We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Operations Lead to turn an ambitious pilot into a scalable national membership model.
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Dose of Nature is a mental-health charity improving mental health and wellbeing through structured, evidence-informed engagement with nature.
We are establishing a Young Person Memberships service for young people and young adults under 25. Through this model, trusted youth, community, education and clinical organisations will be trained and supported to deliver the Dose of Nature programme in the places and services young people already know.
The first phase is an 18-month pilot with approximately four to six member organisations. It will test, refine and validate a model that can be scaled nationally.
About the role
As Young People’s Memberships Operations Lead, you will establish and manage the operational infrastructure needed to make this new service work.
You will manage the end-to-end journey for member organisations: from initial engagement and readiness assessment, through onboarding, training and implementation, to active delivery, reporting, learning and renewal.
Working closely with the Young Person Memberships Service Lead, you will coordinate the systems, information, people and processes that enable safe, effective delivery. You will be the principal day-to-day contact for member Lead Coordinators, ensuring that actions, milestones, documentation, meetings and reporting are followed through.
You will develop practical systems and workflows; coordinate training, supervision and partner meetings; maintain delivery trackers, risk and incident logs; support governance and quality assurance; and produce clear programme reporting for senior leaders, trustees, funders and partners.
This is a hands-on service-building role for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity, building trusted partner relationships and turning plans into action.
About you
You will bring significant experience in operations, programme management, service delivery or partnership coordination. You will have experience coordinating a complex programme across multiple organisations or delivery sites, and of developing practical systems, processes and workflows.
You will be confident managing partner relationships, maintaining action plans and risk logs, gathering and reporting data, and coordinating meetings, training or workshops. Interviewing ex-offenders, offering one-to-one job coaching to help them into work, and providing ongoing mentoring for the first 12 months in employment.
Ours is a face-to-face, holistic and wraparound service that culminates in our candidates finding good jobs that last, with a wide array of socially inclusive employers on our books. Our job finder support can begin in custody and continue through the gate into the community, or start in the community. Typically, we will work with a person for between one and three months to establish work readiness and will continue to support them for up to a year once they find employment. Many people stay in touch and return to us for their second or third job over a period of years, and we consider our door to be open for as long as support is needed.

About AAFDA All
AAFDA All is a four-year project developed in partnership with Imkaan to create, pilot and evaluate a culturally responsive advocacy and peer support service for bereaved family members from Black and minoritised communities who have lost a loved one to fatal domestic abuse. The project aims to reduce barriers to support, build trust with communities and specialist organisations, strengthen peer connection, and ensure that lived experience shapes service development, practice and wider systems change.
Role Purpose
The Project Co-ordinator will lead the development, co-ordination and day-to-day delivery of AAFDA All, ensuring that the service is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, safe, accessible and shaped by the voices of bereaved family members from Black and minoritised communities. The postholder will work closely with AAFDA colleagues, Imkaan, the Specialist Advocate, volunteers, community partners, statutory agencies and the Service User Advisory Group to develop referral pathways, support co production, co-ordinate peer support activity, monitor outcomes and embed learning across the programme.

4 days out of 5 (Monday to Thursday) in the office in London.

Tasks and Responsibilities
· Maintain and update the fundraising database, ensuring supporter records are accurate, complete and up to date.
· Process donations and prepare acknowledgement letters, emails and receipts in line with donor stewardship standards.
· Manage Gift Aid administration, including data checks, record maintenance and submission processes.
· Provide administrative support to Fundraising Officers, including diary management, meeting scheduling and preparation of briefing materials.
· Support the planning and delivery of fundraising events, donor visits and receptions.
· Coordinate donor and community representative visits to schools in collaboration with the Education Team.
· Assist with the preparation of fundraising reports, presentations and internal documentation.
· Support general department administration to ensure the smooth running of the fundraising function.
· Conduct basic prospect research to identify potential funding opportunities.
· Prepare supporting documents, budgets and attachments for grant applications.
· Maintain accurate records of application deadlines, reporting requirements, funding decisions and income forecasts.
· Assist with drafting sections of funding applications and reports.
· Support the management of smaller grant applications and reports, with the opportunity to lead applications of up to approximately £5,000 as experience develops.
· Monitor grant reporting deadlines and ensure officers are supported to meet all requirements.
· Prepare thank-you letters, impact updates and other donor communications.
· Support the administration and delivery of the organisation’s Patrons Programme.
· Assist with donor stewardship activities and ensure timely follow-up actions are completed.
· Support the tracking and management of donor journeys in collaboration with the Communications team.
· Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and stewardship activity on the fundraising database.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary NHS team alongside clinicians, social workers, and community partners to support adults with moderate to severe mental illness. Holding a caseload of service users, you will act as their key contact, contributing to care planning, monitoring progress, and supporting safe discharge using the RiO clinical records system. Together with service users, you will develop person-centred recovery plans focused on social goals and community integration, building strong therapeutic relationships through trauma-informed and strength-based approaches. You will help individuals access local resources, attend appointments, and engage in wellbeing activities, peer support, and psychoeducational groups. Collaboration is central to the role, as you will liaise with statutory and voluntary organisations, attend clinical meetings and community events, and advocate for recovery-focused, jargon-free communication. We are looking for someone with NVQ Level 4 in Care (or equivalent) or at least two years' experience in a mental health setting. You will bring a strong understanding of mental health issues, recovery, and co-production principles, alongside experience of working collaboratively with professionals, services, and communities. Knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, recovery tools, and the Mental Health Act is essential, as are excellent communication, relationship-building, and group facilitation skills. Role Purpose
