Our solution: A community-led, learning-based pilot that combines personalised support with system improvement.

The postholder will establish and facilitate a Participatory Learning Group involving people with lived experience, carers and professionals, ensuring that learning from the project informs service development, system improvement and future practice.

The role will gather, analyse and communicate insight from participants and frontline delivery, helping generate evidence about what works in supporting people living with dementia and cancer.

We are looking for a skilled Facilitator who:

• Has experience of community engagement, participation, co-production or qualitative research.
• Has experience gathering and analysing qualitative information and ability to identify themes and learning from complex information.
• Has excellent written communication and report-writing skills.

The Adviser will act as a single named point of contact, helping individuals navigate complex cancer pathways, understand information, participate in decision-making, access support and maintain their wellbeing throughout their cancer journey.

The role bridges the gap between dementia support and cancer services, ensuring that people experiencing a dual diagnosis receive coordinated, dementia-aware support that promotes dignity, independence and equitable access to care.

We are looking for a person-centred Adviser who:

• Has experience of supporting older people, vulnerable adults or people with long-term conditions. Experience supporting carers would be desirable.
• Has a strong understanding of dementia and its impact on communication, decision-making and daily life.
• Has the ability to build trusting relationships with people experiencing distress and uncertainty.

As the lead coordinator for City Shapers, you'll work alongside community organisations and young people to deliver social action opportunities that help young Londoners develop confidence, employability skills and a stronger connection to their communities.

Alongside leading City Shapers, you'll play an important role in supporting the operational delivery of Kitchen Social, one of London's largest holiday food programmes. You'll help coordinate partner communications, maintain programme systems and data, support reporting and financial processes, and ensure our community partners receive the information and support they need to deliver high-quality provision for children and families.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the Communities & Opportunities team to ensure our programmes run smoothly, identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen delivery and share learning. Whether you're coordinating an event, maintaining programme information, supporting community partners or analysing participation data, you'll help ensure our work is organised, effective and centred around the needs of young Londoners.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in being organised and is motivated by making a positive difference. You'll be equally comfortable building trusted relationships with community organisations, coordinating multiple priorities and using systems and data to support high-quality programme delivery.

We are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated support worker to join our NDP Navigation Service
Working within the Outreach & Training team to provide information, advice, signposting, training and support to parents and carers of children and young people on the West Sussex Neurodevelopmental Pathway (NDP) who have been referred into the service. 

Person Specification (essential):

Knowledge
• ​Extensive knowledge and/or experience of the challenges faced by parent-carers and children and young people on the neurodevelopmental pathway 
• Extensive knowledge and/or experience of ADHD, Autism and other neurodivergent conditions 
• Working knowledge of the local SEND community in West Sussex 

Experience
•Experience of either advice giving preferably gained in the voluntary or statutory sector or experience of casework support  preferably gained working with families of neurodivergent children 
• Experience of working with parent-carers and families of neurodivergent children 
• Experience of undertaking outreach to disadvantaged communities
• Experience of using MS Office including SharePoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams

The role

This is a full-time role that works across all Unlimit Health’s key audiences for funding and communications. The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor plays a crucial role in executing the delivery of a digital strategy for the charity which will underpin our strategic objectives and our income generation and awareness raising goals. 

The role sits in the Funding and Communications team.

You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional online experiences, excited by what’s possible in the digital and social media space and be driven to use analytics to shape what you do across a wide range of marketing channels including social media, websites, email marketing.

With a flair for crafting the right message for the right audience, you will help us build stronger connections with existing supporters, as well as helping us to reach and inspire new donors and supporters.

You will have a keen interest in global health and be adept at explaining complex subjects in an engaging and accessible way to our target audiences.

The person

The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor will have proven experience in marketing and fundraising at a professional level, with experience of MailChimp or other email marketing platforms. They will have strong knowledge and experience of content management systems in particular SEO, digital analytics platforms, data capture, monitoring and tracking. 

The successful candidate will have experience of working across teams and managing work with short deadlines without sacrificing quality of work or attention to detail, as well as the ability to organise workload and meet competing priorities.

Citizens Advice Woking is seeking a Community Outreach Adviser to join our new three-year National Lottery Community Fund project supporting residents in the Canalside area.

This community-based role will provide free, independent and impartial advice on issues including welfare benefits, debt, housing and energy. You will deliver outreach sessions, build strong relationships with local residents, community groups and partner organisations, and help improve access to advice for people who may face barriers to traditional services.

Working closely with South Asian communities and other residents whose first language may not be English, you will help ensure our services are inclusive, accessible and responsive to local needs. You will also work alongside volunteers and local organisations to develop the project through a co-production approach, empowering communities and creating lasting positive change.
