We are looking for a Head of Finance to act as our financial conscience and strategic navigator.
As the Head of Finance, you will provide strategic financial leadership while ensuring our day-to-day operations are exceptionally robust. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, line-manage a Senior Finance Manager, as well as working closely with our Board of Trustees.
In this role, you will be expected to serve as the organisation's financial conscience, ensuring absolute transparency, integrity, and strict adherence to UK fundraising regulations. Looking ahead, you will also play a key role in analysing commercial opportunities to drive new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Stewardship: Manage general ledgers, reserves, budgeting, and long-term financial modelling.
- Governance & Trustees: Work closely with the Board, Finance Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure complete adherence to HMRC, Charity Commission, and Charities SORP requirements.
- Risk Management: Maintain and update the Risk Register to protect charity assets.
- New Business & Commercial Growth: Provide costings and commercial modelling for new tenders and products.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the internal finance team and third-party payroll providers.
- About You
- Qualifications: You are a fully qualified CCAB or CIMA accountant with extensive post-qualification experience.
- Sector Knowledge: You have a proven track record in a senior charity finance role managing statutory accounts over full year cycles.
- Regulatory Expertise: You fully understand UK fundraising regulations, charity governance, and company law.
- Commercial Mindset: You can confidently support non-finance departments with commercial analysis to secure new contracts.
- Systems Experience: Experience with Sage and Salesforce is highly desirable

Purpose of the Role
Support the delivery of Felix’s partner marketing activity by coordinating campaigns, creating engaging content, managing partner communications, and ensuring smooth collaboration across fundraising, food and produce partnerships, communications, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities

The role
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Income & Engagement to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing robust income generation strategies to diversify and grow our voluntary and traded income streams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and/or fundraising, building strategic partnerships and driving innovation in income generation. As a key leader in our organisation, you will be responsible for a team of c.10 people, and work collaboratively across the charity to enable us to grow sustainably and ensure that we have the support to reach and impact more young people
Key responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing income generation team of 10 people, including two direct reports (Head of Partnerships and Head of Philanthropy)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive income generation strategy and plans that align with the charity’s mission and goals
- Oversee all income generation and stakeholder engagement activities, maximising the growth potential and visibility of Future Frontiers to deliver impact

Main purpose of post
This is a new role for the marketing team at Weston Park Cancer Charity. The Communications and PR Manager will play a critical role in telling our story, championing our mission, and amplifying the voices of patients, families, clinicians and supporters.
To lead and deliver impactful, brand-building communications and PR activity that increases awareness, deepens engagement, and strengthens Weston Park Cancer Charity’s reputation across South Yorkshire and beyond. This role will:
Communications Strategy & Planning
· Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the annual marketing plan through communications and PR opportunities.
· Support the Campaign Manager with the charity’s multi-channel campaigns that raise awareness of services, research, events, and fundraising initiatives.
· Monitor and evaluate performance of communications activity, using insight and data to inform continuous improvement.
Media Relations & PR
· Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with local, regional, and national media.
· Act as first point of contact for media enquiries and manage press office activity.

You’ll be a senior leader in the Income Generation team, working closely with the Director of Income to help lead a nine-strong team and shape how the function develops. You will provide day-to-day management support, help bring structure and consistency to ways of working, and play a key role in building a collaborative, supportive culture across the team.
Alongside management and strategy duties, you will lead on Major Donors fundraising, building strong and lasting relationships with major donors while confidently leading on stewardship. You’ll help to secure sustainable income in a wholly donation-funded model, while raising awareness of childhood bereavement.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Events & Operations Officer to play a key role within this function and deliver the experiences, systems and insight that support Greenpeace UK’s Major Donor, Trusts & Foundations and Legacy fundraising programmes.
This is far from a typical events role. Working closely with the Events & Operations Manager, you will lead on many of the team’s cultivation and stewardship events, creating opportunities for supporters to connect directly with Greenpeace’s mission and impact. You could be coordinating major donor networking events, organising behind-the-scenes briefings with campaigners, delivering legacy stewardship events, supporting unique supporter experiences, or helping to bring prospects together through creative events and workshops.
Alongside event delivery, you will play an equally important role in the operational side of the team. As Events & Operations Officer, you will:
- Lead the delivery of many of Greenpeace UK’s high-value cultivation and stewardship events, taking ownership of planning, logistics, supplier management and on-the-day delivery
- Support a diverse programme of donor events, including networking events, campaign briefings, webinars, roundtables and supporter experiences that bring donors closer to Greenpeace’s work
- Support the delivery of flagship events led by the Events & Operations Manager, helping to create exceptional experiences for major donors, legacy supporters and prospects
- Work across the Key Relationships team to ensure events are embedded within supporter journeys and contribute to engagement, stewardship and income growth

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the North London office. The team can consider 4 or 5 days a week.

The Role
With support from the Head of Supporter Engagement and the Supporter Engagement Officer, you would develop and deliver the annual Individual Giving programme including acquisition and retention activities.
Manage the Door-to-Door Supporter recruitment campaign and the external F2F agency relationship.
Take responsibility for growing the Lotteries programme through a rolling programme of promotions to existing and potential Supporters.
Lead on digital campaigns to recruit and retain new supporters.
With support, produce annual Individual Giving budgets and monitor performance against agreed targets on a rolling basis.
