We are looking for an experienced money advice caseworker to join our friendly and hard-working team to deliver a high-quality debt advice service for local people in Southwark.
The More than Advice/Equitable Debt Advice Project is an innovative new multi-year project funded by Impact on Urban Health.
This role will provide in-depth debt advice casework and wrap around support for vulnerable local people, with the aim that it will lead to better and more sustainable outcomes. The intensive nature of the casework support provided will be reflected in the targets.
The project aims to target predominantly black and minority ethnic people who are in debt through developing partnerships with local groups and community organisations who serve these communities in Southwark.
You will have:
- Recent and ongoing paid or voluntary experience of managing your own caseload of money advice and income maximisation cases.
- Ability to write detailed up to date case notes, letters and reports as required in plain English.
- Ability to manage a challenging caseload, meet targets and prioritise work in the face of competing demands on your time.
- Ability to respond sensitively to clients from a variety of backgrounds who are under pressure and negotiate with third parties in order to minimise conflict.

About the Role
As a Supporter Care Advisor your role is to deliver outstanding service to our supporters, both proactively and reactively. This service should always meet or exceed the expectations of our supporters, so they are inspired to contribute to our work through donating, volunteering, and raising money and awareness for Save the Children.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Answering a wide range of enquiries about fundraising and our organisation via telephone, email, letter and social media.
- Processing and recording single and regular donations.
- Recording all incoming and outgoing communications on our supporter database and adjacent systems.
- Track and record all incoming and outgoing communications on a contacts database.
- Listening to and proactively responding to and resolving complaints in line with the complaints policy.

The Senior Product Officer will work in the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate, responsible for all fundraising from individuals at the NSPCC. The post holder will help lead on the development of all aspects of Freedom from Torture’s wellbeing strategy. We are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Children and Young People (CYP) Lead to support the development and delivery of our therapeutic services at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.

About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are expanding our team of IPS Employment Advisors in our IPS service in the London Borough of Newham. You will be based in one of NHS mental health treatment teams in Plaistow and East Ham areas, working 35 hours per week. IPS services at Working Well Trust have been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adhere closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. About the role
CoramBAAF’s membership is central to the organisation’s aims and activities. The Member Services Team provides a comprehensive service to corporate members and customers in all four nations of the UK. The team manages and tracks member renewals, enrols new members, implements recruitment and retention strategies, co-ordinates service delivery to members and handles a wide range of membership enquiries.
The team is also responsible for the licensing of CoramBAAF’s health and social work report forms, essential to practice in adoption, fostering, kinship care and other substitute care UK-wide. Activities to support the licence scheme include managing and tracking licence renewals, coordinating the release of new and updated forms, enrolling new licence holders and handling a wide range of queries.
The Member Services Team Assistant will provide administrative assistance to the Member Services Team, including both membership and the forms licence scheme. Key activities include: monitoring the Membership and Licences inboxes; responding to general enquiries and directing service-specific or more complex enquiries to the appropriate colleague/team; maintaining and updating member/customer records in the CRM database; helping members to set up website accounts and resolving access issues; and assisting with payment chasing of membership and licence invoices.

In this role, you will work proactively to help LCAs understand and report their financial position to stakeholders, anticipate risk, avoid financial crises, and plan effectively for the future. You will be a trusted advisor—offering both core financial guidance and bespoke support tailored to the diverse needs of individual LCAs. Your work will contribute directly to the stability, quality, and long-term resilience of this charity network.
About the team
The Network Development & Assurance (ND&A) capability is dedicated to cultivating a purpose-driven, impactful, resilient, and sustainable network of member organisations. We work collaboratively with LCAs to improve outcomes for clients and communities, strengthening their ability to deliver high-quality, accessible services.
ND&A is made up of four specialist departments:
- Service Development
- Oversight and Compliance
- Business Development
- Network Finance
As part of the Network Finance team, you will play a central role in supporting the financial governance, sustainability, and strategic planning of local Citizens Advice organisations across England and Wales.
What you’ll do
- Build strong, proactive relationships with LCA COs and Boards to understand their financial landscape and support effective decision-making.
- Provide tailored financial advice, insight, and challenge to help LCAs build robust plans and avoid financial deterioration.
- Conduct financial health assessments, identify emerging risks, and support LCAs to develop appropriate responses.
- Offer both proactive and reactive support, including advice around crisis prevention and stabilisation where needed.
- Contribute to the development of tools, guidance, and resources that strengthen financial capability across the wider network.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across ND&A and the wider organisation to ensure a coordinated approach to network support and assurance.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in charity financial management, consultancy, and advisory roles.
- A proactive, relationship-focused approach with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and Boards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate financial risks and insights clearly.
- Experience supporting organisations through change, improvement, or financial challenge.
- The ability to tailor advice and support to meet diverse organisational needs.
