This role sits within our Brand & Communications team. You’ll be responsible for managing digital communities, creating compelling content, spotting trends, and using data insights to optimise our performance. Accountabilities

To provide professional, efficient, and effective database management and administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities

Database Management (Beacon CRM – Fundraising Database)

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date fundraising and programmes data entry.  Accurately processing all incoming donations and pledges and ensuring others in the team correctly enter and maintain data.
• Develop overall data management structure of supporter records and processes.  Develop and maintain information management structures in the CRM system to enable accurate and timely information and reporting.
• Adhere to data protection legislation ensuring the way we gather, record and use data is compliant with latest policies, working closely with the Data Protection Officer.
• Handle all enquiries received through the CRM system, providing timely and appropriate responses.

We focus our efforts in areas of high socio-economic deprivation, where more than a third of children are entitled to free school meals, and diet-related disease is driving further inequality.

About you and the role

This role will initially support the set up and roll out of a national school food resource hub, supporting the creation of resources for the platform, working closely with internal teams and external partners. With the hub still in development, you will be joining at a crucial point to help shape what goes live, how it looks and sounds, and how useful it is for the people we most want to reach.

Our aim is that schools and the wider school food community can quickly find practical, trusted resources that help them improve food in schools. That might be a headteacher looking for a simple starting point, a school chef wanting a clear guide to implement new practices, or a teacher looking to introduce food education. 

Your role will focus on creating and maintaining high quality resources for the hub. You will turn ideas, evidence, and stories into clear content in different formats, including short one to two pagers, multi-page guides, videos, photographs and interactive resources. You will adapt your writing and framing to different audiences, keeping content aligned with brand guidelines.

This role sits within our comms team but works closely with our school transformation and membership teams. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and develop content, including supporting interviews and capturing case studies. You will also help manage the day to day flow of content into the hub, keeping resources organised, up to date and easy to navigate, while bringing a curious, practical mindset that helps us keep improving what we publish. You’ll identify any resources that could be a wider engagement tool to draw more people to the hub.

• Work with internal teams and external partners to develop and produce resources for the resource hub, aligned with project priorities and timelines.

• Write and edit copy for 1–2 pagers, multi page guides, slide decks, toolkits and the resource hub’s webpages.

• Create and maintain website content for the resource hub, writing clear copy for landing pages, navigation and resource descriptions, and working with the CMS to keep content up to date and well-organised

• Create short videos and films on your phone and capture photography in schools and at events.

• Work with the programme teams to build simple infographics, charts or visuals that explain impact and evidence.

• Ensure all content follows our brand guidelines, tone of voice and accessibility standards.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including teachers, chefs, young people and partner organisations, to gather information, quotes and approvals.

• Support interviews with pupils, school staff, chefs and partners, including preparing questions, note taking and transcribing.

• Support the management of content on the resource hub content management system, including tagging, links and basic SEO.

In this key role you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Negotiating Officer to manage and support our stewards, safety and equality representative networks across North London, supporting them in providing individual and collective industrial relations support to members, working both in and outside of the NHS. You will also be expected to spend approximately 25% of your time, managing cases from across the UK, but predominantly from nearby regions.

You will work in collaboration with other health trade unions across the region.

You will work with the CSP regional team to recruit and organise members, influence on local workforce issues and promote physiotherapy.

You will provide representation for members at disciplinary hearings, grievances and disputes with employers, and provide general advice and information to representatives and members on issues such as pay, terms and conditions, and employment legislation.

With significant trade union experience at a senior level, and an understanding of NHS structures and government policy on health, you will have excellent communication, negotiation, training and presentational skills, combined with a strong collaborative approach and a thorough understanding of, and commitment to, equality and diversity principles and the ability to put them into practice.

Camp Jojo is a vibrant charity dedicated to creating memorable, accessible camp experiences for children with additional needs and their families. We are looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised Communications and Marketing Officer to play a key role in supporting our next stage of growth.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will lead on all aspects of Camp Jojo’s communications – from managing social media and digital content to supporting internal communications with our Trustees, volunteers and partners. You will help tell the stories that matter, promote our impact to supporters and funders, and ensure our messaging is clear, consistent and engaging.

Working closely with our Communications Committee and Board, you will coordinate campaigns, produce newsletters and reports, manage our website content, and help develop effective marketing strategies. You will also provide essential administrative support, maintain key documents and procedures, and ensure communications activity runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, able to juggle multiple tasks, manage their own time effectively and work flexibly around the seasonal demands of the charity. Above all, you will share our passion for supporting children and families and be excited about contributing to a friendly, collaborative and purpose-driven organisation.

While this position will be performed remotely, occasional on-site attendance at our Essex and Cumbria locations is an essential part of the role. Travel between sites will be required from time to time.

The Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF) is a UK-wide charity that exists to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation. We’re here for everyone who needs us. We protect children by working with people who pose a risk and diverting them from causing harm. We support individuals and families who have been affected by abuse. And we help professionals who work with families to create safer environments for children through delivering risk assessments, interventions, training and consultancy.

About the role and you

As Digital Innovation Officer, you’ll help deliver and grow Project Intercept, our deterrence programme with tech companies. We work with platforms such as Google, Meta and Aylo to create online interventions that deter harmful behaviour and guide people to confidential support through our Stop It Now service. Working closely with the Innovation Programme Lead, you’ll take charge of the technical running of our chatbot, track the impact of our online warnings, and help manage day to day work with global partners.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident with digital tools, curious about how systems work, and able to turn data into clear insight. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable navigating platforms, problem-solving and learning as you go. If you thrive in a small, purpose-driven team and want to use digital innovation to help protect children, this role offers real impact and room to grow.

