We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to support the development and delivery of a refreshed and consolidated approach to risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for redefining risk at Age UK and consolidating interdependent functions and teams; delivering a consistent approach to risk and compliance and providing clear assurance to the Committee and the Board of Trustees.
You will be an experienced risk professional who can work with senior leaders to help identify and design relevant strategies which will quantify and mitigate a broad range of operational and strategic risks. You will lead in the delivery of Age UK's enterprise risk management strategy, ensuring that risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed across all areas of the charity.

About the role
The Social Media and Marketing Officer will deliver high-performing digital marketing campaigns that drive supporter acquisition and engagement. Working within the charity’s Policy and Communications team, you will focus on content creation to support a broad range of charity initiatives, ranging from fundraising campaigns to promoting events including our annual conference and signature fundraising event, the Duchenne Dash, and disseminating news to our stakeholders and community.

You'll work flexibly in a fast-paced, 24-hour service environment, including taking and making calls to older people when needed. This exciting position offers hybrid working between home and our Blackpool office. We currently require office attendance a minimum of once a quarter. About the Role
We are currently seeking a Trust Fundraising Support Officer to join our growing fundraising team. 2025 was our best year yet for income and this role is pivotal in helping us to take the next step in further growing our income.
This new role will play a key part in delivering funding from Trusts, Foundations and other funders across the UK, supporting the Senior Trust Fundraising Officer to maximise our income. You will be responsible for making small-scale grant applications, and for growing our grants portfolio through identifying new funding opportunities.
There will be a range of projects to work on, providing vital support to ensure that we are increasing the number of warm funders who regularly support the charity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build up a strong pipeline of prospective funders by researching trusts that align with Epilepsy Action’s vision and strategy

- Use data in the CRM to analyse trends and identify opportunities
At Epilepsy Action we recognise the power of collaboration and teamwork, so our team members with hybrid contracts can expect to work a minimum of 40% at our office in Leeds. On average this is 2 days a week, normally on Mondays and Thursdays, for full-time employees. The Fleet Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of FareShare South West’s fleet, including vans, HGVs, forklifts, and manual handling equipment. This role ensures all vehicles, equipment, and drivers operate to the highest standards of safety, legal compliance, and operational effectiveness.
The Fleet Manager supports the wider operations and volunteer driving teams (including 2X HGV Drivers) through training, onboarding, and best practice-practice guidance. Working closely with Hub Managers, the Head of Operations, Food Manager and external contractors, the role drives continuous improvement across fleet operations and contributes to the smooth running of all FSSW transport activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fleet Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee servicing, MOTs, repairs, and maintenance for all fleet vehicles, forklifts, and manual handling equipment.
- Diagnose and triage vehicle issues, coordinating timely resolution with trusted contractors.
