Job Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Staff are expected to come into their base office once per week. Staff are also able to flex their start and finish times between the hours of 7am to 7pm daily.

About the role:
The importance of this role is key as we rebalance our investment into digital channels to acquire new supporters. The person in this role needs to demonstrate hands-on digital expertise, measurable fundraising impact, strong analytical and project management skills, and compliance awareness. The predominant focus of the role will be investment in and growth of acquisition via digital channels but will also include acquisition via connected and addressable TV, and some offline channels – particularly to support acquisition in an emergency. This role focuses on planning, delivering, and evaluating fundraising activities (primarily, but not limited, to digital) that inspire donors, acquire new supporters, and maximise lifetime value.
About You:
You are a creative, data-driven digital fundraising professional with a passion for delivering exceptional supporter experiences and growing income through engaging digital campaigns. With proven experience in digital fundraising or marketing, ideally within the charity sector, you have successfully delivered multi-channel campaigns across paid social, email, PPC, search and web, using compelling storytelling and audience insight to drive supporter acquisition, engagement and retention. Confident using CRM systems, fundraising platforms and analytics tools, you can translate performance data into actionable insights that improve results and maximise ROI. You are highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and compliance with GDPR and data protection best practice. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, you enjoy working across teams to deliver integrated campaigns and are always looking for opportunities to test, learn and innovate. Homelessness is rising fast across Britain, and we are seeing unprecedented demand for our services. Purpose of the role

About the role
As our Global Senior Mid-Level Giving Manager, you’ll lead the growth and development of Compassion’s global mid-level giving programme, the Circle of Compassion (annual donations over £/$/€1,000). This is a vital role, responsible for driving the strategic direction of the programme, growing income, and strengthening donor engagement and retention.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring proven experience in mid-level, major donor or high-value fundraising, with the ability to lead or scale a fundraising programme and deliver clear income growth.

Prospectus are excited to be supporting our client in their search for a Data Management Officer to join them on a temporary basis to help them through a period of change. SCAA plays a vital role in delivering pre-hospital emergency care across Scotland, and the Data Management Officer will play a crucial role in helping to ensure their supporter data, systems and insights are delivering maximum impact. This position offers £17.90 per hour, and is a full-time, temporary position for up to 6 months.
You will be an experienced Data Management Officer, combining technical expertise with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for using data to support charitable impact. You’ll be confident managing and developing CRM systems – ideally DonorFlex – ensuring data accuracy, integrity and accessibility. You’ll bring experience managing large datasets, with the ability to use data visualisation tools, and a solid understanding of fundraising data and compliance. You will be confident building relationships with key stakeholders and producing high-quality reporting that supports informed decision making. You’ll also be confident mapping and formalising processes to ensure the continuity, integrity and relevance of the data being processed and stored. In this role you will support and contribute to the Foundation’s growth by developing and contributing towards the effective delivery of projects in line with the mission and strategy of Shared Interest Foundation.
Responsibilities include:
Work with Foundation Manager and Project Officers in regions to develop potential new projects and new partners
Responsible for the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser incumbent to ensure the objectives of this role are fulfilled.Support the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser to deliver effective grant management, helping to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed budget, timeline and project objectives.
Provide oversight of the restricted fundraising process and support the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser to research, write and submit accurate and persuasive funding applications.
Lead on development and submission of high-quality project reports, with support from the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser.
Maintain and further develop strong partnerships with project partners and key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with the Membership and Volunteer Engagement Manager to maximise volunteer support in line with the Foundation’s Strategic Plan.
Lead on the provision of project content for marketing and communication materials and work with the Marketing and Communications team to raise awareness of the Foundation through digital platforms and printed materials
Take an active role in Foundation business planning and budget development
Produce appropriate documentation including project status reports and support Foundation Manager to compile internal management and Board reports.
Provide reports and input as required for communication materials, including QR and Annual Review.
Support Foundation KPI monitoring and reporting.
About you
You will be an experienced project and fundraising professional with a strong track record in project development, grants and trusts fundraising, and delivering complex programmes from concept through to reporting. You will be an exceptional communicator who can build effective relationships with partners, donors, colleagues and beneficiaries across cultures and time zones, while producing clear, persuasive funding applications and high‑quality project reports. You will be organised, proactive and analytical, confident managing multiple priorities, budgets and deadlines, and comfortable contributing to strategic planning. A commitment to fair trade, international development, and the mission of Shared Interest is essential, along with the ability to work flexibly within a small, collaborative team, as well as providing line management support.A degree and or relevant experience in international development is a must and working knowledge of French or Spanish would be an advantage.
