Job description
We are looking for an Extended Learning Coordinator to support delivery of extended learning activities at Students' Union UCL. This includes coordinating logistics, communications and student‑facing operations for the flagship ExtendED Learning Programme.
The role is full‑time and a fixed term contract for 2 years. It is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office). We will consider applications to work on a part‑time or flexible basis wherever possible.

Variety is looking for a PR and Communications Manager to join our successful fundraising and communications team for FTC maternity cover. Brief role description

Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone with a background in education and/or experience supporting young people to overcome challenges. You will have experience in a customer-focused environment and a track record of delivering to SLAs. You will also be a strong collaborator and team player, with demonstrable influencing skills and coaching or mentoring experience.
You will be a self-starter with confidence to use your own initiative and a passion for supporting the Armed Forces community. We’re looking for a Receptionist & Challenge Event Assistant to join our friendly Challenge Event team. This role is the first point of contact for many supporters of the Charity. It is also an integral part of the Challenge Events Team, assisting with managing a portfolio of third-party challenge events. Dealing directly with supporters and liaising with teams across the Charity, the role requires an effective communicator, with great attention to detail, who is proactive and has a passion for fundraising.
