About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Head of Finance & Resources to provide strategic financial leadership and assurance across the organisation.

About This Job
You will provide effective administrative support to the Office Manager and the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the two charities, the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) and the Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA). You will support across a range of tasks including administration, office management, supporting on our insurance provision as well as meetings and event support.
A cheerful, can-do attitude is essential, as is the ability to work well with a diverse range of staff based in the head office and across the UK. You will be organised, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills. ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. The Role
The Web and Email Manager will lead our digital presence across web, email, SEO, and paid search, crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with 18-24 year olds and inspire them to take action.

You’ll sit within the Marketing department, report to the Head of Content, and line manage the Digital Marketing Executive. You’ll work closely with the Digital Fundraising Manager, Social Media Manager, Content Manager, and Marketing Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, implement and optimise innovative multi-channel digital strategies (across website, paid search, SEO, and email) that drive online visibility and performance.

Manage the implementation of these strategies across our main digital channels, making sure all user journeys are integrated, effective, and aligned with CoppaFeel!’s objectives.

Manage the relationship with our external web agency, and oversee the development and maintenance of the website and Self-Checkout tool, in collaboration with the Education team.

Lead on our Paid Search and SEO strategy, including managing the relationship with our media agency, making recommendations for keyword changes and improvements, and reporting on our rank positioning and strategies for improvement.

Lead on our website maintenance, with support of our external web agency, ensuring that the website is secure and remains live.

Manage the organisation’s digital marketing budget, ensuring this is appropriately applied

Line manage the Digital Marketing Executive, responsible for their development and impact.

Develop and deliver engaging email campaigns, including automated workflows and well-designed email templates, to drive audience engagement and conversion.

Create and optimise landing pages and new web content, informed by SEO research and best practices, to enhance visibility, user experience, and performance across digital channels.

Develop and deliver engaging acquisition campaigns to grow our audience.

Make sure web and email content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Produce rigorous monthly reporting of digital channels, identifying learnings and recommendations to implement to constantly evolve and optimise channels (including The Self-Checkout tool).

Lead on accessibility of the website and The Self-Checkout tool.

Act as the Marketing team’s lead for the CRM (Beacon), optimising how it connects with the website and email systems to enhance audience segmentation, personalisation, and campaign performance.

Work collaboratively with the Social Media Manager, Content Manager, Senior Events Manager and Marketing Manager to create a holistic marketing activity calendar.

Support on wider organisational projects to make digital activities as efficient as possible.

Stay informed of market leading innovations and AI to ensure our work is forward thinking.

Ensure rigorous reporting and analysis of digital activity to ensure delivery of planned KPIs, with an ambition to be constantly improving and evolving.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience working in a marketing/brand communications role.

We’re looking for a creative and proactive individual to join our marketing team at CoppaFeel! – this role will play an essential part in supporting our 3-year organisational growth strategy. We’re seeking an individual with experience in developing and nurturing relationships with high profile ambassadors and patrons in the charity sector. The right candidate will take the lead in identifying cross-functional projects across our organisation where high profile ambassadors and patrons could help further our work to end the late diagnosis of breast cancer in young people, including fundraising, influencing and awareness raising campaigns. The successful candidate will be confident project managing high profile relationships, with existing connections to talent, as well as being fully immersed in youth culture. They will have experience and understanding of working with influential external stakeholders, and will play a key role in shaping new opportunities in this area for CoppaFeel!.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced ambassador professional who wants to make an impact at a small organisation with their vision and innovation. You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Marketing, Fundraising, Operations and Education teams within the organisation.
You’ll sit within the Marketing department and report to the Marketing Director. You’ll work closely with the Senior Engagement & Events Manager, Content Manager, Senior Challenge Events Manager, Head of Partnerships, Storyteller Manager and Senior Policy Manager.

Help raise awareness of CoppaFeel! amongst 18-24 year olds by creating, developing, and nurturing long-term, high-level relationships and strategic engagement plans for ambassadors and high profile supporters that resonate with this group. Lead on creating our ambassador and high profile supporter strategy, and manage how this is executed across the organisation.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your job responsibilities will include:
Apprentice Lifecycle Management
- Onboarding & Induction: Co-ordinate the smooth induction of all new apprentices, ensuring they receive necessary documentation, program details, and are integrated into their respective teams.
- Administration: Maintain and quality assure all apprentice records, training agreements, and learning plans, in accordance with the apprenticeship funding rules.
- Compliance: Monitor and track apprentice progress against milestones, funding requirements, and End-Point Assessment (EPA) readiness, ensuring all programs comply with DfE, Ofsted, and Awarding Body regulations.
- Off-the-Job Training: Monitor and track the accurate recording of Off-the-Job training hours for all apprentices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Apprentice Support: Act as the first point of contact for apprentices, offering guidance, support, and signposting to relevant resources regarding their well-being, training, and workplace issues.
- Liaison: Build and maintain effective working relationships with Employers, internal line managers, and mentors to ensure consistent program delivery and feedback.
- Meetings: Ensure that all progress review meetings are being held and attended to, ensuring that outcomes are documented and follow up on agreed actions.

- Experience designing and embedding L&D strategies in regulated environments
- Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident managing training systems, reporting and budget oversight

- Experience in social care, health or charity sectors
- Familiarity with CQC inspections and audit requirements
- Chartered CIPD member or equivalent senior-level L&D background
- Understanding of Jewish community or willingness to learn

OCD Action exists because it takes 7 years on average for people affected by OCD to get the treatment that they need. OCD is debilitating, isolating and destroys lives, but it is treatable. Sadly the wait for treatment, for too many is too long. We are working, with the OCD Community, for a time, when OCD is well understood and everyone gets the treatment and support they need when they need it. Until that day arrives, we are committed to ensuring everyone affected by OCD has access to high quality support, information and guidance.
As Senior Trust and Foundations Officer you will support the delivery of our vision by growing our portfolio of Trusts and Foundations, crafting exceptionally high quality and persuasive applications for three, four and five figure bids and managing all successful and existing grants.
We are a small but highly effective team at OCD Action, if you join us you will work closely with our service delivery team and have the opportunity to see the impact of your work. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving outcomes for people affected by OCD and can channel this into ambitious, creative and persuasive grant applications. This role requires someone who enjoys working with people and is adept at building networks and maintaining effective relationships. This role may be particularly suited to someone who has supported with the development of Trust applications in a larger organisation and is looking to develop their skills or to work with increased flexibility.
