The post holder will also be responsible for purchasing hardware, software and licenses. Reviewing financial data and services provided by suppliers to Age UK and documenting processes and assets.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The Finance Officer (Expenditure) is a key role responsible for managing all payments made by the charity. It is a great opportunity to join a small but busy team on a temporary basis.
The role requires managing invoice approvals and processing invoices for payment in line with authority limits, maintaining supplier accounts, generating BACS payment runs to suppliers and making sure all payments are made in a timely fashion.
In addition, you will be managing payments to grantees (individuals and organisational grants), dealing with expenses and credit card queries, as well as managing the finance mailbox. The Finance Officer will also support the month end close process.
This role is a 5-month fixed term contract, starting on Tuesday 8 September 2026. It is part-time, 28 hours per week Monday-Thursday.

Rossendale Refugee Support Group is a small, community-based charity committed to supporting refugees and people seeking asylum to rebuild their lives in safety . We provide practical advice, advocacy, support and opportunities for social contact to individuals and families living in Rossendale. Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Leadership. Work with Trustees to develop and implement future direction of the organisation.

You'll probably enjoy this role if you like creating order, improving how things work and taking ownership. You're someone who notices what needs attention, whether that's a space, a process or a practical problem, and enjoys sorting it out. Following many years of exceptional service, which has seen Durham City Youth Project (DCYP) grow and develop, our current Project Manager (CEO) is stepping down from her post. The DCYP trustees seek to appoint a Professionally Qualified and Experienced Project Manager (CEO) who can demonstrate passion and enthusiasm to lead the Project into the next stage of its development.
DCYP has been supporting children and young people since 1933. We work across County Durham to provide youth work, counselling, sexual health education and wellbeing support for young people aged 8–19, and up to 25 for those with additional needs.
Our mission is to create opportunities that help young people develop confidence, resilience, skills and aspirations while ensuring they have access to trusted adults, positive activities and support when they need it most.
We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive regardless of their background, circumstances or challenges.
