ventures.
- Act as the point of contact for key commercial partners, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention..
Business Development & External Engagement
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate partners, clients, and commercial customers.
- Engage collaboratively with Sponsorship and Trade Stands teams where appropriate to support joined-up commercial conversations and maximise overall show value.
