About the role
This is a key role to help drive RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement. As Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of RFUK’s fundraising strategy to sustain and broaden the organisation’s scale and impact.
Reporting to the Head of External Relations and part of the Fundraising and Communications team, you will lead a range of activities and be responsible for developing and cultivating partnerships with trusts and foundations, ethical corporates, and supporters.
Based in London with hybrid working options, we offer flexibility, a supportive culture, and the chance to make a lasting difference.
All our work is delivered in close partnership with Indigenous and grassroots organisations in rainforest countries who are at the heart of what we do. We have a growing team of 30 staff members who are mainly based at our London office in the UK, in France or in DRC.

Location

What you’ll be doing
As our Supporter Services Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the team and help deliver a high-quality, responsive service across income processing, supporter administration and operational support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting a small Supporter Services team on a day-to-day basis
- Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of donations, Gift Aid and supporter data
- Maintaining strong operational controls and high standards of data accuracy

Partnership Development Assistant*
The Partnership Development Team at Alzheimer’s Research UK prides itself on delivering sector-leading partnerships. We are a friendly, collaborative, and ambitious team driven by our goal to fund vital dementia research and ultimately find a cure for dementia.
The successful candidate will support the Partnership Development Officers with partnership delivery with companies such as Dyson, The Perfume Shop, Cadbury, and Slimming World while building excellent relationships with supporters from within those organisations. This role will also support our new business team with their approaches to prospective companies.
The Partnership Development Team sits within the Corporate Fundraising function, which is part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships Directorate. We collaborate closely with all teams across the charity, so communication, collaboration, and strong relationship skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Team administrative support
· Provide accurate and timely administrative support for all members of the team.
· Manage invites and room bookings for Corporate Team meetings.
· Manage travel bookings for the team when required using our designated travel booking system.
· Ensure accurate recording keeping through the use of our CRM system (Salesforce).
· Be the main internal point of contact for the Corporate Team for operational enquiries.

· Provide ad hoc support in the lead-up to high-value pitches and applications e.g. prepare materials, book couriers etc.
Supporting our existing partnerships
· Provide a first-class stewardship journey for fundraisers from companies that are supporting the charity. Including making sure they have the materials and resources required to fundraise – preparing and sending information packs, wishing them good luck, drafting letters, and sending thank you messages.
· Work closely with the Supporter Experience Team to ensure a consistent stewardship journey across all audiences.
· Manage online giving pages and our CRM system to make sure corporate supporters are identified and recorded correctly, and their income potential is maximised.
· Monitor the CRM system to make sure that all information about our corporate fundraisers is recorded correctly.
· Filter enquiries from our corporate supporters whilst other members of the Partnership Development Team are on annual leave to ensure a timely and helpful response.
· Help support event delivery by sourcing volunteers, merchandise, and gifts in kind for events.
· Keep the Partnership Development Officers and Team Managers up to date on feedback from supporters.
· Communicate key fundraising products and communications designed for our Corporate supporters with the Relationship Fundraising Team.
· Develop new fundraising idea packs to engage our Corporate supporters and seek appropriate sign off.
Working with others
· Work closely with the team managers to deliver high quality tools and assets, and create processes, which enhance our supporter experience.
· Work with our Merchandising Team for the development and production of event materials as required.

· Liaise with our distribution centre to organise mass mailings of materials needed for pitches and large partnership launches and events.

· Work closely with our Supporter Engagement Team, Supporter Operations Team, Data & Analytics Team and High Value & Experience Development Team to make sure that the Corporate Partnership team is following processes correctly and is adopting improved practices where possible.

ROLE PURPOSE:

As we enter an exciting new season of growth, we are looking for a Supporter Data & Engagement Manager to sit at the heart of our fundraising function.
The Role
This is a dual-focus position, roughly equal parts data and relationship. You will be the organisation's primary expert on Charity CRM - maintaining data quality, building reports and dashboards, and ensuring the whole team has the insight it needs to make good decisions.
At the same time, you will play a hands-on role in supporter stewardship: developing personalised donor journeys, managing engagement events, and making sure every supporter feels valued and connected to the work their giving makes possible.
You will bring:
- Substantial experience working with a CRM system (Charity CRM preferred), including data management, querying, and segmentation
- Proven ability to build reports and dashboards and translate data insight clearly for non-technical audiences
- Demonstrable experience in supporter engagement, stewardship, or donor relationship management
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, UK GDPR, and data protection best practice

