We are looking for Sessional Workers to support Advance’s Criminal Justice Services. Advance’s Criminal Justice Services work with women involved in the Criminal Justice System offering safe, targeted support and advocacy to women to help them address their complex needs in relation to the 9 pathways to offending, such as substance misuse and financial difficulties, aiming to reduce re-offending, encourage desistance amongst repeat offenders, and empower women to live safe, crime free lives.
You will be working in a team of Community Keyworkers in your region. Each Keyworker will provide one to one community support to women with a variety of needs simultaneously and will be co-located with partner organisations in their region. You will be expected to travel to Advance’s Head office in London for any organisational meetings and training, as and when required.
This post is not fixed hours or full time, work will be offered on an ad-hoc basis as and when required to meet the needs of the business.

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week) to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Thames Valley Care Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager of the Thames Valley Care Team and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for providing needs-led emotional, social and practical support to families where a child/young person has a life threatening or terminal illness. Supporting Victims of Sexual Violence has been supporting victims and survivors of sexual abuse since 1994, and today provides a range of services to anyone in Derbyshire or Derby City who has experienced sexual abuse, assault or violence, including friends and family members. We support people irrespective of age, gender or when the abuse occurred.
We're looking for A highly motivated Ch-ISVA to work across Derbyshire. The role will support people aged 13+ and over including adults who have experienced sexual abuse or rape at any point. The successful candidate with join our friendly, professional and passionate team, working across Derbyshire remotely and in person.

This role sits within the Justice-Seeking Church team, working collaboratively with the Global Relationships Team and others. You will also be a part of the wider Mission Team, playing a key role in implementing our strategy in response to Our Calling and the Methodist Way of Life.
About You
The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the Church and the wider world and committed to social justice and global mission. They will bring their skills as a project manager and problem solver to support collaboration, working with colleagues, global partners and volunteers from across the Church. They will have an inclusive approach to working with others, with experience of working cross culturally and through participatory methods of engagement. They will be driven, able to work independently and to help colleagues drive forward new and existing work.
