Senior Peer Support Workers and Peer Support Workers, who have direct lived experience of mental health issues, are working on in-patient wards in Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Wandsworth to provide recovery-focused peer support to people as they leave hospital and journey towards living independently in the community.
We are seeking a Senior Peer Support Worker to join the team in Lewisham, using personal lived experience of mental health difficulties to provide person-centred, recovery-focused peer support to people on hospital wards and as they are discharged to journey towards being settled in the community. This role will also line manage a Peer Support Worker, providing regular supervision and support, annual appraisals and development opportunities.
The Senior Peer Support Worker will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team within the Unit, assisting in-patients in developing essential skills and coping mechanisms, while promoting overall wellness through strength based and non-directive conversations. They will provide both practical and emotional support, facilitate access to community resources to help individuals maintain their independence while ensuring their wellbeing.
Additionally, this role includes supporting service users after discharge in the community for up to 12 weeks, aiding them in fostering independence within their local community, connecting with various agencies, enhancing life skills, providing guidance related to employment or educational opportunities and improving their ability to manage challenges effectively to prevent re-admission.
This position requires building connections with service users through shared experiences of mental health challenges, making lived experience a crucial requirement for applicants. You will also need to have previous experience of line management/managerial responsibilities.

The Data Selections & Reporting Manager leads the data selections function in the Data and Analytics team, ensuring data selections are scheduled, developed, tested and checked, and delivered in accordance with the agreed brief and deadlines. In addition, this role includes the line management of any external agencies providing data selections services. You will be backfilling the duties of the existing Data Selections & Reporting Manager for 9 months as they are part of the project team delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ARUK.

Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for ensuring all data selections are produced in an accurate, consistent and timely fashion, in accordance with agreed data selection briefs and deadlines
· Manage the scheduling of delivering data selections to ensure there is clarity on what data selections are upcoming, to manage any potential clashes and to plan and prioritise the workload
· Effectively liaise with and delegate work to all parties carrying out data selections, including any external contract services

Working closely with the Executive Director, team, Treasurer, and Trustees, the Operations and Finance Manager will oversee financial management, governance processes, organisational administration and operational planning, while also supporting fundraising activities to ensure the Foundation’s long-term sustainability and effectiveness.

About the role

As Data Operations Executive you will play a crucial role in helping us reach our fundraising targets and delivered excellent supporter experience through your support of the charity’s CRM system, Salesforce. You will have experience or a theoretical understanding of working with data and a CRM system. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, has an excellent eye for detail, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and most importantly, loves working with colleagues to deliver exceptional supporter experience and continuous improvements. You will have the ability to shape vital processes within a rapidly growing organisation that is putting data at the centre of its operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide 1st Line support for requests received into the team’s ticketing system, triaging all incoming tickets and either resolving, providing self-help guides, or escalating as appropriate.
· Analyse support tickets to identify recurring themes which may suggest changes to Salesforce are required, additional training is necessary, or changes to processes are required.
· Act as our document custodian, ensuring our documentation is always up-to-date and relevant for its purpose and checking in with document owners when a review is needed.
· Create new documents such as ‘How To’ guides to a high standard which are straightforward using non-technical language.
· Establish relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and help them resolve data issues and requests.
· Assist the Data Operations Manager, Senior Data Operations Officer, and the Data Operations Officers in improving business processes for the successful and efficient management of supporter data.
· Work with the Data Operations Officers to perform simple ad-hoc imports of data into Salesforce that cannot be processed by automated means.
· Import data and see errors through to completion by either resolving the problem or escalating where appropriate.
· Support the Data Operations Officers in delivering an ongoing training programme to all employees.

Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Understanding of data protection/GDPR legislation and its implementation.
· Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP’s).
· Experience of providing customer service to customers or users of a system
· Experience of working with data sets, either in a CRM system or Excel-based system.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
