We are seeking to recruit an experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager to lead and grow income from charitable trusts, foundations and grant-making bodies. This is a pivotal role within the fundraising team, responsible for developing and delivering a successful trusts and foundations income stream to support Villiers Park's programmes and ambitious ‘Beyond Barriers’ growth strategy.

The successful candidate will be joining the team at an exciting time for Villiers Park. Our Beyond Barriers strategy is focused on further scaling our work to substantially increase our impact across the country by 2030.

As the Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from across the organisation, from Progression Coaches who work directly in and with our school partners to members of the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees. You will be part of a small fundraising team so working well in a team, and being flexible to support others, is essential. You will build mutually trusting relationships with colleagues and funders and balance tenacity with empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and write compelling applications to charitable trusts and foundations who have the capacity to make five and six figure gifts towards the charity’s work.
• Prepare and submit scheduled applications and reports to current funders, ensuring that we hit deadlines and develop relationships with the trusts and foundations currently supporting Villiers Park.
• In collaboration with the Senior Leadership team, and colleagues in Fundraising and Communications, create engaging and accurate reports to current funders that share the impact of their support, including trusts, major donors and university partners.
• Work with colleagues in the Fundraising team to develop and implement targeted stewardship strategies that bring current donors closer to our work.
• Identify new prospects and propose engagement and cultivation strategies.
• With the Head of Fundraising and Chief Executive, develop the trusts and philanthropic strategy to support the organisation’s 'Beyond Barriers’ strategic growth plan.
• Work closely with the Fundraising Operations and Data Manager to prepare pipeline reports to inform budgeting and forecasting.
• Support the Head of Fundraising to identify and develop fundraising channels, including family trusts, corporate foundations and legacy giving.
• Ensure compliance with Villiers Park’s safeguarding and data protection policies, and with the charity’s gift acceptance and fundraising policies and processes.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinical Guidelines Assistant to support the delivery of our Clinical Guidelines Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to work that helps improve the quality of paediatric healthcare by supporting the development, appraisal and consultation of clinical guidelines and evidence reviews.

Reporting to the Project Manager (Clinical Guidelines), you will provide essential administrative, coordination and research support across a range of clinical guideline and evidence review projects. You will work closely with clinical leads, working groups, committees and external stakeholders, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and to a high standard.

This role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and an interest in healthcare, research and evidence-based practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support across the Clinical Guidelines and Evidence Reviews workstreams
• Coordinating meetings, committees and working groups, including preparing agendas, papers and taking accurate minutes
• Supporting clinical guideline and evidence review projects through research and information gathering activities
• Coordinating consultations and stakeholder engagement to support RCPCH involvement in national guideline development

At HT Church Cambridge, we’re looking for someone to be responsible for all aspects of our church finances. ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a strong Administrator to provide high quality administrative and operational support to the Governance and Compliance Team.

Your role focuses on meeting coordination, record-keeping, and day-to-day governance administration, ensuring that Local Governing Bodies (LGBs) and governance professionals are well supported and compliant with Trust policies and statutory requirements. You will also provide administration support to the Federation’s risk and internal audit functions.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

As a Administrator to the Governance and Compliance Team, you will play a key role in supporting effective governance across our academies by providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the Governance Team.

You will support Local Governing Bodies through meeting coordination, clerking, and accurate record-keeping, helping to ensure governance processes are compliant, well-organised, and run smoothly at both academy and Trust level. The role requires a willingness to work some evenings to support governance meetings and the ability to travel across the Trust as needed.

Governance Records & Compliance Administration

• Maintain accurate governance records including:
• registers of interest
• governor attendance records
• training logs
• membership lists and terms of office
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for governors, including DBS checks, induction materials, and profile updates.
• Ensure relevant governance documents, policies, and registers are updated and stored in line with Trust protocols.
• Assist with preparing documentation and evidence for governance audits and internal audit assurance checks.

Complaints & Panel Administration

• Support administration of complaints processes at academy level, including logging, tracking, and maintaining secure records.
• Coordinate panel dates, paperwork, documentation packs, and correspondence to complainants.
• Take minutes at hearings where required, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and procedural compliance.
• Support the Governance Manager by maintaining databases, generating reports, and ensuring actions are documented.

