THE ROLE

The postholder will support the Prevention Coordinator to ensure events are delivered safely and effectively.

They will offer information, advice and guidance to people facing issues that are currently or may soon affect their housing security — delivering swift, impactful interventions that help reduce the risk of homelessness, and advocating and mediating on clients' behalf as they navigate complex bureaucratic systems. This role involves building meaningful relationships with some of the most vulnerable people in our communities, connecting them with the Welfare Benefits, Housing Allocations, Citizens Advice, mental health and substance misuse support they need and deserve.

The postholder will work closely with a wide range of partners, including homelessness service providers, local authorities, and healthcare and wellbeing organisations. They will carry a varied caseload, conducting assessments and working creatively to navigate the complex and challenging issues that can lead to clients becoming homeless, supporting them to engage with services. Working closely with SPEAR's Homeless Health Link Team, they will support colleagues with client-facing work and carry a caseload of clients requiring homelessness prevention support.

This role will be spread across 4 days per week.

In this brand-new role, you will take the lead on supporting our young carers, volunteer mentors, and partner schools—making a real, lasting difference in the community and to the young carers we support.

Your role

• Experience of supporting and nurturing corporate or community partnerships

This is an exciting time to join us in our High Value fundraising efforts at Crisis. We are in the private phase of a £30m campaign to acquire 100 homes, providing stable housing for people experiencing some of the most severe forms of homelessness. At the same time, we are delivering a bold ten-year strategy that aims to see the beginning of the end of homelessness by 2034.

This campaign is about more than purchasing homes. It's about proving that a different approach is possible, demonstrating how housing can provide lasting stability, influence future policy and practice, and help disrupt the systems that drive homelessness. High Value fundraising will play a central role in making that vision a reality, giving fundraisers the opportunity to build relationships with major donors, trusts and partners around one of the most significant and ambitious areas of Crisis' work.

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, tenacious new business fundraiser to join our team and win new high-value corporate partnerships that support our housing delivery strategy, the delivery and growth of our Skylight services, and national policy and campaigning work.

As our Senior National New Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and winning six and seven figure new corporate partnerships across priority sectors. This is a role for a senior new business specialist who thrives on building strong relationships externally and winning big.

You’ll build and convert relationships with major corporate prospects and create compelling commercial, and strategic high-value propositions that are tailored to your prospects’ priorities and strategies. You’ll identify opportunities from high-profile COTY partnerships to strategic collaborations, that unlock value for both corporate partners and Crisis.

This role will work closely with colleagues across Crisis to identify innovative new partnership opportunities, develop and drive forward your sector strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and bring ambitious opportunities to life.

You will be part of a go-getting partnerships team and brand, marketing and fundraising department with ambitious income growth plans. This exciting role is vital to helping us achieve our ambitions.

About you

• An experienced high-value corporate new business fundraiser and relationship builder.
• We’re looking for someone who is a competitive and a self-starter, who can navigate and influence a complex organisation, distil information and package up new high-value propositions at pace.
• Specialist in building and cultivating multiple corporate prospects (from cold) through your pipeline, including COTYs, corporate foundations, strategic partnerships and cause-related marketing.
• Experienced at identifying, pitching and successfully securing six and seven figure corporate partnerships
• Someone who loves building external relationships, always seeking out new opportunities and building networks.
• Strong communication skills, an ability to influence upwards internally and externally, and ability to write succinct, commercially compelling applications, proposals, pitches and vote strategies.

The Role

This role supports the work of Nesta’s A Fairer Start mission. You will work closely with the Programme Manager, as well as the Mission Director, Deputy Directors and Project Leads to support the day to day running of the Mission and its projects, and to help the team function effectively.

Alongside your core duties, you will have the opportunity to support the mission more

broadly, either through supporting overall delivery of projects, and/or through working as a mission representative for critical organisational priorities such as Nesta’s commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

This role is also a part of Nesta’s community of Programme and Project Managers who work together to design and manage Nesta's processes and ways of working around how we plan, deliver and manage our programmes and projects.

Every year, thousands of people in the UK face court alone. Often through no choice of their own, people must represent themselves at a moment that could have life-changing outcomes. This includes loss of access to children or homelessness. At the same time, people facing court alone may find themselves up against a party with legal representation. We supported unrepresented litigants in the civil and family courts in England and Wales over 45,000 times last year.

We provide a safe space with volunteers who listen to each client’s individual story. We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused fundraiser to join our Corporate Partnerships team at Phyllis Tuckwell. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and managing partnerships with a wide range of businesses across our local community and beyond.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will manage a portfolio of corporate partners while also identifying and developing new partnership opportunities. You will work closely with businesses to help them understand the impact of their support, creating engaging opportunities across fundraising, volunteering, sponsorship and events.

You’ll bring creativity and energy to developing partnerships that are mutually beneficial, ensuring our supporters feel valued and inspired while helping to generate vital income for hospice care. It’s a varied role where no two weeks are the same!

The Role

A successful Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser will:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate partners, delivering excellent relationship management and stewardship
• Support the growth of income by identifying and securing new corporate partnerships
• Develop tailored proposals, pitches and partnership plans for prospective supporters
• Work with corporate partners to deliver engaging fundraising, volunteering and sponsorship opportunities
•  Act as an ambassador for Phyllis Tuckwell within corporate partnership settings, including meetings, networking events and partner engagements
• Work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise partnership opportunities 

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or a commercial business development/account management role
• Is confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels
• Has strong communication and presentation skills
• Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team
• Is motivated by making a difference and delivering excellent supporter experience

A full driving licence and access to a car is required for this role. The position involves occasional evening and weekend work.

About the Role

As our Fundraising & Events Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping to deliver the Association’s fundraising ambitions.

Working closely with colleagues, supporters and donors, you will help coordinate fundraising events, develop relationships with existing and prospective supporters, undertake fundraising research, and provide administrative and operational support that enables the successful delivery of our fundraising strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, organising events and making a genuine difference within the charity sector.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Donor Engagement

• Support the delivery of the Association’s fundraising strategy and annual fundraising plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors.
• Support the development and promotion of the Association’s legacy giving programme.
• Arrange meetings and engagement opportunities between senior management, high-net-worth individuals, major donors and key supporters.
• Support donor stewardship, ensuring supporters receive timely acknowledgements and updates.

Events Coordination

• Plan, coordinate and support fundraising events, ensuring they are delivered successfully and provide an excellent donor experience.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to maximise engagement and fundraising opportunities through events.

Research & Income Generation

• Identify, secure and manage sponsorship opportunities.
• Research new fundraising prospects, including individuals, trusts, foundations and corporate supporters.
• Prepare tailored correspondence, fundraising proposals and donor engagement materials.

Administration & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate donor records using the Association’s CRM database.
• Maintain accurate records of donor communications, funding applications and stewardship activity.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of fundraising activities.

Team Working

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to maximise fundraising opportunities and supporter engagement.