The Data Management and Insight Officer will support the day-to-day management of White Ribbon’s data systems, including CRM (Zoho Bigin) and email marketing processes, website data capture, reporting and audience journeys. The role will help ensure that data is accurate, joined up, compliant and useful, enabling teams across the organisation to better understand audiences, improve engagement, evidence impact and make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities
Data management and quality
- Manage and maintain organisational data, ensuring records are accurate, consistent, up to date and fit for purpose.
- Carry out regular data cleaning, including removing duplicates and improving the quality and completeness of records.
- Help to develop and embed clear processes for data entry, data storage, data management and reporting.
- Support colleagues to use agreed systems, templates and processes consistently.
- Identify gaps, issues or risks in current data processes and recommend practical improvements.
- Ensure that personal and sensitive data is handled securely and in line with GDPR, confidentiality requirements and internal policies.
CRM, systems and data flows
- Carry out he day-to-day management and development of White Ribbon’s CRM system, currently Zoho Bigin and any future CRM platforms.
- Map and monitor key data flows between systems, including Zoho Bigin, Mailchimp, Squarespace and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure that data pathways between systems are working effectively, including between Zoho Bigin and Mailchimp.
- Work with colleagues to improve how data is captured, stored, transferred and reported across platforms.
- Support the management of mailing lists, audience records, campaign data and supporter information.
- Work with system providers or external support where required to resolve issues and improve processes.
Email marketing, audience journeys and segmentation
- Support the management of audience journeys, working with relevant teams to ensure the right emails are going out to the right audiences at the right time.
- Help to ensure that data is collected consistently through audience journeys, forms, campaigns and website activity.
- Support colleagues to understand and improve audience segmentation, including Ambassadors, Champions, Accredited Organisations, supporters, partners and other key audiences.
- Use data to help identify trends, engagement patterns, gaps and opportunities across different audience groups.
- Support the use of Mailchimp or other mailing systems, including audience management, reporting and data quality.
Website and Promise page administration
- Administer and support the data processes linked to the White Ribbon Promise page on the website.
- Ensure that Promise data is captured, stored, monitored and reported accurately.
- Work with the Communications Manager and relevant colleagues to improve the Promise user journey and related data collection.
- Support reporting on Promise activity, website forms and other key digital engagement points.
Reporting, insight and analytics
- Produce regular reports and dashboards for trustees, managers and staff.
- Run reports that support organisational planning, communications, fundraising, campaigns, accreditation, training and engagement activity.
- Use data to identify trends, risks, gaps and opportunities.
- Present findings clearly and accessibly for colleagues with different levels of confidence using data.
- Analyse CRM and enquiry data to identify trends, conversion rates, pipeline performance and opportunities to improve engagement.
- Support the use of Google Analytics to understand website performance, audience behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
- Help colleagues use data to make informed decisions and improve activity across the organisation.
Surveys, monitoring and evaluation
- Support the development of practical monitoring and evaluation systems across the organisation.
- Help to collect, collate, analyse and interpret survey data, including surveys for Ambassadors, Champions and other key audiences.
- Draw out clear findings and recommendations from survey data and feedback.
- Support the collection of evidence, statistics, case studies and learning for reports, funders, trustees and organisational planning.
- Help White Ribbon better understand the impact and reach of its work through clear, consistent and meaningful data.
Organisational support
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to understand their data needs and support better use of systems.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on data processes, reporting and audience management.
- Contribute to a culture where data is used confidently, ethically and effectively.
- Keep up to date with relevant developments in CRM, data management, charity insight, digital analytics and data protection.

We are seeking a Supporter Services Administrator to join World Horse Welfare's Fundraising Supporter Services team based at our Head Office in Snetterton, Norfolk on a 12 month fixed-term basis, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporter Care & Communication

Working as part of a small but busy team you will be the first point of contact for the charity through the management of the supporter email inboxes, donation phone lines and post. - Maintain the fundraising database, and other CRM platforms, so that all supporter details are complete, accurate and up to date in order to comply with GDPR regulations.
- Administer the Gift Aid Programme ensuring Gift Aid declarations are accurately recorded and scanned to maximise Gift Aid income and compliance with HMRC rules and regulations.
- Work collaboratively and positively across the charity, building close working relationships with colleagues to ensure knowledge and key information is shared and obtained so all enquiries received can be answered with accuracy, confidence and professionalism.
- Be responsible for processing and fulfilling supporter requests for fundraising materials such as, Money Boxes and Fundraising Packs so supporters receive the information requested in a timely manner in line with service level agreements.
To be considered you will need to have;

This is a full time hybrid position working 37.5 hours per week. It is expected that the successful candidate will spend approximately two to three days per week at our Godmanchester site.
