The Head of Youth Work holds overall responsibility for the development and delivery of Providence House Youth Club’s youth work programmes, working with young people aged 8 to 19 from disadvantaged backgrounds across Battersea. As our foundational senior delivery hire, they will lead the delivery departments of universal youth work, girls work, sports programmes, detached and outreach work, school programmes and community mentoring. We're looking for a compassionate, proactive and organised Refugee Resettlement Support Worker to join our Resettlement Team and support individuals and families arriving through Government resettlement schemes. The role is predominantly focused on families resettled from Afghanistan, although support may be provided to people arriving through other schemes as well.
What you'll be doing
You'll work directly alongside refugee families as they settle into life in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and wider Dorset, helping them navigate unfamiliar systems, access services and become active members of their new communities.
Your work will include:
· Working closely with local authorities, schools, health professionals, volunteers and other partners
· Maintaining accurate records and case notes
· Assisting with the preparation of homes prior to new arrivals moving in

As CsP prepares for its public launch, we are seeking an outstanding Digital Content Creator & Designer to establish its digital presence from the ground up. Working from a new visual identity and communications approach currently being developed by an external creative agency, the successful candidate will implement that vision through engaging storytelling, photography, video, graphic design and social media.
Alongside supporting the launch of CsP, the role will provide creative support to partner churches across the Diocese, helping communicate stories of renewal, refresh websites, establish digital platforms, including social media, and support new worshipping communities through high-quality communications and design.

This new role is for a relational, disciplined and justice-minded organiser who can listen deeply, build trust across difference, identify and develop local leaders, and help people move from shared concern to collective action. This is an exciting, varied and hands-on role combining supporter stewardship, CRM management, fundraising administration and reporting. You’ll play a key role in ensuring supporters receive excellent care, while helping us maintain accurate data, improve our processes and make better use of our systems.
As part of a small but growing team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, so the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively is essential. The role includes a mixture of supporter care, donation processing, CRM administration, reporting and process improvement, so you’ll enjoy balancing detail-focused work with building positive relationships.
