What is the overall purpose of the role?

This is an exciting time to join Quartet. We recently launched our new three-year strategy 2026-9, containing ambitious plans to increase our impact through grant giving, strengthen our understanding of local communities and raise the profile of place-based giving. Responsibilities
People and Team Leadership
Line manage the Fundraising Manager, providing regular supervision, support, and performance development
Lead the planning and delivery of all-hands meetings and team development programmes, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
