About the Role
Our residents in this service have experienced long-term street homelessness and have faced significant challenges including with their mental health, substance use, and alcohol dependency, and struggled to sustain engagement with support services. That's why they're here, to gain support for them make a change to enable greater independence and recovery.
In this role, as a Support Mentor, you will work within a 24 hour service which provided person centred support to our residents, working to ensure the safety and wellbeing. You will build trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins. Your role will focus on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals.

Each support plan is tailored to the individual, putting their needs first for the team to be able to deliver support to their needs.

In this role, you will collaborate with Hub representatives internationally to set up successful resource mobilisation functions in selected Hub countries and mobilise new funds directly for them. Hubs are local humanitarian networks working to change the humanitarian system in their own context. This organisation is a global membership of 145+ organisations, working across six continents, to tackle the biggest systemic problems in the global humanitarian system. This organisation's vision is for a locally led humanitarian system that is accountable to people affected by and at risk of crises. They aim to achieve this vision by making system-level shifts in how humanitarian assistance is approached and delivered.
This role is offered on an initial 24-month, full time contract, paying a salary of £47,500 - £49,000 (per annum with flexible working arrangements at their Old Street, London office. There will be expected travel to visit the Hubs, around 3-4 weeks per year.
As the Funding Manager (Hubs), you will play a critical role in this organisation's localisation agenda and strategy. About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to support to the Director of Fundraising and Director of Strategy & Impact. You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and committees, prepare key documents, and support strategic projects.
This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility and variety. You’ll:
· Act as secretary for key committees, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
· Liaise with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
· Ensure smooth communication across the organisation.
· Have the opportunity to volunteer for events, meet with beneficiaries and visit RAF Stations.
What We’re Looking For
· Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
· Ability to take initiative whilst providing timely and consistent support to Directors.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
· Confidence engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.

This position will lead on creating and delivering a strategic programme across mid-value, major donors, high-net-worth individuals, corporates, trusts and foundations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and stewarding meaningful relationships, securing gifts in excess of £5,000, and developing tailored funding applications and proposals while ensuring compliance with funding agreements. They will create opportunities to engage and develop relationships with existing supporters, while also helping to build new relationships and raise the profile of the organisation. The postholder will support the effective administration of the major donor programme, produce regular reports and updates for the Head of Fundraising, and work proactively with colleagues across the UK team, senior leadership and international headquarters.
We are looking for a confident and experienced fundraiser with a strong track record in high-value fundraising and relationship management. You will have substantial experience of managing major donor programmes, alongside broad fundraising knowledge that includes major donor fundraising and corporate giving. You will have excellent written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present, negotiate and influence effectively. Above all, you will bring a genuine affinity with animal welfare and a strong commitment to the organisation’s vision and mission.
