About the role

Role objectives

• To lead the strategic direction of data development and progression for the charity, including the development of a cross-system strategic data and digital workplan.
• Nominated Data Protection Officer including full statutory DPO responsibility under UK GDPR, ensuring appropriate and compliant governance of data as well as robust systems and processes which staff understand and adhere to.
• To lead and drive the development of data analysis, ensuring nasen has robust information on which to develop organisational priorities and activities and showcase our story so far including creation of datasets and charts for external reporting.
• Lead on development and transformation projects to improve nasen’s use of existing data assets and digital platforms and coordination of supplier-led system development
• To be the key liaison across internal teams and provide regular analysis and reporting, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI), governance and reporting across platforms.
• Lead and be accountable for procurement and supplier contract management of commissioned data solutions, data tools, and software for the organisation.

About the role​

You’ll manage a portfolio of business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns while supporting wider strategic activity, helping to maximise supporter lifetime value and grow income. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of channels and collaborate with teams and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.​

What you’ll do​

• Deliver end-to-end individual giving campaigns across channels such as direct mail, email, telemarketing, DRTV, face-to-face and digital acquisition (PPC and meta)
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns, including segmentation, creative development, production and analysis
• Monitor performance and produce regular reporting, ensuring campaigns meet income and budget targets
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant campaigns
• Support donor stewardship by ensuring timely and effective supporter thanking
• Contribute to campaign reviews and continuous improvement
• Help develop long-term strategies for individual giving and supporter growth
• Manage suppliers and agencies to ensure delivery on time and within budget​

About you​

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented campaign manager with a passion for delivering great supporter experiences. You enjoy working collaboratively and using data to inform decisions and improve performance.

You’re comfortable managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.​

What you will bring:​

• Experience delivering individual giving or fundraising campaigns (multi-channel experience preferred)
• Strong organisational and project management skills

About the Role

The core purpose of the challenge events coordinator role is to plan and deliver a portfolio of established challenge events to generate income, engage our supporters and raise awareness of SIA’s wider work. Working closely with the philanthropy and events manager, this role will help to grow, diversify, and sustain fundraising income as part of the wider business development team, feeding into the 2030 strategy.

SIA’s vision is a fulfilled life for everyone affected by spinal cord injury with the aim to double the number of members accessing our network of services – this role connects companies and individuals with our work providing a platform to engage the public with our cause. The plays a key part in developing innovative, cost-effective, fundraising opportunities that will appeal to supporters, ensuring they are financially, actively, and emotionally engaged with SIA.

SIA delivers an array of challenge events including the London Marathon, accessible adventure challenge, overseas bike ride and superhero triathlon alongside support for individuals who choose to support SIA through their own sponsored challenge. As challenge events coordinator, you will work with individual and corporate supporters as an ambassador for the cause securing support for the events you deliver. Relationship management is a key part of the role specifically,

• Providing excellent stewardship to supporters taking part in their own sponsored fundraising activities in support of SIA.

• Working collaboratively with the services team and fundraising colleagues to build relationships with supporters and promote fundraising activities across the charity.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our legacy (gifts in Wills) workstream on a 12 month fixed term basis, covering maternity leave.

This is a key role responsible for delivering impactful campaigns that inspire supporters to leave a gift in their Will. You’ll take ownership of ongoing activity while also identifying opportunities to enhance performance and supporter engagement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary team member for managing and developing a comprehensive lapsed donor programme across PETA and other PETA entities
• Coordinate the direct marketing appeal delivery and selected appeals, including research, briefing, data selection, supplier liaison, and proofreading by using AI-supported tools

The Communications and Marketing Officer plays a key role in supporting the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK (FSEM) by delivering effective, professional and engaging communications and marketing activity.
