About the role
As Young People’s Clinical Service Lead, you will establish, deliver and grow this new service. Working with our Head of Clinical and Memberships Operations Lead, you will turn our clinical model into a scalable national service while protecting its quality, safety and integrity.
You will lead the clinical assessment and accreditation of member organisations; develop training and competency frameworks; provide supervision and consultation; establish governance, safeguarding and risk arrangements; monitor outcomes and quality; and build trusted relationships with NHS, voluntary-sector, youth-service and community partners.
About you
You will be a current HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, with a doctoral-level qualification and experience broadly consistent with an NHS Band 8a role.
You will bring:
Substantial post-qualification experience supporting young people or young adults experiencing mental-health difficulties;
Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation, intervention, clinical decision-making, safeguarding and risk management;
Experience providing clinical supervision, consultation or reflective practice to other practitioners;
Experience designing or delivering clinical training and assessing practitioner competence;
Experience of developing, implementing or improving a clinical service; and
The confidence to work across organisational boundaries, maintain clear clinical standards and help build a new national service.
Experience in CAMHS, young-adult mental health, voluntary-sector provision, clinical governance, quality assurance, accreditation or partnership-led services would be valuable.

The Team
You will work within the Communications team that sits within the wider External Affairs Directorate. We are around 20 in total, including 4 colleagues based in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The Communications team includes colleagues working across content, social and digital, as well as partnership marketing and member communications.
You will work closely with a smaller team of 3 colleagues, our Senior Social Media Officer, Content and Brand Manager and your line manager – our Senior Communications and Communications Manager. Together you will be involved in the big issues in hospice care, making sure Hospice UK is vocal, visible and leading the debate.

As an Engineer at Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, you will be responsible for creating clear and accurate technical work. You will use your professional skills and experience to complete tasks with minimal supervision. The work plays a key role in delivering complex projects that support our mission to provide high‑quality and sustainable infrastructure.
You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team which includes designers, engineers, technicians and other specialists. Together, they deliver projects and programmes that support the Trust’s strategic priorities.
In this role, you will use your recognised technical knowledge, apply practical and creative problem‑solving, and produce reliable technical outputs. You will work closely with colleagues across different disciplines and contribute to solutions that help improve places for people to walk, wheel and cycle. Your contribution is important to creating sustainable and accessible transport networks.
As an Urban Designer at Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, you will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team which includes designers, engineers, technicians and other specialists. Our Urban Designers can be engagement experts, bringing communities and partners along a journey where early involvement can help shape outcomes that work for local communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Use technical expertise to produce accurate and reliable project outputs and deliverables.
Engage with internal colleagues, local communities, external partners, regulatory authorities and other key stakeholders to scope, shape and deliver solutions that work for people.
Contribute to business development activities by preparing agreed project proposals.
Manage straightforward projects from start to finish through all RIBA stages.

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who has experience and understanding in the areas listed below. You don’t need to meet every requirement — if you feel you’d be a good fit, we encourage you to apply.
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Highway Design, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or another relevant and clearly demonstrated specialism, with at least two years of experience.
OR five years of work experience in a relevant role.
Competence in using design software that is appropriate for the role, e.g. AutoCAD suite including Civil 3D and other packages.
A working understanding of guidance and good practice in healthy street design, including inclusive design principles and a holistic approach to creating placesA working understanding of health and safety management, including how to apply the CDM Regulations.
The ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and adults at risk.

Harris Hill is delighted to be working on behalf of Freelands Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting innovative work across education, galleries and the wider arts sector. As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and overseeing the Foundation’s people strategy as it enters an exciting period of growth, including the expansion of key programmes, reaching new audiences and a major capital project. The role will be initially office-based throughout the probation period, moving to a hybrid arrangement of four days per week in the office thereafter.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes, policies and practices are effective, compliant and aligned with the Foundation’s values and strategic objectives. This will include overseeing recruitment, selection and onboarding, employee records, performance management, training plans, flexible working and reasonable adjustment requests, as well as supporting disciplinary and grievance processes. You will review and improve HR systems and processes, maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies in line with UK employment legislation and best practice, and provide advice and support to managers and colleagues across the organisation. We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with substantial experience of supporting employees and senior managers within a small to medium-sized organisation. You will have a strong understanding of UK employment law and practical experience of delivering effective recruitment, onboarding and performance management processes, alongside the ability to develop well-researched recommendations on HR policy and practice. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, written and interviewing skills are essential, as is the ability to remain calm, objective and organised when managing sensitive or competing priorities.
