About the role:

As Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our communications activity—crafting compelling content through excellent copywriting and driving engagement with key audiences including supporters, staff, volunteers, and media.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Communications, deputising when needed, and leading a small team to deliver high-quality, creative and effective communications across multiple channels.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
• Managing and developing members of the communications team.
• Leading PR and media activity, including press releases and interviews.
• Supporting crisis communications and participating in a 24/7 media rota.
• Working with fundraising teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Managing external events from planning through to delivery.
• Ensuring all communications are clear, consistent, accessible and on brand.
• Monitoring performance and continuously improving communications activity.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be an experienced communications professional who combines creativity with strategic thinking, and you will bring:

• Educated to Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent relevant experience in PR and communications).
• Proven experience of managing communications or marketing teams.
• Strong background in PR, media relations, digital and internal communications.
• Experience managing budgets and setting KPIs.
• Excellent copywriting experience and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Strong IT, digital and administrative skills.
• Experience delivering successful campaigns and measuring impact.
• Confidence in building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Good understanding of GDPR and data management.
• A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.

About the role:

We are looking for two experienced and versatile Clinical Nurse Specialists with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Hospice at Home team.

You will work autonomously within defined protocols to facilitate and provide high quality specialist nursing care to our patients.  You will act as a specialist resource for other health and social care professionals on issues relating to specialist palliative care, responding to their identified requirements and initiating research and audit.

About you:

You will be motivated, a flexible thinker, and able to adapt to new ways of providing care to reach more patients within the community. You’ll have excellent communication skills and enjoy working alongside a multidisciplinary team to assess the needs of patients, families, and carers.

A relevant degree is required, and experience in palliative care or oncology is essential.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced partnerships professional to take the next step in their career and join this award-winning, fast-paced Corporate Partnerships team. Working within Royal Museums Greenwich’s highly successful Development department, you will be an active part of the continued growth of this this important national museum. 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships, the Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser is responsible for securing high level sponsorships and partnerships, and maintaining and growing the corporate membership programme. Key elements of the role include playing an active part in developing and delivering the Corporate Fundraising plan, identifying and initiating approaches to potential new corporate supporters for the Museum, and delivering compelling pitches and proposals to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of securing support of 5-6 figures from corporate supporters, or equivalent relevant agency business development and account management. An excellent account management track record is essential for this role, as is the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively with strong time management skills. The role holder will also have excellent communication skills, including written, presentation, and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances. You will be joining a team that works very hard, but with greatly rewarding results!

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until 30 June 2028, in Band 5 - Management and Proficient Specialists. Core hours of work will be 36, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with an additional hour to be worked as agreed upon with management. Due to the nature of the work flexibility is required in meeting the demands of the role.

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a Senior Individual Giving Manager (Maternity Cover).

The organisation are a leading charity provider of mental health services in England, who are on a mission to bring about meaningful change: to our health and social care system, to the way society views mental illness, and to people’s lives across the country. 

This is a full-time, 12-month maternity cover contract, paying a salary of £37,406 – £45,384 per annum. The post holder will work in a hybrid model from their offices in London.

As the Senior Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of individual giving across acquisition, retention and supporter care, using emotionally resonant campaigns and data driven decision making to grow their supporter base and maximise lifetime value. You will manage and motivate a team of three Individual Giving Officers, creating a supportive, high performing culture.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in delivering individual giving programmes across both acquisition and retention. You will also have a solid track record in direct and digital fundraising, including paid social and ideally you will have previous line management experience.

Prospectus is delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit for an Individual Giving and Supporter Care Assistant. The organisation is the Army's national charity, here for soldiers, past and present, and their families for life.Last year we supported over 75,000 soldiers, veterans and their families through this work including by funding 86 charities.

This is a permanent role paying a salary of £32,929 per annum. The postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in Victoria, London.

The Individual Giving and Supporter Care Assistant will be responsible for processing supporter donations, answering supporter queries on email, in writing, and over the phone. You will also be assisting the Individual Giving Manager with their work, process invoices, and maintain filing systems for supporter correspondence & records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication and phone manner and confidence in communicating with a wide range of people at all levels. They are looking for someone with good written communication skills, with a fluent writing style and good knowledge and practical use of the English language.
