In this role, you’ll lead a team of paid colleagues and volunteers, offering clear guidance, encouragement, and development. Using your experience and management skills, you’ll help grow sales while making sure every customer and donor enjoys a welcoming and inclusive shop experience.
In this role you will:
· Ensure shop sales performance is maximised, actively seeking ways to improve the shop’s performance on a continuous basis.

The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. Shift patterns and start times will be dependent on the needs of the business. This will mean occasions when late, early and weekend work will be required. Shift location will vary between our sites. Provided staffing needs are met, the role holder will be able to work from home one day per week

What you’ll do
Recruitment
· Assist their HR Advisors in providing advice and guidance to hiring managers in respect of all recruitment issues.
· Responsible for the end to end recruitment and selection cycle, from placing adverts, supporting with interview arrangements and testing; onboarding; completion of pre-employment checks including right to work, DBS, occupational health clearance and obtaining satisfactory references. About You
· CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice or equivalent experience.