This post is funded externally and is therefore offered on a fixed-term contract for one year.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Trust Fundraising Support Officer to join our growing fundraising team. 2025 was our best year yet for income and this role is pivotal in helping us to take the next step in further growing our income.​

This new role will play a key part in delivering funding from Trusts, Foundations and other Funders across the UK, supporting the Senior Trust Fundraising Officer to maximise our income. You will be responsible for making small-scale grant applications, and for growing our grants portfolio through identifying new funding opportunities.​

There will be a range of projects to work on, providing vital support to ensure that we are increasing the number of warm Funders who regularly support the charity.​

Your key responsibilities will include:​

• Build up a strong pipeline of prospective Funders by researching Trusts that align with Epilepsy Action’s vision and strategy.
• Secure income from small-scale charitable Trusts, Foundations, and other Grant Makers to meet individual and team targets.
• Ensure timely thanking, updates and reporting for all Grants and Donations from our rolling programme of applications.
• Use data in the CRM to analyse trends and identify opportunities.​

At Epilepsy Action, we recognise the power of collaboration and teamwork, so our team members with hybrid contracts can expect to work a minimum of 40% at our office in Leeds. On average this is 2 days a week, normally on Mondays and Thursdays, for full-time employees. The expectation to collaborate face-to-face is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do which may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to help us create a world without limits for people with epilepsy.

About You?

We are looking for a dedicated fundraiser who has:​

• Experience in using specialist fundraising research tools.
• Proven communication, writing and editing skills.
• Proven experience of securing Donations, Grant income or new business.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.

Women at the Well is a support service for women based in the King’s Cross area of central London. We provide practical support and advocacy to women facing a wide range of disadvantages, and we have a specialism in working with women whose lives have been affected by prostitution and/or sexual exploitation. We are trauma informed, holistic and woman-centred. We deliver our mission through three interconnected services:

1. A women only drop-in service

2. An advocacy service

3. An outreach service

Women at the Well has supported thousands of women over more than twenty years work in London. We see the complex ways in which women’s inequality, racism, disability and poor health, educational disadvantage, trauma in childhood, migration and the hostile immigration environment can all lead to significant social and economic disadvantages and harm. In our work we meet women who have experienced repeated and extensive abuse, and who are often homeless, living with addictions and/or mental health issues, and in poverty. We see how these women are at high risk of a range of sexually exploitative behaviours including prostitution. As well as providing tailored support, we aim to speak up for the rights of women to live lives free from abuse.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Head of Fundraising & Partnerships will lead the development and delivery of Women at The Well’s fundraising strategy, ensuring we build the sustainable and diverse income base needed to continue supporting women facing extraordinary disadvantage, exploitation and harm. As a senior, hands-on fundraiser, the postholder will take responsibility for income generation across trusts and foundations, individual philanthropy, corporate partnerships and community fundraising, while building the systems, relationships and communications that underpin long-term growth.

Working closely with the CEO—an experienced trusts fundraiser—the postholder will identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, steward supporters, craft compelling cases for support, and drive forward multi-stream fundraising with clarity and purpose. They will coordinate the CEO’s involvement in major fundraising opportunities and act as a strategic partner, ensuring the organisation’s leadership has what they need to secure transformational funding.

This role sits at the heart of a small, values-driven team committed to trauma-informed, women-centred work. The postholder must bring emotional resilience, sound judgement and a deep respect for the dignity and lived experiences of the women who use our service. Regular presence in our King’s Cross centre is important for relationship-building and grounding fundraising work in the mission, though we offer flexibility in working patterns for the right candidate.

Accountability Officer

Salary: £47,000p.a. FTE (pro-rata salary for 30+ hours)

We also offer 27 days of annual leave (pro-rated for hours worked) plus bank holidays and a birthday day off, 8% employer pension contributions, a core hours system of working and enhanced family friendly policies

The Multiple System Atrophy Trust (MSA Trust) is the UK and Eire’s leading national charity offering vital support to people affected by MSA – a terminal neurodegenerative disease. 

About the Role

To lead on the Trust’s Policy and Communications work. To ensure our strategy and work in this area is led by the specific needs of people affected by MSA. This will require effective contact between the Trust and people affected by MSA, a range of health and care professionals; in order to develop their engagement in a professional and supportive way. To be an ambassador for change in wider society, working in the best interests of people affected by MSA. To develop and ensure effective external communications and dialogue with people affected by MSA and facilitate positive collaboration with other relevant agencies and policymakers. To co-ordinate marketing and clear messaging to key stakeholders.

To promote the development of this element of work within the MSA Trust, which may include future line management responsibility as the work develops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the CEO, internal teams, Services Committee, and other colleagues to set and deliver an integrated Policy and External Communications strategy for the MSA Trust. 
• Be responsible for the development and delivery of an operational plan with targets and be accountable for the budget in this area.
• Lead on policy and campaigning work, ensuring priorities reflect the views of people with MSA.
• Be responsible for the Trust’s external communications and messaging.  
• Be responsible for ensuring that the development and output of our communications and policy work are inclusive and reflect the diversity of our MSA community.
• Play a key role in the development and effectiveness of national and local voluntary networks that support shared ambitions for the neurology sector.
• Play a key role in the production of MSA News – the Trust’s flagship publication for members.
