Creative Support wish to recruit to the position of Property Services Officer. This individual will work on the repairs and property management helpdesks within our Property Services Department. The role will work as part of a team logging and progressing property repairs or property management issues reported by phone, email or via the Out of Hours service. The member of staff will also provide administrative support to the wider Property Services Team, as and when required.

The postholder will work across Salford in community settings, supporting people to identify their strengths, work towards personal goals, improve wellbeing and connect with opportunities in their local communities.
The successful applicant will work alongside Key Workers and other professionals to provide person-centred peer support. They will use their own experience safely and appropriately, maintaining clear boundaries while offering empathy, practical guidance and encouragement.

We’re looking for an experienced Tender and Contracts Manager to join our Business Development team and play a key role in helping Hft win new business, retain existing contracts and grow our income.
This is a key role for an exceptionally strong bid writer with proven experience within the social care sector. You’ll need to be able to develop compelling, persuasive and high-quality tender responses that demonstrate a clear understanding of commissioners’ requirements and position Hft strongly against the competition.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end tender process, from identifying opportunities and making go/no-go recommendations through to submission and post-tender review. About the Role
This role leads all aspects of Foodrise’s communications, ensuring our campaigns reach key audiences, drive systemic change in the food system and achieve our new strategic goals:
You will develop and implement a media and communications strategy, build our media profile, oversee digital channels, and act as guardian of our brand. This includes centring communities at the heart of campaigns, building our public profile with key audiences including journalists, developing our range of allies, reflecting our understanding of historical injustice in the food system, and fostering an experimentation and learning culture. This role will also oversee all website and social media channels, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure communications are built into campaigns from the outset to enhance reach and potential.
This role would suit an experienced communications professional who is excited to think deeply about the way communications can support systemic change in the food sector. Experience with managing relationships with journalists and media outlets, identifying and pursuing stories, managing change, and contributing to organisational learning will be critical.
