About the role

As New Partnerships Lead, you will lead our New Partnerships Team (x4 Senior Managers and x2 Managers) and develop an ambitious strategy to significantly grow our portfolio of high-value, strategic corporate partnerships. You’ll inspire and motivate your team to identify, pitch and secure large-scale partnerships that drive income and impact.

You will represent Macmillan and influence board-level decisions, opening doors to new opportunities and strengthening our presence across corporate networks. Your leadership will ensure we deliver bold, compelling propositions that demonstrate the difference companies can make when they partner with us.

You will have:

• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing resilient and high‑performing teams.
• Experience developing and delivering strategies to secure large‑scale, long‑term income (£2m plus per annum desirable) within the charity or commercial sector.
• A high level of personal presence and confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C‑suite and board‑level audiences.

Research, Evaluation & Learning

Project Delivery: Delivery of research and evaluation projects, supporting the development of project plans, methodologies and data collection tools.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Own the analysis of quantitative, qualitative & SROI research data and contribute to the preparation of clear, engaging reports, dashboards and impact-focused case studies for clients and stakeholders.

Quality and Rigour: Apply high standards of accuracy and ethical practice across all project tasks. Proactively flag issues and contribute to continuous improvement of Bean’s processes and outputs.

Candidate Profile
You are a careful, methodical evaluation or research professional who takes genuine pride in getting things right. You value clarity of task, high standards and seeing work through thoroughly, and you can translate findings clearly for clients who are not evaluators themselves.

Essential

Experience delivering evaluation or social research projects, including data collection, analysis and reporting across qualitative and quantitative methods.

Strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to accuracy, ethics and high-quality outputs.

Confidence supporting the design of evaluation frameworks, logic models or theories of change.

Excellent organisation and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.

Clear, accessible written and verbal communication, including turning data into engaging findings for non-specialist clients.

A collaborative, dependable approach: comfortable being the day-to-day point of contact and supporting colleagues and junior staff.

Cranstoun is an independent charity and leading provider of specialist treatment, harm reduction and recovery services to those affected by drug and alcohol use. This is an exciting opportunity to become a Key Worker within our high performing psychosocial drug and alcohol service in HMP Birmingham. 

We provide a range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol. Our skilled and compassionate team work closely with people who use our services to change and save lives. We combine proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and actively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide. 

You will be based in our psychosocial team working with adult males (over 18 years old). You will be responsible for delivering a range of elements of our substance use work including case management, assessments, care planning, the delivery of one-to-one interventions to include harm reduction and motivational work, group work, and engagement support as well as other associated duties. You need to be committed to supporting people who use our services to make positive changes to prepare them for release into the community, and you will arrange continuity of care. You will work in collaboration with the clinical team and integrated working is a key element of this role. You will work within the prison setting and contribute towards the wider prison drug strategy.

Having experience of supporting people with complex health needs including substance use, you will bring knowledge and commitment to deliver drug and alcohol treatment. You will have a non-judgemental attitude and a desire to support the lives of people who use our services to be healthier and safer by delivering a high-quality service. 

Experience of working with drug and alcohol use is essential. You will be a competent communicator, with the ability to work independently and be comfortable and enthusiastic, both with the highlighted client group and working in partnership with other service providers. Previous experience or knowledge of working with individuals on opiate replacement treatment, and/or involved in the criminal justice system will be advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Audience Development Manager to help us build awareness, engage new supporters and grow fundraising income.

This is a newly evolved role designed to help Tom’s Trust increase its reach, influence and fundraising potential.

The Marketing & Audience Development Manager will lead the charity’s marketing strategy, focusing on growing audiences, strengthening supporter engagement and delivering integrated campaigns that increase awareness, participation and income.

Job purpose:

 The postholder will provide public affairs and policy support for the Association’s Advocacy and Campaigns programme as key elements in the Association’s strategic plan.

This role is based at our head office in 21 Portland Place, London. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Key responsibilities:

•  Assist the organisation with developing its external voice by responding to policy developments and parliamentary opportunities, bringing together members’ views, evidence and information.
• Monitor relevant parliamentary business and produce short summaries of events where appropriate.
• Track the progress of relevant legislation, committee inquiries and consultations.
• Develop briefings and position statements setting out the Association’s views on issues relevant to membership, that support the advocacy and campaigns work and topical issues.

Role Summary

The main function of the bookings team is to provide high quality customer service for the Into Film Festival. Initially this will be receiving calls, processing bookings and liaising with educators on email and on the phone. There will then be a need to make outbound calls to drive bookings, speak to attending teachers and liaise with cinemas to ensure the festival runs smoothly. This is an exciting, front-line, varied role requiring high level communication skills and a solution-focused attitude. • To be the first point of contact for public festival enquiries; answering calls and emails, processing bookings and problem-solving.

• Checking, updating and uploading bookings info onto our festival website (via Aerian)
• Updating the daily incident log (via Excel) - this is used for tracking all enquiries/issues from cinemas.

About the opportunity 
 

You will help drive the quality and impact of our key stage 2 (KS2), key stage 3 (KS3) and key stage 4 (KS4) English tutoring programmes through improving our English resources. You will create training materials and provide advice and support to our volunteers and our (mostly) non-teaching staff members who manage these volunteer tutors day to day.
