Reporting to the Head of Finance, and supporting our small talented highly talented Team your key tasks will be to:

Role Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational and values-led leadership for Home-Start Norfolk, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, supports its families effectively and remains financially sustainable. About the team
The Philanthropy Team raises income for Impetus and for Impetus partner charities. The team consists of 15 staff. Impetus has an annual income of c.£11 million which we are looking to grow significantly within the next few years. The team is led by two Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships.
The Philanthropy Team works with major donors, corporates and grant making trusts, as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure we make a compelling case to generate new financial commitments and wider support for our work. About this role
The Engagement Manager is an experienced professional who plays a key role in supporting donor engagement across all Impetus donors, enabling the team to provide best practice and high-quality donor stewardship and a platform for the renewal of key philanthropic gifts.
The Engagement function is responsible for pro bono and volunteering. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, the Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the volunteering programme, ensuring it delivers high-quality opportunities, contributes to agreed KPIs and evolves in line with the needs of funders and the organisation.
The postholder will account manage key relationships with mid-level supporters and internal stakeholders, working across teams to deliver meaningful and well-coordinated engagement opportunities. They will contribute to identifying and developing new opportunities for the volunteering and pro bono programmes that respond to funder interests and portfolio needs.

The Grants Compliance Officer plays an important role in supporting the effective financial management and oversight of AmplifyChange's grant portfolio. Working as part of the Grants Compliance Team, you'll help ensure grant funding reaches our Grantee Partners, is used for its intended purpose and is managed in line with our compliance and donor requirements.
Reporting to the Grants Compliance Manager, you'll lead the financial management of your own portfolio of grants, supporting due diligence assessments, reviewing financial reports and budgets, monitoring compliance, and helping to strengthen the financial management capacity of Grantee Partners. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Fundraising, we’re looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our small team at a critical growth point to build and deliver a Trusts Fundraising Strategy (currently projected to generate c.£600K in 2027) laying the groundwork for long term, sustainable income generation as part of our wider Fundraising Strategy.

You will have a demonstrable track record of securing five-six figure sums, the ability to create propositions in collaboration with programmatic colleagues, and the confidence to present compelling cases for support to a range of philanthropic organisations. You will also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a keen eye for connecting philanthropic organisations to the right projects to develop meaningful relationships, and the skills to deliver high-quality, detailed bids to further our strategic objectives.

Brief role description
The role of the Employment Consultant is to maintain effective relationships with employers and partner organisations to secure employment, training and vocational opportunities for service leavers and veterans. The role provides tailored support, advice and guidance to individuals with young needs who are in resettlement, helping them achieve sustainable vocational outcomes and successful transitions into civilian employment.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and making positive impact. You'll be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with a wide range of people, including employers, stakeholders and individuals seeking support. You'll be comfortable managing a varied workload, working independently when needed, while also contributing as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Ideally you'll have experience in employer engagement, recruitment, account management or employment support, along with an understanding of labour markets and employment opportunities. You'll be passionate about helping people overcome barriers to employment and confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM or case management systems. A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and a willingness to travel are essential.