About Medical Justice:

Medical Justice works to uphold the health and associated legal rights of people in immigration detention and provides medical evidence, so the devastating health harms of detention are understood and acted on. Our paid and volunteer clinicians visit people held in immigration detention, document scars of torture, assess deterioration in health, and challenge medical mistreatment. The Facilities & Compliance Manager maintains a safe, secure and fully operational theatre building and supplementary space (Empire 2) ensuring strict compliance with building and health & safety regulations and acting as the primary Health & Safety Officer for the venue. The role provides high quality facilities management and oversees external contractors working in the venue and supplementary spaces. Facilities & day-to-day management

• Serve as a primary keyholder, handling opening-up procedures and security deactivation

• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and environmental sustainability initiatives
• Assist with physical room set-ups and spatial configurations for rehearsals, meetings, conferences and front-of-house hospitality
• Receive deliveries and safely distribute stock/equipment across the venue
• Oversee site security systems, including CCTV, access control and key management
• Coordinate alarm response as part of a rota with others, including out of hours cover

Statutory compliance

• Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety laws
• Manage statutory inspections including, but not limited to:
• LOLER (lifting equipment)
• PUWER
• National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) testing (fixed wire and PAT testing)
• Water hygiene/Legionella
• Gas safety
• Emergency lighting
• Fire alarm, firefighting equipment, evacuation chairs
• Coordinate regular emergency drills such as fire evacuation and invacuation
• Maintain up to date records of all statutory compliance audits, inspections and certifications reporting to senior management as required

Health & safety leadership

• Act as the primary Health and Safety Officer for the venue
• Review RAMS and monitor safety during technical fit-outs, load-ins and strike periods in conjunction with the Technical Manager and Tech Team
• Maintain the accident book and lead Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) reporting
• Deliver health and safety induction training for all new staff
• Ensure adequate provision of first aid kits throughout the building and monthly checks to ensure they are stocked, compliant and ready for use
• Provide regular safety briefings to visiting theatre companies
• Coordinate annual risk assessments for all departments and public spaces

Budget & administration

• Assist the Capital Projects and Facilities Associate in formulating and managing the annual facilities operational budget

We are looking for a new Membership Co-ordinator to join the team to coordinate our engagement scheme ‘Barnwood Circle’.  Barnwood Circle is a network of disabled people, people with mental health conditions, and carers, who inform and shape our work by sharing experiences and expertise.

Our Membership Co-ordinator is a key contact for members. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent administration and coordination of Circle meetups and projects. The Membership Co-ordinator helps us make our communication accessible and relevant to members, and enables members to participate by ensuring access requirements are met.

Specialist experience relevant to disability and mental health challenges, including safeguarding, specialist communications or cultural awareness is welcomed for this role.

Summary of Key Duties:

Coordination of engagement scheme

4. Provide administration of Barnwood Circle member agreements, payments and expenses claims for taking part in projects with the Barnwood team.

Communications and Events

· Collaborate with marketing and communications colleagues to ensure that communications and channels used to engage disabled people and people with mental health conditions are effective, accessible, and relevant.

· Coordinate the creation of communications products which engage a wide range of disabled people and people with mental health conditions, commissioning specialist resources where necessary. 

· Support teams across the Trust to engage meaningfully with Barnwood Circle members and create communications to resource this.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of finance and operations, helping to ensure the smooth and effective running of key organisational functions. The Finance and Operations Lead will play an integral role in overseeing the charity’s financial operations, supporting grant reporting and wider business development initiatives, and driving operational efficiency across the organisation.

Collaborating closely with the senior and wider teams, the Finance and Operations Lead will play a key role in financial management, and operational effectiveness, contributing directly to the success of our initiatives.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:

• Be the main point of contact for all finance and operational queries

• Manage the organisation’s core financial operations, including monthly Management Accounts, project finances, VAT returns and financial reporting, while working closely with external bookkeepers to ensure effective financial management and compliance, while working closely with the COO on financial oversight and planning

• Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting, Mid Year Forecasting and audit processes, preparing financial information, liaising with budget holders and external accountants, and ensuring timelines, reporting requirements and supporting documentation are delivered accurately and on time, while working closely with the COO on final review and strategic adjustments

• Support the Head of People and Development with the delivery and implementation of the internal People Strategy (specifically focusing on refining recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as providing support with grant reporting and budgeting requirements for funders)

• Manage day-to-day operations across the organisation, including onboarding new staff, supporting HR processes, coordinating office management and equipment setup, liaising with IT support providers, arranging organisation-wide cyber security training, and ensuring the smooth running of operational processes while identifying areas for improvement

• Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Development and People to align financial and development goals

• Identify ways to enhance operational processes to support the growth of the organisation.

• Support the Engine Room team to establish effective organisational systems, routines and operational processes that support collaborative, person-centred and efficient ways of working across the organisation.

• Work closely with the Senior Team to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to governance processes, including coordinating board paper inputs and monitoring organisational KPIs
